Charming villa of full foot open to the view of the sea and Diamond Rock and Morne Larcher. Bright and airy, it is designed and equipped to enjoy the vast spaces inside and life outside: veranda, Ipe deck around the pool, gazebo terrace, garden. To live there: good breakfast on the sunny veranda; a dip in the pool at the right temperature; bath lying on sun loungers with bright colors; evening drink under the gazebo in waves ... The pleasure of outdoor shower to rinse off after the sea. The happiness of a lying in the hammock reading or a nap in the cool of the room at the sight of the hot pink bougainvillea.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. Very nice villa - extremely well equipped, fantastic ocean view. We loved as well the fridge with the freezer to have ice cubes all the time:)

This is everything we could have asked for, and more. Spacious, well appointed, totally and completely comfortable. Pool is amazing, the outdoor shower, outdoor Lanai, a beautiful kitchen, it goes on and on! The bed is very comfortable, linens and towels feel like home, not a rental. Beautiful garden, surrounded by flowering shrubs and numerous species of birds. A little bullfinch couple will greet you the moment you bring food to the table. I would caution against feeding them, however, they are already a little too familiar!
But the view! It is absolutely stunning! And our hosts are wonderful. This is a perfect place to experience the beauty of Martinique, the hospitality of the locals, and their wonderful adoption of French cuisine.
Caveats; as others have mentioned, the driveway is precipitously steep. I actually measured 26°, (sorry, it's the engineer in me) that's over a 50% grade! If you are not comfortable with steep slopes, be prepared to walk up the hill.
Yes, there are mosquitoes. If you are particularly sensitive to them, be prepared. They're much smaller, and I would say much sneakier than Canadian mosquitoes! That said, there is a lovely mosquito net on the bed which makes for a comfortable sleep. Just be sure you know how to close it properly!
Privacy is good, more than sufficient, but not 100%, just in case that matters.
Overall, however, I don't think I could imagine a better place to stay here, certainly not at this rate. I would absolutely return!

This home was fantastic! The layout of the home felt very spacious, the pool was private from neighbors, and it was a short walk or drive to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedroom A/C made for a comfortable night's sleep. My husband says this was his all-time favorite rental home. I highly recommend this rental home.

It was a most enjoyable property to stay at, from our encounter with the owner and her bubbly and kind personality, which could be felt throughout the house. It was open and airy with pleasant breezes all day long and had a nice outdoor sitting area with a very clean pool. A place you certainly could relax in and drift away. It was really difficult to leave when our holiday ended I am sure we will be back.
Thank you Maly for giving us the opportunity to stay in your little Turquoise Villa, it was splendid.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance par Maly qui est d’une grande disponibilité car nous l’avons sollicitée pour des renseignements sur des visites pendant la semaine.
La villa est très très bien équipée, il ne manque rien, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le Rocher du diamant.
Le quartier est très calme et la villa, sans vis à vis, est proche de toutes commodités dont le marché et une excellente boulangerie. La plage est aussi toute proche à pieds.
Bref un séjour de rêve, merci Maly !

Que dire sinon que notre séjour à été parfait de bout en bout!
L accueil de Maly vous donne l impression de retrouver une connaissance de longue date.
Les infos données à l arrivée sont précises et efficaces, pour vous permettre de profiter du lieu au plus vite.
La maison est spacieuse, très propre, très confortable (matériaux et ameublement de qualite) et parfaitement équipée. Petit +, les moustiquaires de lit 😉
L espace extérieur (terrasse, salon, piscine, salle à manger) est une vraie pépite pour cette maison entièrement ouverte.
L accès à la plage peut se faire à pied, c est juste en bas de la rue! Et le centre du village n est qu à 2 où 3 min en voiture.
Le Diamant est la localisation parfaite pour sillonner le sud de l île !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Maly.
Elle nous a réservé un accueil dynamique, chaleureux et riche en conseils, de quoi bien commencer les vacances !
Sa maison est spacieuse , ouverte sur l’extérieur, et surtout très bien équipée !! ( matériels de cuisine, accessoires de plage, lecture, jeux de société….) .
Les chambres sont climatisées , la literie très confortable.
Et mention spéciale pour la vue magnifique sur la baie du diamant … on ne s’en lasse pas !

Juste merveilleux !!!!
C’est notre 4ème séjour dans la Villa de Maly et c’est toujours aussi magique : l’accueil de Maly est un vrai plaisir, la villa Turquoise est toujours aussi agréable ( on se sent comme à la maison), la vue sur le Diamant et sur le Morne Larcher est splendide, on ne s’en lasse jamais et la piscine au sel est très appréciable à n’importe quel moment de la journée.
Nous nous y sentons tellement bien que nous avons déjà réservé notre prochain séjour chez Maly pour février 2023.

Excellent séjour, cadre hyper agréable , vu époustouflante,décoration harmonieuse dans des tons clairs et reposants. Très bien ventilé, plage accessible à pied. Le bourg est à 5 minutes on y trouve toutes les commodités. Pas de vis à vis, le seul bruit environnant est celui des vagues.

Une valeur sûre
Nous y avons séjourné deux semaines, en couple, et nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre choix. Les prestations sont parfaitement conformes à la description qui en est faite sur le site. Une jolie villa, fonctionnelle, idéale pour 2 ou 4 personnes max, et totalement ouverte sur l'extérieure. La vue, dans le prolongement de la terrasse et de la piscine, est splendide ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire malgré notre arrivée un peu tardive. C'est la première fois que nous venions en Martinique et ce ne sera probablement pas la dernière. A moins de vouloir changer de secteur sur l'île, sinon nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir :-)

Le paradis du diamant
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa turquoise ,la vue sur le rocher du diamant et le morne larcher est juste incroyable ,la maison est baignée de lumière du matin au soir.
Nous avons énormément apprécié l’intimité qu’offre la disposition de la maison , son coin salon d’extérieur au bord de la piscine duquel vous pouvez écouter les vagues de la merveilleuse plage du diamant ,le jardin fleuri qui attire les colibris, la douche au milieu des bougainvilliers !!!quel bonheur ...
La décoration est conçue avec goût et simplicité ,la cuisine est très bien équipée ,tout a était pensé pour que votre séjour soit le plus facile et agréable possible ,ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir chez nous très vite.
Nous tenons à remercier notre hôte Maly pour son accueil chaleureux et bienveillant ,merci de partager ce petit bout de paradis avec nous ,nous reviendrons ,c’est certain .

Maly nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme, pâtés et accras pour nous familiariser de suite(!)en nous présentant sa charmante villa ,un vrai coup de foudre!
La maison sur les hauteurs est très ouverte, sur la terrasse en bois avec une vue magnifique face au Diamand,et nous permet en même temps de nous sentir seuls et sans proximité .Un bijou très chaleureux!!
Le frigo est déjà un peu garni de piments,cocktail et autres,la salle de bain avec ses petits produits de beauté,on ressent beaucoup d’âme et de chaleur dans cette jolie demeure,soignée et attrayante.
La piscine est parfaite,hamac,barbecue,douche extérieure, l’aménagement de la terrasse,tout est bien pensé.
Merci Maly pour toutes les bonnes adresses renseignées au début du séjour,nous avons loué la 2e semaine non loin de là dans une villa très spacieuse avec une vue superbe aussi mais notre coup de cœur et meilleurs moments reviennent indéniablement à la «maison turquoise ».

La villa est à l'image de son hôte. Tout en finesse et en clarté. Un accueil tendre et chaleureux. Plus qu'une simple maison de location, on ressent un véritable amour du partage. Spacieuse et aménagée avec goût, une vue époustouflante sur le rocher du Diamant, Sainte-Lucie et le Morne Larcher, c'est un excellent lieu de vacances. Merci Maly !!

Bon séjour
Manque de chance pour nous, nous sommes arrivés en Martinique au moment de l’annonce du deuxième confinement. Mais d’être confiné à la villa, avec la piscine et sa vue sur la mer nous a tout de même permis de profiter un minimum de nos vacances.
La villa était conforme à l’annonce et très bien située par rapport à la plage du Diamant.

Very nice
We loved everything about the place. It is even better and bigger than appears in the pictures. Maly is a great host. She met us at the house with the welcome drinks, explained everything and gave us a lot of great advises on how to see the best of the area. These were especially valuable to us as we speak very little French. Overall this was a great stay for us.

La maison est un bijou Située dans un quartier très calme un peu excentre du bourg face au rocher du diamant. Elle est très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée. Maly, la propriétaire est hyper chaleureuse et vous reçoit avec un rafraîchissement.
Attention toutefois une voiture est nécessaire.
Bref étant tombé amoureux de cette maison, nous y retournerons.

Ein türkiser Diamant
Ein sehr schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick. Die Fotos spiegeln die Realität wieder. Es fehlt an nichts, Wifi funktioniert tadellos, auch Strand und Poolutensilien stehen zur Verfügung. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich klimatisieren und an die nächtlichen Geräusche durch die Tierwelt gewöhnt man sich auch. Idealer Standort zur Erkundung der Insel, insbesondere der schönen Strände im Süden, wie z.B. Les Salines. Nach der ausführlichen Einführung von Maly fühlt man sich direkt wie zu Hause und die Auffahrt zum Haus wird uns in guter Erinnerung bleiben. Wir hatten wunderschöne12 Tage auf Martinique und kommen gerne wieder.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Maly's beautiful home! This home is a very short walk to the best beach on the island, has a gorgeous view of the diamond rock, a spacious open layout with lots of indoor and outdoor nooks for sun/shade relaxation, and offers plenty of privacy in a quiet residential neighborhood. The amazing self-cleaning saltwater pool at the perfect temperature was probably our favorite feature of the home. We just went from breakfast table to the pool to the sun lounger to the pool to the hammock to the pool - you get the idea! With air-conditioned bedrooms, an outdoor shower, a well-equipped modern kitchen, a washing machine, games, books, great Wifi, a TV, beach mats and snorkeling equipment, this home has everything to make a perfect vacation. The location is great, too - a half hour from the airport, set centrally between the other popular beach areas of Martinique (Anses D'Arlet in one direction and Saint Anne/Salines/Cap Chevalier in the other direction.) While the drive to Diamant town is only a few minutes away, I loved walking the shaded woodsy footpath along the length of the beach to town (about 15 minutes walking) to pick up fresh baguettes and croissants at the bakery and to stop by the beachfront market for fresh fruits and vegetables and other local products. A short walk (or a one-minute drive) along the beach in the other direction brings you to Anse Caffard, a smaller On our arrival evening, we were a bit late arriving to the home, but Maly (the owner) was so kind to provide us with dinner (wow!!) and rum punch and a wonderful introduction the house and the area. This home and Maly are top-notch! We hope to return next year!!

An A+ property
This was our first visit to Martinique. Maly met us personally, providing a thorough orientation, as well as a light supper after our long day of travel — which we truly appreciated. During our stay, Maly and her husband remained easily reached by telephone, coming out promptly to correct a couple of problems we had with the satellite service and alarm system. Villa Turquoise is even nicer than the photos: a lovely, Creole style house, newly renovated and expanded. It is clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, thoughtfully stocked for travelers, with every amenity provided.
Living indoors and outdoors at once is an amazing experience!
Each morning and night we soaked in the fantastic, ever-changing views; the soft, inviting feel of our own secluded salt water swimming pool; and the tropical breezes that cooled the entire house, while keeping mosquitos at bay. The house itself is wonderfully private, nicely situated up on a hill above Le Diamante beach and Anse Caffard, in an upscale residential neighborhood. (Be aware that the gated driveway is very steep; we chose to park on the street. But the climb up the drive would be difficult for anyone with leg or mobility issues.)
The town of Diamante, with its shops, cafes, and restaurants, is just down the road. The beach itself was compromised on some days by the deposits of sargassum that are causing problems for so many Caribbean Islands and the Florida Keys. But we had no problem finding beautiful beaches that were not affected (particularly Les Anses d’Arlet)— so many that we never got to them all! The whole setting was so relaxing, and the many island attractions so inviting, that we found it truly hard to leave Martinique, even after our luxurious two week stay. We will return — and when we do, we hope to stay once more at Villa Turquoise.
