Great for Family staycation

As compared to the rest such as Genting Grand n 1st World Hotel. Its got lesser rowdy occupant.

The music from the theme is a bit too loud in the morning n early evening

It's okay

The location of the hotel was great. The hotel lobby was very cute and has a nice play area for kids.

There are no aircon, genting is much cooler but at night it can be humid and stuffy. The curtains were terrible and light was piercing though blinds.

Need a lots of improvement on hotel cleanliness, toilet, parking lot and sound proof system

Toilet is too small, narrow and body can not moved around easily not functional . Bath toilet is too slippery without holder for bath towel. Bed size is small and bedsheet looks clean but once you sleep the whole body is itchy the whole night couple with noise from surrounding is so loud till mid-night. Parking lot is another issues, hotel do not have carpark for guests. For your information, I went for skin treatment after check out of hotel. Very disappointed and very uncomfortable stay !!!

Average Stay

There was some technical issues with the self check in machine, which caused significant delays, but the front deck staff (Michael) was attentive and did the check in for me had a very good attitude.

- Self check in machine obviously has its issues. - Room was not clean - there were a few pieces of hair in the bathroom. - Pillow was much too high. - Only one roll of toilet paper was given, which was not enough for a one-night stay.

Неплохой вариант для короткого семейного проживания

Расположение отличное, в шаге от всего, стоимость для такого расположения достаточно неплохая в сравнении с другими отелями. Отель ориентирован на семьи с детьми, на ресепшене неплохая детская площадка. Номера также хорошо подходят семьям. Мне предложили на выбор два расположения номера, я выбрал первый этаж, что привело к описанным ниже минусам - может быть, для второго этажа в другом крыле это было бы неактуально. Выдают несколько карточек доступа, очень удобно.

Звукоизоляция в номере не очень, окна выходили на шоссе, машины и мотоциклы шумели всю ночь. То же самое со светоизоляцией, нормально занавесить окно не было возможности, а на шоссе фонари и фары машин. В номере не было регулируемого вручную кондиционера, поэтому нельзя было настроить обогрев, к ночи стало довольно холодно, особенно со стороны окна.

The rooms were provided with the usual items that are required - hairdryer, kettle etc....

Should train your online customer service to be more proactive. Wrote to them twice and enquired on whether the rooms come with hair dryer - both times my queries were ignored. It does not take much time to respond to a simple yes or no.

Good for a short stay only.

Cute and funky hotel theme, very family friendly. Beds were huge and very comfortable. Had a great night's sleep!

We were checked into a room that was far away from the main hotel lobby. Had to walk through a long walkway and into another building which only had one tiny lift and everyone had to keep waiting for that same lift so that was a bummer. Walls of the room also had what looked like blood stains so that really took points away for me.

Clean family orientated hotel, be prepared for noisy rooms, bustling foyer crowds.

Not a lot, we booked as it was only room available this night across the entire area! Lesson learned.

Kiosk check in....not a customer focus experience. Never seen similar before. Not real user friendly, didn't recognise the Booking Number, from the outset. Charged as tourists, even though both have Work Permit residency and pay tax (IE: Not tourists) For $194 for one night, is more aligned to several family people sharing. Room was such a very long way across in the Valley wing from hotel foyer, and was like a rabbit warren to find room, to find foyer and to commence exploring from (This is definitely not evident when research rooms and Hotel site) and maps. Same applies for the car park and transit luggage to and from?? Rooms above were so loud and noisy through floor and in corridors, from 11pm to 2 pm, and again from 6am on, could hear all jumping around above, voices throughout and minimal sleep had by us. Foyer area always busy, very noisy

Good budget hotel for families with younger children, but very noisy so don't expect to sleep

3 good sized beds ( although uncomfortable) room clean and well stocked.

No door on bathroom, hard pillows and bed, very noisy all night.

1: The locationnis fantastic easy to access aky avenue mall and skywworld theme parks 2: The check In process is very quick.

1: The breakfast option not available. 2: The Toilet is very small.

Pleasant and family friendly stay, will return next time!

Kids friendly playground and selfie spots. My boy loves playing the slide and the design was baby safe. The staffs were very helpful, explaining the best options we could have for two rooms that I have booked. The toilets were clean too. Kudos to the team!

The soundproof of room could be better. There was a little stain on the bedsheet, but overall cleanliness is good.

Close to theme park. Economical for a family of 4. Room looks nice and rather new.

No air condition! Can't imagine how it feels during summer. The ventilation vent in the corridor is very noisy. The room has a strong smell of rennovtion. So we requested to change room which somewhat improved. Quite a bit of walk, 10mins, to casino and main food outlets.

Overall decor is kids friendly and clean, a nice place for getaway

Overall was clean, staff was really friendly. They were thoughtful and switched rooms for old parents so they don’t have to walk too far to the newer valley wing. WiFi and room view is ok.

There was no hand soap, so we used the bath gel. The chrome coating from the hair dryer was peeling and there was some dust near to outside the fan coil, so we dust it off before using. TV resolution is not clear, watchable with some fine lines

Superb

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was close to the places we wanted to go to so it made it very convenient. The toilet, too, was very nice and clean. All in all, it was a pretty good stay. Would come back here in the future!

wholesome place!! perfect place for kids

everything! literally everything! we suffered so much from our previous hotel in other country, and then when we got here, everything was so pleasantly comfortable and clean!!! worth every penny, plus my son love the place so much! will definitely recommend this hotel! you get what you see and booked!

mattress was quite hard. pillow not hotel grade. noisy at night because u have to open up the window as there’s no aircon, so means soundproofing not so good
