Hotel confortável, bonito, porém peguei intoxicação alimentar no café da manhã, passei MUITO MAL.

Peguei intoxicação alimentar com o café da manhã de vocês. Fiquem espertos ao tomar café da manhã ali… Vômitos, diarreia, febre e mal estar, isso é falha no trabalho da nutricionista.

O hotel possui uma sauna seca.

O atendimento da cozinha. Ainda que no site dig que é 24h, essa não foi a realidade. Poderia ao menos ter uma máquina de café disponível.

Good Hotel with bad / Slow service

Breakfast

Quality of Service of the personal al reception - First to much money was charged and then it was corrected and checkout there was still something to pay. Very Chaotic! - Baggage which was let at reception wasn’t found for over 30min of time ?!?! - In general the time of checkin or processing people was very slow. All details from booking were again communicated and just checking time was 15 minutes. - very few English speaking people at the reception - Dinner restaurant quality food wasn’t good.

Atendimento dos funcionários da garagem

Ar condicionado quebrado e as janelas dos quartos são fechadas, passei muito calor, o corredor chegando no quarto fede esgoto. Pedi pra consertar o ar condicionado 2 vezes e não arrumaram, nem me trocaram de quarto. Muito caro e não compensa, fiquei lá por conta da localização e me arrependi.

Foi ótimo, funcionários maravilhosos e todos muito prestativos, desde a recepção até o atendimento. Quarto bem limpo, cama espaçosa e travesseiros confortáveis, banheiro ótimo, café da manhã excelente! Voltarei com certeza.

Ar condicionado não era individual, então quando muda a temperatura não mudava muito. A TV que na verdade é um monitor grande de computador. Fora isso, tudo excelente.

Quarto grande, limpo, cama confortável. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Hotel silencioso e muito organizado. Funcionários simpáticos. Café da manhã perfeito! Muita variedade e tudo muito gostoso!

Good for short stays

The silence (9 floor) and location near metro station (Tatuapé Station). Staff cordiality, I had a late breakfast. The room had a good space.

The bed sheets were not very new and had some holes. The electricity outlet near the bed did not work. The shower box poured water and wet the bathroom.

For a lower price and working restaurant and bar, I would stay there again. Staff is nice.

Breakfast is good, although coffee is bad. Bed is comfy.

Swimming pool was dirty and gym was dusty, restaurant not working because of the New year event, but we weren't told that in advance and still paid the full price for the stay. Staff was helpful, but for the price we paid, we expected a lot more for the room, building and service. All we heard was sorry, but no compensation. Streaming services, for instance, didn't work in a Premium room! Chromecasting was a very poor option.
