About this bed and breakfast
Renovated one bedroom guest cottage in Ludlow, Vermont. Prime ski location, 12 houses down from the Mountain Road entrance to Okemo Base Lodge. Anything you need can be found a short walk from your front door including a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars for Après Ski in town. Sitting on the weekend and holiday shuttle route to Okemo, it’s the perfect spot to have easy access to downhill skiing and snowboarding at Okemo Mountain.
The guest house has a bright atmosphere and fresh furnishings to make you feel at home. The single bedroom offers a queen bed and a cozy ambiance while the full bathroom features a stand-up shower. The living room's sleeper sofa folds out to a queen bed for children or extra guests. Guest cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar area that seats two and wifi for your technology needs.
The house is perfect for couples, families or friends looking for a quiet ski retreat. In summer, you'll find opportunities for golfing, hiking, mountain biking, disc golfing, and ziplining.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Kitchen had everything we needed, very clean and cozy. Love that it’s so close to Okemo.

Very cute VRBO located less than a mile from Okemo and 20 minutes from Killington for skiing. Missing some of the common amenities such as cooking oils, extra trash bags (there was 1 with a very small trash bin), and extra towels. The listing stated security measures of a deadbolt but this was lacking at the property. The kitchen has been updated since pictures were taken of the property however the fridge and freezer doors do not remain closed/sealed, we had to put our cooler in front of them to keep our food from spoiling.
Overall, its a very cute small space for 2 to stay within short driving distance of 2 great mountains. We enjoyed being able to cook and chill in the house after days of skiing but would recommend you plan accordingly with extra towels and cooking oils/utensils if you're staying more than 1-2 nights.

We had a wonderful ski weekend! The location of the house is wonderful - right in town and easy to drive to the mountain. The house was lovely and well stocked. It was perfect for the two of us. We'd come back anytime!

This was a great place to stay to ski at Okemo. It was basically a converted shed/small house on the back of the property behind a larger house but it was all you need size wise for two people. It was the size of a large hotel suite/room and it seemed to be newly renovated. It was so close to the mountain. It less than a 5 minute drive and was centrally located to other things as well. It is literally at the edge of town so you can walk to many restaurants and bars if desired though we drove because it was cold. I would recommend this place. We would go back!

Ski vacation
Nice property, very cute place. It was myself, my husband and my adult son and we had just enough room. It was just a few minute drive to the mountain and close to everything else as well. Everything was as described in the listing. Would definitely stay here again.

This cottage was perfect for the two of us. It had a well equipped kitchen, very close to amenities and absolutely loved the so comfortable pillow top mattress with egg crate topper.

Okemo Ski Getaway
The place was great. In my research I read a review that mentioned how small it actually was even though it had been described as just 400 square feet. Upon entering I was surprised at how big it seemed and how well layed out it was. Exactly as described in the listing.
It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and very convenient (walkable) to down town while just a short ride to the slopes.
I was alone but it would be perfect for two.

Nice little place and great location
This is the perfect little spot for a couple or small family. I came with my daughter and it had everything we needed. Excellent location to walk to town, and a 3-5 minute drive to Okemo for skiing. Fully functional kitchen was nice for eating in, and the TV has every streaming system already set up.

Cozy and convenient
Great little place. Had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was very comfy, just know that the bedroom has very little space around the bed so we needed to keep our suitcase in the living room.

Great rental for skiing
This was a great place for a family of three (2 adults, 1 5-year old) to spend a week skiing. It’s conveniently located in town and a quick 2 minute drive to the main base area of Okemo. It was clean, comfortable and functional with no issues. Craig and Diane were very responsive and helpful with all my questions. We would stay here again.

Mostly quite good
I was surprised to see how small the cottage was. I later found out that most VRBO homeowners use very wide angle lenses. This is my ignorance endnote a negative about he cottage. I was disappointed that I didn't do my homework. When I arrived I realized there was no dishwasher, washing machine or dryer. My bad. The one AC was sufficient to cool the cottage even of really hot nights. However, the AC was quite old and had no remote to adjust at night while seeping. This is the only criticism of the cottage. The owners are wonderful to deal with.

Comfortable and Convenient
The cottage was clean and updated with all necessary provisions and was conveniently located to groceries, restaurants, gas, etc. The property owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. The only thing that would make this rental better would be laundry on-site; but we knew this going in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Space for a Ski Getaway
Very cute, clean and comfortable apartment - perfect for a couple's ski getaway. Well stocked kitchen, top of the line TV with access to premium channels, 3 minute drive (if that) to Okemo Mountain, short walk to restaurants, grocery and liquor store. The owners were very responsive to the few needs/questions we had. The only (and I mean only) thing I would change about it is the muddy driveway - just be sure to wear boots every time you go out. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice stay. The only problem we encountered was uneven heat, but that was a small problem. Location is great. Easy access to stores, skiing, etc. it’s a good place. Go for it.
