it is a family run hotel on a scenic lake. it is a bit far from Bad Endorf, so without a car or a taxi it would be problematic to get there. Breakfast and sauna were good. most importantly staff was very friendly and helpful. thank you.

Real family hotel in a quiet area

The hotel is located just in front of the lake, there are multiple hiking routes around it, views are amazing, even for winter time. Staff is extremely friendly and you can really get the 'family hotel' approach. SPA zone is very clean, steam sauna and finnish sauna are available for free. Breakfast was great, very big variety of food.

The matresses were very uncomfortable, quilts too thin for winter and it was very cold in the night even though the heating was on. Ceiling in bathroom was yellow and stained. What was missing were the robes and slippers for SPA area. Food in restaurant tasted good, but it was extremely salty.

Really good place to stay and have a good rest.

Friendliness and professionalism of their staff. The receptionist was really helpful showing me around and booking my table at their restaurant. The waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly with great recommendations for local cuisine.

Staff were very friendly and attentive, room and bathroom were clean und spacious . We had a room overlooking the courtyard but you can still see the lake from the balcony. Breakfast was good, hams and cheeses were fresh and of good quality. The hotel restaurant was fantastic, every item came with a salad from the salad bar...a lovely spread!! The food was great, everything freshly cooked and not at all pricey. We paid more at a Trattoria where the salad dressing was not self-made. I give a thumbs up for this hotel

Calm place with good structure and great location for outdoor activities.

Quality of the food on the restaurant (breakfast and regular meals), location, lots of options for outdoor activities and friendly staff.

Kitchen closes too early for dinner.

Just perfect and peaceful

It was all perfect, a friendly and warm environment, the staff was really nice and kind. The bed was pretty comfy, even if it was just a single bed. Breakfast was also 10/10. :) I was there with my dog, everything was fine. Thank you very much for making my holiday so lovely!

Extremely nice service at the restaurant

The service at the restaurant was extremely nice and really warm. For me only for that is worth to repeat. Dinner was perfect but the next day it was the Birthday of my girlfriend and they surprise us for breakfast with a decorated table and a glass of Champaign. Thank you and continue with that amazing service.

We were in the other building and to go to the sauna we had to go outside where was a bit cold.

Location. Comfortable beds, clean and friendly staff.

Rooms look cheap, you can hear the neighbors. Breakfast was rather poor. Not “superb” like in the description. Hotel not very dog friendly. You oay 5€ extra for nothing. Our dog still had to sit outside in the rain while we ate.
