Hotel with nice view

The view was great with some rooms with sea view and spacious terraces, room was clean

Property is quite old, allocation of the bed is not good as it blocks the exit to the terrace, food was ok

great hotel will be back again soon

beautiful location high up on the mountain - views are amazing and the peace and serenity was great. the room was huge and the balcony and the pool were lovely.

some taxi drivers didn’t know where the hotel was and this made it challenging at times to get back !

The view and the balcony are great, shaim for the room’s cleanliness…

The bathroom was not cleaned, there were pee stains on the toilet… The room wasn’t cleaned neither… I had to call the reception to send someone to make clean.. 2 boys came, changed the linens but that’s all they did, the bathroom remained the same, luckily I had disinfectant spray…

Superb

It is a nice hidden place on a hill with a great view! There are all the necessary things you need to spend your vacation time. Every room has a fridge, jug, tea and coffee, wardrobe, secure box, bathroom staff like shampoo and toothbrushes. There is a swimming pool with a great view and the restaurant. The stuff is very friendly and helpful! There is a motorcycle rent, so we took a scouter to get to the beach and explore the island.

- I would improve the breakfast menu. - the Wi-Fi was not stable but it was not a problem for us as we had an internet SIM card.

The view was fantastic, the hotel is a little out of the way but you can hire a decent bike reasonably or tricycle taxis are also good value for money . If you want to avoid the mainstream mayhem of Alona beach you can discover many almost deserted coves and beautiful beaches on the way. Food and drink was reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the balconies were spacious with hammocks and a good drying area . Very convenient for airport/ferry port transfers and Tag town centre. Small clean quiet swimming pool.

Hotel is not as described

The view is beautiful.

The hotel was not as described and advertised. We solely booked this hotel for the pool and the hammocks. Apparently the hammocks were broken/gone and there weren't any replacements. Next to that our balcony was a mess with tens of bags of cement just put there.

Would not recommend this hotel

Location was as advertised, with great views of Panglao. Whilst the hotel is now a bit dated and in need of a facelift it was spotlessly clean

We pre paid for breakfast, it was appalling, suggest don't. We arrived 1 hour before check in, the rooms were ready but we could not check in unless we paid extra. There was no elevator in the hotel and we were down 4 flights of stairs, could be a problem for the aged or someone with a disability. The staff did not seem particularly happy, whilst they were always very helpful and polite, it was unusual to see any of the staff with a smile on their face

Great place, would recommend!

Staff was very helpful and the lookout of the location was stunning! A very good place to set back and relax. Pool table and darts was fun!

Not so close to the beach/city, but doesn’t matter if you just want to chill

A vacation with a superb island view

Best view of Panglao Island. Friendly staff. Good room facilities. It has hot and cold showers, very clean sheets and towels.

The bikes were not available, but they have motorcycle rentals which is also a good option to travel to and from the location of the resort.

Wonderful

The room was perfect, the service was precise, the location was wonderful and the breakfast was very delicious every day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would like to return next time.

Overall a good choice.

The location is amazing and the staff it’s helpful and friendly. The view it’s absolutely stunning.

There were quite a few ants and other insects inside the room. Especially in the bathroom and the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. Other than that no other major complaints to make.

Superb

The staff was extremely nice. They noticed us waiting for few hours in the lobby after check out as the weather was pretty bad and offered us to go back to our room and spend the last hours before our airport shuttle there. We enjoyed the darts and pool table in the lobby. The view from the restaurant is really nice and we loved the breakfast. Thank you!

It’s a bit old and could use some retouching.
