This is great use of a small space in a lovely setting. The apartment is well thought out with all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive and the neighbors were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The location is perfect for a relatively quiet stay in the heart of the Cote de Beaune.

Great place for a quiet stay
The apartment was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. A surprise gift basket awaited us on our arrival. Thanks! We met Peter and Linda (the owners) who were very pleasant and helpful - especially teaching us how to lock the door! Unfortunately, we didn't get to connect with the manager.

Fabulous stay
Our stay at Charmots was the highlight of our trip to France and we only wish we could have stayed more than 6 days in this property in the charming village of Pommard. All the amenities were top quality ( except for the TV which had an issue and eventually had to be repaired ) however our intention was not to spend much time watching TV in any event. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and this older property has been magnificently renovated with any thing you might need to enjoy a comfortable visit. Bonus was that the “Vendanges” were taking place all around us when we stayed. It is close to Beaune so convenient for visits. We had an outstanding vacation, one to remember.

Charming Flat in Pommard
Charmot de Pommard is a perfectly charming and cozy flat right in the center of the beautiful wine village of Pommard. It has everything needed for a lovely stay in the heart of Burgundy. The flat is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped and includes a Nespresso machine, microwave, and a wide array of kitchen items as well as some essential spices, olive oil and Balsamic vinegar. Milk, orange juice, water and a bottle of Crémant de Bourgogne were thoughtfully provided in the fridge upon arrival, making us feel very welcome.
The bedroom and bath are very comfortable, and the bathroom has plenty of space for toiletries, and a lovely “rain” shower head. The heated floors are an especially nice feature!
A lot of attention has been paid to every detail to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable time. Property managers Su and David Bishop, who also developed the property and live there as well, are lovely and very helpful. We highly recommend the Charmot de Pommard and look forward to returning again very soon.

Spectacular apartment amidst vineyards of a working Burgundian wine village
This is a lovely one bedroom apartment in the charming village of Pommard. set in the middle of vineyards of pinot noir. When you arrive, you can review pictures of the before and after of the renovation of a shell of a structure into a tasteful, and very functional unit with a great king bed. All of the floors are tile, but in the bathroom it seems to be heated. The location if very quiet as this is a working farming village, though you may not be the only visitors. It is 3 km. from Beaune, a manageable walk, but not something most will want to do every day. There are a few places to eat, but as we were there in late October, little was open. You will need a car. We made the mistake of planning our arrival and departure on Sunday, which I would recommend you avoid unless you have a car before heading to Beuane. Car rental agencies close early on Saturday and are closed on Sunday, as are most everything else. Su, the property manager, was very helpful and always responsive in arranging taxis when we were without our rental car (By the way, we had problems with Hertz, which is a franchise at a BP station and not a Hertz-company outlet. Although we prepaid for our car, we were charged another $240 before the service station manager would release the car to us. He was unpleasant to deal with, on top of that. This is not the first time I have had bad experiences with Hertz and will not use them again., even in the US.) If you arrive by train, you will need to pre-arrange a taxi, even if you have reserved a car and need to get to the rental from the Gare (French for train station,.) Taxis are hard to get. Back to Pommard. We cannot speak highly eough about the quality of finish in the unit. Bath towels were super-plush bath sheets. When we arrived, there was even coffee, milk, OJ, and snacks in addition to a bottle of cremant (Burgandy sparkling wine.) There were even herbs, garlic, olive oil and vinegars in the kitchen as well as salt and pepper! The location is great for getting around Burgundy, as well. Just drive south down valley away from Beaune to enjoy the Cote d'Or (chardonnay country) or toward Dijon for Cote d"Nuit (pinot noir country.) If you can, make reservations at Au Pres du Clocher, just blocks and an easy walk from the apartment. Unquestionably one of the best restaurants we have ever experrienced!

Exquisite Pommard gite
A beautiful little gite, very comfortable with every attention to detail. The villiage of Pommard was lovely, we only wished we could have stayed longer, as three days were definately not enough.

Fully equiped comfort in lovely village
We couldn't have asked for more. Great apartment, thoughtfully decked out with everything we needed during our one week stay. Useful information on local area was appreciated. We found this place is well located for walking amongst the vineyards and to nearby towns including Beaune, and also for driving further such as Dijon. It is very quiet, near to village centre and no fuss to check in and out. All in all, brilliant. We loved this apartment which was a big part of enjoying our stay in Pommard.

Pommard perfection!!
Charmot de Pommard was Superb!! Charming, and very cozy. The location was in the quaint village of Pommard and within walking distance to wine shop, chocolatier, pizzeria (which was great) and a Michelin worthy restaurant called Apres du Clocher. Beaune City Centre is 10 minute drive and offers shopping and plenty of excellent restaurants. The pics are very accurate and we plan to return very soon.
