Location, view from balcony.
We did not able to use Spa, this is open only 4 hours. (15.30-19.30) My husband and friends wanted to use spa after L’etapeditour 09/07 and that was reason we chose this hotel, to got to spa 7-8pm and paid more for hotel. Also rooms do not have aircondition, so in summer rooms are hot and it is hard to sleep. Check out time very eraly.

We really loved the location of the hotel and the Reception staff are so friendly and helpful. I requested an extension of our check-out because our son was still having fun in the Game room. The staff willingly obliged. We are already thinking of going back there next year. Thank you for the lovely stay.
The bar closed early in the evening. We came back from Alta Lumina at around 11:00 and there was no one at the bar anymore, although the guests were still around. The other issue we had was in the restaurant La Biskatcha. The food was great but the service was a bit slow. My husband asked the young lady who served us wine what time would our dinner be served, because we waited 45 mins before our Starter was served. We were just concerned that the main dish would take as long to arrive and we had an appointment to catch. The response from the young lady was a bit arrogant. But, she was the only one who behaved that way, the other Service staff were very kind and friendly.

The location was great and so were the spa facilities but when you pay £500 a night you expect something good.
it was not worth the money pure and simple, then you add on top the noise and the amount of kids, it was a bit mental. Kids are kids and make noise, i should have done better research before but if you stay then you must love those sweet little bambinos - can i say that? oh well. Cleaners also start well early so if the kids don’t get you rest assured there is a backup plan.

good location, good restaurant
bedroom very small - needed refurbishing- wardrobes require rethinking no shelves in one. bathroom shower step in then step down could be a danger for some. overall a great disappointment for the price

Excellent location (if there’s snow!). Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nice bar - plenty of room but also snug. The standard room, although dark and a bit dated, had a great shower with fantastic water pressure.
We found the room dark and a bit dated. The room was also very hot at times but there was no way to control the radiators in the room. The spa area was nice but pool had 2 broken lights sitting on the side and the jacuzzi was out of order. Sauna and steam room also closed between 1230 and 1530 which was not ideal as Les Gets had no snow when we were there. Shower in the spa was also not working. Overall, not great for a 4 star hotel.

A pampering hotel designed with good taste and with free parking. A large pool
The restaurant in the hotel is expensive. 20 euros for a bowl of vegetables. The city is almost empty of people at the end of September

Very nice old-fashioned hotel, with a great location. Very good restaurant in place. Small playroom, but rather for toddlers than for the bigger kids. Nice swimming pool (but a little bit cold).
Our room required refreshment (walls and floor, as well the bathroom were pretty used, but still acceptable). Neither air-conditioning, nor a small refrigerator in the room, which would be very much expected for this price.

Great staff, beautiful location, nice rooms, good breakfast
We stayed here specifically for the spa, but the jacuzzi wasn’t working and they only opened the hammam and sauna after 330pm

The staff overall was very helpful, and most friendly. Special thanks to Layla for her patience and help!
My room was in a quiet location with a large balcony/terrace and I truly appreciated that!

Beautiful hotel, the staff seriously went above and beyond to help us- we had some unique requests travelling with a 4 month old! Location is great, pool and spa superb, rooms spacious with lovely balconies.

The Hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of the resort, particularly good for the ski season as it is directly opposite a chair lift. The public rooms and reception are well presented in a traditional alpine style. The Hotel has a large indoor pool and spa facilities which is one of the main reasons we chose it.
The rooms are badly in need of refurbishment, they are clean and comfortable but look like they have not been updated for over 20 years( see photo of rotten wood on the balcony) We asked for change of room to a south west aspect to enjoy the sun and noticed there was no kettle in the room although the original room had one, we were informed superior rooms do not have kettles?! When my wife enquired about Spa bookings she was informed it was closed for the duration of our stay. After two requests we eventually received a kettle. The service in the Restaurant was poor and the food average, when we asked to speak to the Restaurant manager we eventually received a grudging apology after what amounted to an unpleasant argument at reception.
We enjoyed our stay in the area but I have to say this is despite the poor customer service we received from this Hotel. I note that other reviews have commented on the excellent service but this was not our experience and I can only conclude that the service is therefore inconsistent. I chose this Hotel after careful research and it was part of a trip around the French Alps, all of our other accommodation was outstanding, sadly this Hotel will be memorable for all the wrong reasons. If a customer is disappointed with the service provided the one certain way to make them even more unhappy is to fail to acknowledge the problem and to argue with them.

great facilities. large nice room.
it was hot at night and couldn’t easily find cold water to drink (there was a bottle in the fridge which wasn’t visible, the fridge that is, and it wasn’t clear if the water was free or chargeable so we left it). Food service was a bit erractic at dinner but they accommodated us late so no complaints.
