About this villa rental

Luxurious executive villa with large living areas, 6 Bedrooms and 5.5 Bathrooms. The villa is only a short drive from Orlandos Disney and Universal.

Situated on the exclusive Watersong development; this luxury Florida villa has two separate living areas downstairs. It is fully air/heat conditioned with additional ceiling fans and is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. For your security there is also a 24 hour monitored alarm system. It has a large executive kitchen with top of the range electrical goods. As well as a separate bar nook with a wine/beer cooler and area ideal for fixing drinks and snacks. There are two dining areas, one seating 10 near the kitchen and the other seating 6, near the lounge area, it also has a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The family area has 2 x 3 seater sofas, plus a 2 seater sofa and 2 lounge chairs, a large flat screen cable TV and blue ray player. The front lounge area has a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and a lounge chair, seating up to 6 people and a TV. Upstairs there are 6 large bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, and also flat screen TVs in each room. The bedrooms consist of two King Masters, two Queens, a full and single bunk bedroom which will sleep 3, sharing a bathroom with a bedroom with a double and single bed that will also sleep 3. There is a loft area with a sofa and separate Flat screen TV with a xbox 360 and a selection of games for those that want to be away from the family areas downstairs. The upstairs also has the utility area with a washing machine, separate dryer and an Iron / Ironing board.

There is an enclosed heated pool with a spa, the southerly facing extended deck area with conservation view of the lake and trees is ideal for relaxing and entertaining. There are loungers and tables on the extended decking area A large table with 6 chairs is located in the patio area. The pool has a pool alarm on the patio door, as well as a safety protection fence which guests can easily open or close depending whether children are with them. There is also free WIFI and also a telephone providing free land line calls within USA. For those needing sporty entertainment there is a games room with Pool Table, Electronic Dartboard and Air Hockey tables. For those with small children a high chair, travelling cot and monitors are provided for use.

Watersong Resort is a gated community with a club house, offering leisure facilities Gym, Tennis, children's pool. You can safely walk around the resort looking at the conservation views and can often see the Cranes walking about in pairs.

You have a number of options for food shopping, there is a Petrol Station with shopping facilities 2 miles away, if you need a bigger shop you have Walmart, Aldi and Publix stores within 10 minutes drive. For those who do not want to cook there are Chinese and Pizza takeaways who will delivery to the villa. Located a mile away is the Providence Golf club for the golfers but also provides a lovely restaurant.

The pool heating is an optional extra dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £20 per day.

This home was amazing and very relaxing. Our entire family loved this vacation home. We would definitely rent this home again. We highly recommend this home to all of our family and friends visiting the Davenport area because it definitely exceeded all of our expectations. We enjoyed being away from all of the city congestion and relaxing in a quiet gated community. This beautiful home helped make our trip even more enjoyable. The pool and spa were definite perks with this villa. Most importantly this house was super clean and had all needed amenities available upon our arrival. Thank you for your amazing hospitality! Perfect villa exactly as described. Everything that we could of needed was in the villa. Pool was lovely and warm with the heating paid for. Nice quiet location, but near enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Would/will definitely stay again. Owners were fantastic at communicating and the management company were quick to reply. Hope you enjoy as much as we did should you book here.

Property was clean ,modern and very spacious for our family of 11, The pool area was fantastic and younger members enjoyed the games room. Management and owners very responsive and rectified a small problem right away. Debi was very quick to respond and is lovely. If we return as a whole family again we would definitely stay here .good location to all parks and shops with a bit of traffic which is to be expected.

We arrived at the villa it was easy to gain access into the house, the home was warm and welcoming the photos of this villa are recent, the home has everything you will need. we were 5 adults (we did intend taking children with us but things changed the home is safe for children.) We would definitely stay again I like this development and this home was nicer than most I have used on this development.

A welcome retreat. We loved this place - it was spacious and well maintained with everything you need. Everything was spotless and in a quiet residential area. The bedrooms were well proportioned, the living space was luxurious and the kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were responsive a real gem - I would highly recommend this Villa.

Had a wonderful holiday in this fantastic villa first 2 weeks of July. Group of 6 adults and 6 kids 8 - 12yrs loads of room for everyone and pool brilliant. Great response from Debi our host who was very accommodating to our needs 5 stars all round.

House is nice. Location is good. Had a problem with AC leaking water and getting the carpet wet and dripping from the vent in the downstairs bathroom. Owner got it taken care of as soon as they were told. Pool is great and layout of house is good we all had our own room and space. Wish it had a downstairs bedroom as i hate the stairs when tired but i am old. Lol not an issue for the rest of the group which was younger.

There's so much that I could say but I'll keep it simple and say this house is amazing! Even better than the pictures and description. We felt completely at home and the owners are great. Checking in and out was so simple and they made sure we had all of the information we needed in advance, along with extra information about the area. We absolutely loved it!!!

This home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The online photos are current. The owners Debi and Richard were very helpful and answered all our questions quickly. The management company “Jay and Andrea” were amazing and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The Villa was very clean, with newer furnishings. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was fresh. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, dishes and cookware. The pool had sun most of the day, was oversized and was kept clean and heated. The pool area was nicely furnished, very private and included a grill. We plan on returning next year!

The house is exactly as advertised! Lots of room for spreading out. We went ahead with the extra expense of heating the pool - the pool was a huge hit!!! The kitchen is very well stocked - could use kitchen towels for drying dishes. They left the Christmas tree up which was a great surprise! The Layout of the house was perfect for our needs!! It is to be noted that you need to go by the communication from the owners rather than VRBO. They didn't have up-to-date info for us. Communication with the owners was very good! They answered with a few minutes - a couple hours. We would definitely think about staying here again in the future!

Excellent Villa, very spacious and clean. Beautiful porch and pool also (heated pool is an optional extra - which we declined). There was a bathroom attached to every room, which was so convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and loved two living rooms and bonus room upstairs! Communication with host has about a full day's delay, sometimes not addressing our questions.. management company were not very accommodating when calling for toiletries that were missing from our supplies (hand soap and laundry detergent). They claimed that it was in the pictures they took before us checking in, probably using stock images. This was a frustrating experience to have. We ended up buying these ourselves. Overall, the place was well worth the minor issues, and my family really enjoyed our time there. Hopefully this feedback improves the next guests' experiences.

The house was beautiful and decorated for a Christmas when we arrived. We loved having bathrooms tied to each room and the laundry facilities. We had issues with the keypad not working when we first arrived but somehow made it in. We discovered the code sent was different then the actual code. The pool also was not heated when we arrived For each of the issues the property owner responded within minutes, sometimes seconds and coordinated for the management company to come look at it, even though they could have referred us to the management company they handled the reporting themselves. All matters were resolved in less than 12 hours. This was our second VRBO stay ever and absolutely loved this one. There is not a thing we would change. Excellent house - excellent location - great communication! Wish I could stay here all Winter. We loved it!

The house was really nice - beds were comfy and there was a ton of space for a group. The only concerns. First, be sure your guests (with cars) are on the list at the gatehouse, if not, they won't be allowed in (the owner has to do this). The only big concern was the pool heat. The actual pool was pretty warm, but the hot tub was often cold or just warm. There is a nice "hot" hot tub at the clubhouse, but it would have been nice to have the one at the house working right. I did communicate with the owner, but the problem wasn't resolved while we stayed there (we were there for 7 days - but didn't communicate until a few days in and it was the holiday week). We'd recommend the house to anyone, and if the pool was working right, it would be really excellent!

The house was exactly as described in the picture. The house was nicely decorated and had lots of space for the 10 family members. It was nice to have the two TV areas downstairs for the varying ages of people and their TV tastes. The kitchen was equipped with many of the things needed. There could definitely be some larger pans for cooking. The pool was a nice size and we spent many hours a day in there. The addition of the pool side furniture was a plus for family who wanted to be outside but didn't want to swim. There was an issue with one of the beds which we were informed about and it was delivered the next morning. No other issues arose with the house. We had plenty of hot water. The location was very close to a Publix and a 10 minute drive to a large shopping area with stores like Ross, and Target. Being in a gated community made us feel safe. We didn't go to the resort pool or the clubhouse but drove past it and it looked very nice. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We complain to the property manager first about the TV's not working for 3 days. And than after that a complant about the last 4 days of my stay " no hot water" so that was absolutely horrible. Not being able to get a shower when we went out!!!!! And the property manager was horrible not considered at all let him go on vacation and don't have hot water and let him See's how it feels. We stayed at this property for 8 nights and had a great time. We had a total of 12 people for a few nights, and then 11, but plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The house was very clean and appeared well maintained. The best part for us was the outside dining table and pool area, which we used daily and the large kitchen for cooking. There are lots of dishes for both indoor and outdoor dining. We did not do any parks this trip, so the location was fine. If you are planning for many days of theme parks, you will have a bit of a drive as the neighborhood is a little distance away and traffic can be heavy. We needed a few household items and maintenance responded in a timely manner and brought them (no dish cloths, light bulbs). I would definitely recommend this home and would stay again without hesitation. Our only complaint was the dryer took about 4-5 hours for a load of towels or clothing, so laundry was a longer than planned process. Otherwise, a terrific time was had by all!
