Sempre oltre le aspettative

Dopo questo secondo soggiorno in questa struttura, tutte le impressioni della prima volta si riconfermano. Personale gentile e disponibile, camere comode e pulite, vista mare (se vi capita o la chiedete) stupenda, colazione ottima e abbondante. Il parcheggio disponibile si esaurisce velocemente (una decina di auto da parcheggiare con molta destrezza) soprattutto se la struttura è piena, ma essendo gratis direi che non ci si può lamentare. Personalmente mai avuto problemi.

La posizione

La trascuratezza dell'hotel che avrebbe grandi potenzialità se solo fosse tenuto in maniera appropriata, non so come possa essere un 3 stelle, nella camera la porta del bagno che era a soffietto era minuscola , rotta e si chiudeva a fatica, le federe erano macchiate ho dovuto chiedere il cambio, anche le persiane dovevano essere sollevate per poter essere chiuse, il phon con la relativa presa era praticamente attaccato al lavandino...bha...e in ultimo ma molto importante il titolare continuava a riprendere il suo personale , ragazze oltretutto deliziose che si facevano in quattro, anche davanti agli Ospiti cosa che secondo me non dovrebbe accadere! Insomma il posto è molto bello ma l'hotel è veramente mal gestito. Non ci torneremo sicuramente.

Hezké ubytování.

Velmi příjemný a vstřícký personál. Regionální snídaně byli dobré, ale s malým výběrem. Pokoj byl čístý, každý den byli měněny ručníky.

Na pokoji schází lednička a rychlovarná konvice. Pokoj byl s balkonem, ale na balkoně nebyl ani stůl, pouze jedno sluneční lehátko a nepohodlná židle se železným žebrováním. V širším okolí se nachází pouze placené pláže. Doporučuji přejet 30km do města Menton ve Francii, kde je azurové moře a rozlehlá veřejná pláž.

Vraiment pas terrible. A éviter

Franchement c’est difficile à trouver. Le petit déjeuner était bien. Le personnel était gentil

La chambre a été refaite mais aucune décoration ni charme, même pas de rideaux au niveau de la porte fenêtre du balcon terrasse qui donne directement sur la route principale qui longe la mer. Imaginer le bruit avec la circulation qu’il y a. La cour qui sert de parking et aussi de cheminement pour entrer dans l’hôtel fait vraiment triste peine à voir sans compter les végétaux non entretenus. Je pense qu’il y a beaucoup de choses à faire pour améliorer la plupart de tous les petits problèmes qui noircissent ce petit hôtel qui pourrait avoir du charme autrement.

Camera perfetta per pochi giorni, vista mare eccezionale!

Spettacolare la vista mare, comodo il parcheggio dell'hotel, solo 5 posti ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi, forse grazie alla bassa stagione turistica. Ottima posizione, in soli 20 minuti di passeggiata su pista ciclabile si arriva in centro a Sanremo. Camera silenziosa nonostante affacciasse proprio sulla strada statale, letto comodo.

Da migliorare la dotazione della camera con qualche attaccapanni negli armadi. L'asse del water era un po' "ballerina" e gli scarichi di bidet e lavandino erano intasati, ma dopo nostra segnalazione sono stati ripristinati.

The view from the balcony is spectacular.

The breakfast was poor. Everything is very old and in desperate need for renovation. The toilet seat was cracked, and the bathroom reeked of chlorine.

Cosy and nice villa with a sea view

Wonderful staff, nice attitude. Public beach in 5 min walking distance. Beautiful room and building decoration.

Breakfast is humble. Parking space is very limited.

Nice wiew!

Wiew and balcony.

Room wasn't cosy. Small double bed. No chair and table or even desk in room. Our room wasn't at the main building. Bathroom is renovated lately but plumbing is old. Breakfast was poor, over boiled eggs, water on juice, no taste at all. Only good thing was croissants. Because the wiew, room was noisy due to traffic.
