You will be walking distance to everything town has to offer at this location. Completely remodeled, beautiful finishes, amazing magazine quality bathrooms and kitchen. 2 Outdoor Showers, 2 Full Size Refrigerators & 2 Dishwashers!Other amenities include: Beach Chairs, Pac and Play, 2 Drip Coffee Makers and 1 Keurig, Blow Dryers, First Floor Sound System.Short Term Rentals less then a 7 nights will also require a $500 Cleaning FeePLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING HOLIDAYS AS WE HAVE A MINIMUM OF THREE NIGHTS FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS.Owner provides quilts and pillows. Overall the house was great and had plenty of room for our 21 guest bachelorette party. We stayed before the pool opened so I can’t comment on that amenity but the home is within walking distance of town and the beach. If you’ve never stayed at a New Jersey shore house, you have to deal with bringing your own linen and sheets which is honestly the only downside to coordinate for that large of a group. There are also a lot of check out cleaning requirements (take trash and recycling out to bins located under the porch outside, dishes washed and dishwasher empty, beds returned to state they were when arrived- comforter and pillows made, floor free of crumbs, etc) which I always find tough when you’re already paying for a cleaning fee, but we were a fortunately clean group so everyone pitched in before heading out (check out is early at 10am and keys must be returned by then). Overall I would definitely recommend the home for large groups as the rental group is also very responsive!

My stayed at this beautiful house the last weekend of June and we are already looking forward to booking again next year! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping, and the house itself is incredible. There was plenty of room for our large group of about 20, with room to spare. The pool was used everyday and we gathered every evening on the deck. I highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group looking to stay in the Cape May area. It is an absolute gem.

We had a big group of girls stay at this house and it was awesome. The house looked just like the pictures and was very clean. It was huge and we had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hangout. It is also in a prime location close to the beach and bars. We want to come back when the in ground pool is built!!

We had a girls trip with 21 people. There is plenty of space so no one felt on top of each other! Identical home to what you see in the photos -- stunning location. I personally loved the porch spaces and a great spot to have your morning coffee. I highly recommend this home if you are visiting Cape May!

Our family group of 20, age range 6 months to 73, had a wonderful time at 200 Madison over Christmas, and the group hds nothing but positive things to say about the exceptional house and the experience. Above all else, the house is extremely well put together, well furnished, well-cared for and well-managed. For example, we were delighted to find Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree all set up when we arrived a couple of days before Christmas (along with a welcoming bottle of wine etc.). Everything (particularly kitchen and bathrooms) has been upgraded and renovated and the house has all the luxury touches like crown molding and coffered ceilings. For our purposes, rooms that really added to the experience were the large front porch which stayed warm despite the very cold temperatures outside, the back dinette area that the kids used as a video game parlor, and of course the large island kitchen and dining area. Everything was there we needed, including two refrigerators (plus a wine cooler), two dish washers, multiple coffee makers, and so on.
The house is 1.5 blocks from Beach Street and the boardwalk and the beach, and an approximately 12-14 minute walk to downtown and the Market St. Mall (the walk is beautiful in and itself, going through one of the classic Victorian Houses sections of town).
Would highly recommend this house to those planning a stay in Cape May and needing a place for a large party of people.

Our family of 20 people spent a January weekend at this property. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is located a short two blocks from the beach. We were able to talk a morning beach walk and then return later in the afternoon for a kite flying session. The house itself was spotless, roomy, stocked with almost every amenity possible, and was beautifully decorated while maintaining a comfortable beach vibe. There was room for all of us to play games, watch TV, prepare meals and eat together. We spent the weekend creating memories and enjoying the company of one another. Two hundred Madison Avenue played a starring role in this process. We recommend it highly.

My family stayed here over NYE weekend and had the best time. Everyone LOVED the house. It was perfect for our group of 16 adults and 5 children. The house was extremely clean and well decorated (including a real Christmas tree). Living room made us all feel like home and not in a rental. Kitchen was well equipped to handle a large group. Beach views with walking distance to downtown were an added bonus. Already planning to stay here again in the future!

This house was absolutely magical! Our group stayed for a long weekend to celebrate the holiday season and this house was perfect! The owners even had a decorated tree! It was located close enough to restaurants and shopping for us to enjoy but nestled on a quiet street for us to relax. We will surely book this property again.

What an amazing place! From the location, number of beds/ bedrooms/ bathrooms, deck space to the beautiful enclosed front porch, top notch appliances, dining spaces, this shore home has everything a large group could need or want for a perfect getaway in Cape May! This house was beautiful and so nice. They left two bottles of wine for us and flowers when we got there. The house fit 20 people easily and everyone got a bed. It’s a great spot and only 3 blocks from the beach. It even had beach chairs for us as well! Highly recommend. It’s so walkable to the town as well.

Amazing House
This house was AMAZING. Very close to the beach, beautiful inside and out and every amenity you could need. There are PLENTY of beach chairs, boogie boards, a ping pong table and the kitchen is very well equipped. We rented this for a college friend's wedding and every single one of us were amazed at how amazing the home was. I can not say enough. No complaints! We would love to rent this house again!

We were here with 5 families in the middle of a Nor'easter and still had a great time! The house is great, clean, tons of space, so even though we were cooped up inside most of the weekend, we had a great time! It was our 3rd time renting this house and will definitely be back!

Perfect Fall Bachelorette Weekend
This house was amazing. We went a little big on the house to celebrate a bachelorette get away so everyone would feel they had enough room and boy did they. Starting the first night we added a game where we would move to a different room every hour because there was just one great space after another. There were plenty of beds for everyone and a great entertaining space.
It's a bit away from the center of everything but close enough to walk to ride.
Would highly recommend for a large group stay.

Amazing Vacation Home!
This house was the perfect house for our huge family! We loved the extra game room space for the kids and it's the first house we've stayed in that had enough seating for all of us at meal time. We also appreciated how clean it was! The decor was beautiful and the location was also great...so close to the beach and shopping. We are definitely hoping to stay here again!

Just finished our trip to Cape May, staying at 200 Madison Ave. The property was everything and more! We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday and had friends and family in from the area. The house was everything we were looking for. I would recommend this location to anyone. 2 blocks to the beach and 5-10 minute walk to the shops. Great weekend with memories that will last forever.

Fabulous House!
This home is absolutely beautiful. Loved the modern feel of the home! Plenty of space for everyone. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. Kitchen is beautiful and stocked with everything that you would need to cook and has a huge dining room table and another seating area. The indoor patio was a plus for those who cannot take the sun. The two story outdoor deck had plenty of space for everyone to sit outside. The front deck On the second floor had ocean views. Overall, a beautiful home and would definitely recommend for a big family.

Perfection in every way!
We stayed at the “Seahouse” for a family reunion. There were 14 of us ranging in age from 6 to 73 and the house was perfect for all ages. We had plenty of space, the house was gorgeous and the decor was impeccable, straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog. The location was amazing, house was super clean when we arrived, we couldn’t have found a better house and have already requested to book for next year (and for an extra two nights), as we would love to make this home our annual reunion spot, it is THAT perfect. The welcome note and wine were a beautiful touch. Just a really special home, thank you!!!!

Amazing house, perfect location!
What a fantastic house! Not only is it gorgeous and impeccably decorated, but it had everything we could possibly need for our weekend stay for 16 women. We cooked in both nights, utilizing the great kitchen space and outdoor grill, and were all able to enjoy both meals at the huge dining room table.
It's a quick two block walk to the beach, and walking distance to Cape May restaurants, bike shops, and more. The property manager was super responsive when I had a couple of questions. By the time we departed, many of the ladies were already talking about wanting to book the house for upcoming large group getaways! Highly recommend!

Alpha Xi Delta Sorority Sisters Reunion
This property was absolutely perfect for 23 ladies enjoying our 2nd annual Cape May getaway. The home was beautifully decorated and the bedrooms were spacious and well configured for our group. The color choices and tile work in the bathrooms were just beautiful. Our group enjoyed the front enclosed porch gathering area with ample seating for conversations and socializing. We enjoyed the back deck as well to sit and relax while catching some sun rays. The kitchen and dining areas are well appointed and configured with generous seating for a large group such as ours. The bar area is a nice addition as well as having two large refrigerators. The ladies in our group could not stop complimenting me on the choice of this home and are anxious to consider this property again for our next annual gathering. When a home shows so well and is immaculate, it is easy to leave it in pristine condition in the way we found it. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at the Seahouse! Well done!!!

This house is magnificent
This house was so much more than the description. The owners made us feel immediately welcome by putting up garland and a wreath, on the front door for our Christmas week holiday. Once inside we were delighted. The rooms were much larger than they appeared in photos. The details (light fixtures, tile work, hardware on doors and overall decor) were stunning. First impressions gave us the feeling that we had found the perfect spot.
As family members arrived and the house started to fill up, we noticed just how well the layout accommodated the group. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. Even the one night when we needed a ninth bedroom for our son and his wife, the second-floor den instantly changed into a private bedroom, with a door and full balcony, by opening the sofabed.
With a large group (all adults) we prepared big meals and most nights stayed in the house, laughing well into the night. The house layout allowed for both large and small group gatherings. One night sixteen of us comfortably held a murder mystery in the living room, with a full meal served around the dining-room table. Another night we moved porch furniture into the living room so that we could all eat and watch the football game together.
Other times the group split up. We had puzzle makers in the breakfast nook, readers on the porch, poker players at the dining-room table, and other watching TV in the living room.
Every day we appreciated the many things that made our stay so comfortable. For one thing, there are two dishwashers, two coffee makers, two toasters, two tables in the breakfast nook and two full-size refrigerators So even though food was constantly being eaten, the dishes never piled up in the sinks. Also, even with two full dishwashers running there were plenty of dishes and glasses. The only thing we could suggest for this property would be the addition of a hand mixer and a coffee grinder.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property and location are certainly five stars!
