We stayed in sea villa. The whole place is amazing. Awesome view every sunrise and sunset. Love the free fruit basket. The place gets cleaned everday. There is 5-10 minute walk to a 'private beach' lovely beach btw very quiet away from the tourists so you can chill peacefully. Although its not very convenient being far from the centre they will make sure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need.
Far from the centre. Electric tricycle to and from the centre is not free and costly (Although the availability wont be a problem as they will help you get one). They dont have a restaurant on site so you either have to walk down to diniwid restaurant or go to the centre each time so you have to factor in the cost of transpo to and from the centre.

The villa itself, the view, the complimentary food, daily housekeeping, their comfy beds.
Surrounded by so many trees and plants, there's insects crawling up the villa. Geckos, crabs, ants and moths.

beautiful view and design
no air-con upstairs. Did not order the food groceries that I spoke to staff about before hand. did not clean the villa when out, had to keep requesting this.

amount and numerous steps to our Villa and spiral outdoor stairs It was not senior friendly. lack of stair rails and conditions of the steps were safety issues for us.

Diniview Villa, especially Moon Villa, is just a spectacular home away from home. we were greeted with open arms by the staff who are always friendly and accommodating. the villa is perched on a high top facing directly towards Diniwid Beach. what’s even more mesmerizing is the unobstructed view of the sunset - truly magical and amazing. the villa is split on two levels with a very open and spacious living room and wrap around veranda. the two bedrooms are comfortably furnished with great beds and pillows. there are two full baths, one on each floor both equipped with rainshower heads. the whole villa is surrounded lush trees and blossoming plants where by 6pm you have the most amazing fragrance from a nearby flower tree.
the water pressure could have been stronger and the toilet doesn’t flush properly on the lower bathroom.

sensational view and wonderful staff.
Dini beach is beautiful and just a quick walk to white beach
we were in the Sea Villa and the top floor (living) didn’t have aircon - it was a bit hot but with the fan on and windows open it was still pleasant.
it’s a 25 min walk to station 1 or a 250 paseo e-trike.
We went on a private island tour organised through the hotel (tour was with roger). He ended up being quite aggressive but the hotel was quick to deal with it and had no further issues.

The facility was beautiful and a great value for the location. The beach was a few minutes walk away and was very beautiful. I also loved the outside shower with hot water. The common area had a large refrigerator to put ample amounts of bottled water inside.
A couple minor issues-the kitchen faucet was loose and did not have hot water. The water dispenser they had in the common area gave my son and grand daughter diarrhea.

the semi secluded location offers privacy and time to enjoy the nature. the villas are well kept and extremly clean, they offer different nice lounge areas with complete privacy and view to the sea & sunset.
it is a little hard accesible by the beach, because there are a lot of stairs, but it is good for your health, after eating all the good philipino food.

the property is very cozy! perfect place to relax!
there’s loads of ants and flying small insect which unfortunately I got allergy on insect bites especially the red ants. it’s a good thing that Mercury drug is near to buy antihistamine ointment.

there’s a gecko in the villa. when the housekeeper cleaned the villa, it easily got dirty again.

The comfort, facilities, view.
Location is much better than the typical Station 2 whitebeach hotels... :)
They should have warned us that it is not 100% nice to walk to beach at night. It did not feel safe for 2 girls. During the day it was perfect, but we asked upon checkin and they told us it was ok for us to go down to beach for dinner... its not after around 6 pm.

It was perfect for this particular visit to Boracay as we were with family. Nice private beach. They should have their own shuttle into town and even up and down to the beach for older guests. Overall a pleasant stay if you are with family or a large group.
As mentioned shuttle service.

The place is not very accessible. It's not that easy to get tricycles to get to the resort. Walking is also not the best option, especially because the pathways are very steep.

The villa was amazing and once we settled in and assessed our location everything was perfect. We took the many, many stairs down to the beach (never walked back up them) and walked to station 3 each night for dinner. The walk is about 15-20 minutes. Never seemed that long if you’re walking, talking, and enjoying the view of the sun setting. The villa was nice and spacious, as shown in the pictures. There is no AC upstairs but during the time we were there we kept the sliding doors open as the fan was blowing. We were never uncomfortable with the upstairs temperature. AC worked perfectly downstairs ❤️ in the bedrooms. We ordered additional groceries to have upon our arrival, but know the property does provide some complimentary groceries upon your arrival. We didn’t get to eat most of what we ordered. 🤦🏽♀️I will definitely be returning to this villa next year!!
The property has a thatch-like roof to give the illusion of a hut. Although they have wiring running on top of the roof, little black beads from the roof were everywhere, which were a bit annoying because we couldn’t really eat inside for fear of the little black beads falling into our food or drinks. The villa could use some minor maintenance on their floors and patio floorboards but nothing that will turn you away from staying. Be a divided that the villas are located amongst trees and there will be small friends that visit 😊.

I loved the privacy and the view every morning when you wake up. The fresh bread was also amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked with the equipment you need.
It was quite hard to go down to the restaurant or beach and the diniwid beach was not as clean as station 1 beach.

Stunning Villa with beautiful views! Clean & spacious with such attention to detail. A great place for a luxurious stay in Boracay for relaxation away from the main beachfront, would highly recommend!
Not for the faint hearted, villas are up in the hills and it’s a short trek down to the beach, great for those who like to explore but a little tough for elders or those with mobility issues.
