The apartment was beautifully situated very close to the National Trust land at Greenway and overlooking the Dart Estuary with lovely sunny terraces to sit and enjoy the fabulous view.
The large open plan sitting room with comfy leather sofas and kitchen worked well.
The bed was comfortable and the shower good.

Fabulous location. Property and views. Owners were very accommodating.
No main bathroom, so other two guests would have to come into your bedroom during night to use the toilet
Top patio could do with some attention. Weeding...cut back brambles, maybe a few nice potted plants

The location and views are spectacular

The location is absolutely perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet and great scenery, which we were.
You can walk to NT Greenway which was a real bonus and it's still quite close to local amenities.
All in all a lovely short break, thank you.
It would benefit from a bit of a spring clean and it's starting to look a little tired around the edges but nothing that spoiled our visit.

The property it self nice well equipped kitchen comfy bed and lounge
When we arrived the owner approached us with a story about some people that had stayed previously with Labradors and wrecked the place, I instantly felt on edge not relaxed as you should

The annexe is absolutely perfect! It's location is stunning. Remote, but only a short drive to nearest amenities. Overlooking the river Dart and the steam railway below, set high up in the woodland. Beautiful walks from the front door. Compact but big enough accommodation for a family of 4 and a dog! Comfortable, great shower, Sky TV with Sports and Netflix etc. The view from the window is AMAZING!
Perfect little kitchen with washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven/hob.
Provision of a few more cleaning products/essentials. As crazy as it sounds (who goes on holiday to clean?!), but a brush/dustpan, antibacterial spray for kitchen surfaces etc, spare tea towel and dish cloths.

The Location and views were outstanding. The layout of the property was great and the views from the windows and patio are were fantastic. The property was well equipped with all you need including Sky and free Wifi with a good connection. It was great to see the Dartmouth Steam Train run by the property only a few hundred yards away.
It's clear the property has been used a sometime and would benefit from a few minor repairs and the bathroom whilst superficially clean could do with a deep clean.

The location was wonderful, above the Dart valley in a very rural location with an uninterrupted view down to the river, boats at anchor and the occasional ferry passing. Hoots from the steam train entering the Greenway tunnel, although we were never quick enough to spot the train itself. A pleasant walk down to Greenway House along an earth track and over a grassy field. The upper terrace gave good views and would have been a lovely spot to relax had the weather allowed. The property was warm and snug despite the raging gales.
It would have been good to have had some warning of the very steep steps up to the front door of the property.

Fantastic location with a beautiful view. The facilities at the annexe were outstanding, the approaches to Higher Greenway were 'quaint'. Charlie was very amenable; with plenty of advice regarding the annexe and also for local information i.e. where to go, eat out etc.
Everything was fine.

Such a wonderful setting and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay - all the essentials plus lovely touches from binoculars to books and games. Fully functional kitchen with plenty of utensils. Squishy sofas to relax on, lovely shower and marshmallow soft pillows and duvet. It felt like sleeping in a cloud! The private upper terrace had amazing views of the river and steam train line. Could have spent days just watching the world go by. Plenty of bird life and bat life at night to keep you entertained on top of the views. The hosts were welcoming, charming, informative but never intrusive. Definitely somewhere I would love to return to.
Absolutely nothing. Thank you to the hosts for their generosity in sharing such a lovely space!

Great property for a couple, or with one child in tow like ourselves. Lovely location - great views and walk trails.
Cleaning was not up to scratch - cobwebs in a few spots, bathroom not totally clean.

Absolutely amazing views over the river Dart. I'm pretty sure this would not be rivaled by any other accommodation nearby. Excellent kitchen available.
Only minor downside is that the lanes driving to it are very thin, but not busy so it's not a real issue.

Fantastic place, good communication. They even posted something we left. Top class 👏 The views are to die for. Book it, you won't regret it
Not a thing.

Excellent property, we really liked it and would definitely stay again. It's a wonderful area too with lots to do. Owners seemed lovely though didn't interrupt us in anyway!
My pillows were very lumpy, and I thought the bed was too. I didn't sleep very well which is unusual. My wife slept great though and loved her pillows!
