Woodbank is a stunning, detached South Wales holiday cottage, bordering the River Usk and is located just two miles from Llanhennock and can sleep 20 people. This cottage is set over three floors and has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two family bedrooms with a double and two single beds (zip/link, can be super-king-size double on request) with en-suite bathrooms, a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom (zip/link, can be super-king-size double on request) with an en-suite bathroom,one lower ground floor twin bedroom (zip/link, can be super-king-size double on request), .1 x Lower ground family room with 4 singles can be made into 1 or 2 super kings upon request. Lower ground floor bathroom with bath, a lower ground floor bathroom and two ground floor rooms with basin and WC. There is also a kitchen with dining area, a utility room, a dining room, a sitting room, a snug, a snooker room and a gym. Outside there is ample off road parking, bike storage, a substantial terrace around the property and a large lawned garden to all sides with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. Woodbank is a wonderful place for your holiday in Wales.

Electric oven and hob, AGA with 4 x oven, 2 x hob and hot plate, microwave, 2 x fridge, 2 x freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Substantial terrace around property. Large lawned garden to all sides with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Due to the nearby river which borders the property's grounds (approx. 1 acre from the house), and the deep pond in the garden, please ensure children are supervised. Note: Check-in 5pm.
