never going to stay in this hotel

Room didn’t match pictures and description. poorly appointed room, lot of construction all around. dirty bed sheets and bathroom. no towels. had to call housekeeping 10 times to get everything. Wi-Fi didn’t work. No bath fittings no way to keep things tidy. no doors on the closet.

Bad Experience, because Room was opened in our absence and no information , responded very badly on enquiring, no apolog

Room door was opened in our absence. I had asked for Iron set , I got it after 30 mins on calling twice, there was no stand, how should I Iron my clothes,The entire property had only one iron set. later after few mins i got call from to return immediately after use, but told Would require for some mor time, , retained in the room. Later left to attend a Mariah’s function, on return , iron set was not there , Il iimmediately informed the Reception and he told he will find out and let me know in the morning..No updates. There was absolutely no information. Not a safe place and shortage of essentials like iron set with stand, No apology message , I feel they are are very casual.when I told them that I will escalate , that lady in the reception told to escalate. Unethical way of. doing things. without information rooms are getting opened in our absence. No information after taking the iron set also , unless I enquired. Horrible behaviour .

Thanks to Mr Madu the restaurant manager for all his help and professionalism. The bell boys were very nice.

The common bathroom is too dirty.

I did not stay with the property since room was stinking , carpet torn . Pathetic setup. I cancelled my stay and moved to different property

Terrible. Don't recommend this as 3 sttar property on booking.com if you really value your customer . This is worth half the price considering the terrible maintenance

Distance to the temple, food in the restaurant

,Staff are dresses shabby, communicating , for the price there is no service, nobody to guide to your room help us with luggage ect. Parking is Tricky.

Great in outlook....very bad inside it

It's near to the tirumal road.staff service was 👍.

The outlook of the hotel seem to be very exciting.but inside its like a 2 star hotel.room space was very less.cleanliness is very bad.the bathrooms were not at all good.no proper hot water.food was not up to the mark. All I can say is don't get deceived by the look of renest hotel.
