great staff, great location, nice rooms

Front desk was amazing. I panicked as power went out in my other hotel and I called this in a rush. Stayed up till 2:00 am while I walked a mile in the dark to get there & check in. I’d rate this property 6 stars for them going above and beyond to help me out.

Great location and staff

The hotel is only a few blocks to the main plaza and the bus station, yet it is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. As a solo woman traveler, this was very important to me. The pool was great and the room and public areas were exceptionally clean. The people at the front desk were unfailingly kind and helped me book tours and provided helpful information. There is a bar where you can get beer, sodas and other liquids to get you through the warm, sunny days. Some people have complained about the shower, but being forewarned, I did not consider it a problem. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Location was excellent! Staff was friendly. Cleaning the room daily, so that was also great.

The bathroom was very tiny. The sower would fall on your head constantly, shower curtains was annoying. Squeaking bed

Perfect location, nice pool

Perfect location, 2 mins from the main square but far enough to avoir crowded streets and noise. Nice pool, better in real than on the pictures. Managers are super nice. Room is ok

Room is not big. bathroom really small, shower with too short curtain, not great to take the shower

A hidden treasure, super accomodation for the price.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. They greeted us like friends every morning! Rooms were comfy, clean and cool, pool area was beautiful, it was a fantastic place to stay.

No bar in the hotel but the staff were great to bring us drinks of their own accord

Very nice pool and nica santorini vibes. very very close to the main square in santorini so i definitaly reccomend for that cause.

Not super tidy and you could only buy beer and water and a few soft drinks in the bar. Receptionist lady probobly owns the place, felt very family owned. Second day after i had payed and given her a copy of my passport she demanded i had indeed not payed and that i hadnt given her my passport. She made a mistake but wouldnt even look and started fighting me on it while i demanded i had payed - for a second i thought i was bein scammed but then she found my documents and apologized - but not very proffesional in my opinion. could have handled it differently.

Nice standard bedroom is a good location in Fira

The staff were very friendly and helpful with advice on what to do and where to eat. The pool area was great and everything was clean.

Hotel is quite old fashioned but very functional.

Fun Stay!

Greeted by an extremely friendly woman at reception and a gentleman who showed us to our room. It was close to the bus station in Fira (5 minute walk). We only stayed one night, but I would recommend it.

Very nice

Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool area was beautiful. Located very close to downtown Fira.

Mattresses were very firm. Our shower didn't have a curtain.

Sweetest hostess ever

The hostess was very sweet! Location was perfect, just a few steps out of the noisy center. Everything was clean and look just as in the picture.

Pillows were a little too thick and hard and the shower was small

Location is good (short walk to Fira town), affordable, reception lady was very helpful, room cleaned each day/towels replaced, pool.

Poor wifi connection in rooms, rubbish from a previous guest left on table.
