Where do I start - lovely helpful staff who went above and beyond - facilities were great, beautiful pool, rooms super comfortable and well equipped and a 30 second walk from the end of the bay - perfect location for our silver wedding celebrations!
Nothing - no complaints at all

Great location, lovely restaurants, friendly staff
The air conditioning repeatedly failed and the staff, while friendly, never adequately responded to the issue. Opening the windows in our room made it difficult to sleep--given the location of the hotel, close to restaurants and clubs, there is a lot of noise late into the night. There are also mosquitoes. We were faced with a choice of closing the windows (the room was then 25C and suffocatingly hot) or opening windows, allowing rain, noise, and bugs in. Shouldn't have to face such a choice in a 4-star hotel spending 400+ euros per night.

Location was great. The breakfast was amazing. The facilities were great. Plenty of parking and staff were friendly.
The room was good but located in the 'staff' quarters, expected a better experience for the money we paid. The cleaning staff did not replenish the free bottle of water and then tried to charge for the one I took out of the mini bar. The toiletries were not replenished either, nor were they topped up after the previous guests. The pool water was too cold to get into so could not use the facilities as well as hoped

Breakfast not so interesting. The Breda and pastry was substandard, So We Choose the toast.
We have been at Regina Adelaide before. This time the pool area was plagued by noisy children the whole week. Several other guests also noticed the change. No Staff enforced the pools written safety rules.

The SPa is by far the best i have ever seen. I have traveled to Dubai in 5 stars Hotel and the Spa in them is not even comparable to the Regina Adelaide Spa.
THE SIZE OF THE ROOM was way bigger than expected and this is obviously a good point to them. Excellent food.
I usually have something I disliked but this time absolutely nothing

staff were extremely helpful & friendly. swimming pool and pool bar were excellent. vast choice of breakfast options.
we had two superior rooms, one had space for an armchair as shown in the room photos online & a terrace are, but I would describe the other as a standard double. we were charged the superior rate for both.

it was so clean and well maintained and the rooms were beautiful. The service was amazing and all the staff were courteous and welcoming. Everyone we met went out of their way to be welcoming. The breakfast was of a superior quality and was especially creatively presented. The waiters were so attentive and I’ve never received such first class attention. I will definitely return.
I loved everything.

The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom exquisite. The robes and slippers were a treat and so were the bathroom goodies with high quality products. The Hotel felt like true luxury from the reception to the restaurant and this was our second delightful visit. A perfect location next to the town too.
There wasn’t anything I disliked about this Hotel

Free car parking at the hotel. Lovely breakfast. Pool is great with plenty of beds available with different areas, poolside bar was great. Staff were very helpful. There was an issue with our room which the staff sorted straight away and offered us another room if the issue wasn't resolved. Very central location.
Rooms are slightly dated but everything in good condition.
