Casa Cascada (Condo Maraica) in Sayulita is a spacious, comfortable, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully equipped condominium. It is part of the 10 unit complex of Maraica Condominiums, with access to an outdoor pool, gorgeous gardens and on site parking.

Casa Cascada is located on the North End of Sayulita, across the street from the north beach and a short 10 minute walk to the town center. The bedrooms consist of a master suite with a King bed and ensuite bath and a second bedroom with two Twin beds and a second, separate bath. Casa Cascada is a front lower unit with terrace and garden, and space to park a golf cart.

The condo also offers a fully-equipped kitchen, making it the perfect choice for families or couples looking to get away for a Mexican holiday! A quick walk from the plaza in the center of town, Casa Cascada provides the perfect mix of a relaxing vacation while also being able to enjoy all the attractions Sayulita has to offer. Everything was perfect. Only complaint we were supplied Beach supplies & 4 out of 5 beach chairs are broken & the umbrella is also broken. (Unusable) An umbrella is A MUST, we had to pay to rent one.

My sister and I stayed here for a long weekend to explore the area. The condo is on the north end of town and is nice and quiet at night. You can see the ocean through the palm trees in front. We walked downtown everyday and it only takes about 10 minutes. There are several small neighborhood bars in the area to grab a drink on the way back to the condo after dinner. We had a very relaxing visit and will definitely come back.

We stayed a week at Casa Cascada and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The property offered everything we needed and was in a great location. Communication beforehand with the owner was fantastic. The area was quiet, but the Sayulita town center was an easy, 10-minute walk, and a few very good restaurants and bars were even closer. We could see the ocean from the front window and hear the surf even with the windows closed. The a/c was great, but the ceiling fans usually were enough. The bathrooms and kitchen were nice and well equipped, and we were especially happy to have a washer and dryer (though the dryer is not vented, which is odd and probably a long-term problem for the house). The garden area and swimming pool were beautiful. Altogether, we really liked Casa Casada and definitely would stay here again. Thank you, Nikki, for sharing your home with us for a few days!

Perfect for us!

Our family of four stayed in this cute and clean condo for a week and it was lovely. Perfect location on the quiet end out town but just before the giant hill, so was easy to walk everywhere. The only issue we had was with the safe when we got there and Nikki and Arturo fixed it right away. The pool area is actually nicer than the pics make it look - was lovely to hang on the couches there with cocktails and ocean view while the kids swam.

Loved this property. It was a about a 5-10 minute walk from town, but the sunset and sound of waves were wonderful. Quick walk to the beach, clean and comfy. All you need for a great vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect—right on the beach, and close to the town square, but still removed enough to give us peace and quiet. Check-in was easy and convenient, and the condo had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at this condo for a week and it was a great place. It's a very short walk to the beach and every thing needed for the beach was already there. The center of town was very close and there were lots of great places to eat or shop for food. The condos had everything I needed ,wifi,beach toys ,cooking utensils,barbecue . It's a great location for me to get some exercise from the short walks to the town and it was very quiet in the condo. Nikki was a great host and answered my emails promptly. She was very patient with a older guy like me and I hope to be back next year for a longer stay.

I loved my stay at Casa Cascada! The condo was lovely and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for us to use, which was great since the beach access was so close to us! We were a quick walk to the centre of town, with lots of restaurants to eat at along the way. It was a great stay and we will definitely stay again!

Great Location

We had great time here. It is a great location close to the beach, quiet except for the sound of the waves and an easy walk to everything in town. The unit has a very functional kitchen and really good beds. There is plenty of room for 4 and was very comfortable for us. The owners were easy to communicate with when we had questions. It was a great stay. Would stay here again.

Clean, quiet and gated. We could hear the ocean crashing when the patio windows were open. Its a two minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes into town very centrally located. The condo has everything you need, great place to stay I would definitely stay there again.

We spent two weeks in Casa Cascada. Lovely unit in the quieter part of Sayulita but only a 15 minute walk to town. We walked most places for the first week then rented a golf cart for the second. Nikki’s communication prior to the trip and during was clear and helpful. Once at the unit, Arturo stepped in and was wonderful. He doesn’t speak much English but that’s easily sorted by using a translation app. We’ll definitely be back. Muchas gracias! S&C, Vancouver, BC

Very comfortable place with cold AC. Short walk to town for shopping and great beaches close by. Would recommend getting golf cart to facilitate your travels around town.

We loved our stay at Condo Maraica. It was the perfect base for our family. We did hire a car from the airport for the week and there is a parking spot out front of the condo. The condo is gated which made us feel safe. The condo itself was perfect for our family of four. We have 2 kids ages 7 and 4 years. It is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the Netflix once or twice having some down time after some busy days on the beach and swimming. We loved that the sliding doors opened up to create that outdoor indoor feeling. We loved sitting out on the patio in the evenings drinking margaritas and listening to the ocean. Arturo was helpful in replacing the water jug when it ran out, other than that we didn't really need anything from him. The kids loved the pool and we often had the pool to ourselves. The walk into town takes about 10-15 mins (with kids). It is a flat walk and even our 4 year old made it pretty easily. You can also walk along the beach into town. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to stay again at Condo Maraica next time we visit Sayulita. Thank you!!!!

Spacious 2 bedroom, less than a block from the beach. Easy walk to the center of Sayulita. Very quiet area in the evenings. The pool was an added bonus. The grounds were lush and well tended. Arturo, the local property manager was super helpful on site and Nikki was easy to communicate with by email. We had a great time!

We had a truly awesome stay. Plenty of space, well appointed and comfortable. I needed some quiet during the night and this place delivered. Short 10 minute walk to the center but there are some shops and restaurants within 3 minutes. Beach access is 50 meters away.

Great property. Full stocked kitchen. Great master bedroom with ensuite. Comfy beds in both rooms. Lots of towels, face cloths, extra bedding. In room safe. Screened doors. Nice patio. A/C or fans for your choosing. Close to Playa Norte. Our first impression when we opened the door was, wow this bigger than we thought. Had a small issue with house water, but that was resolved quickly and efficiently. One suggestion, that the front door can be locked from the inside without having to use the key. If you want to go to bed, and others are still out, you have to go out thru the patio to return the key to the lock box.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Cascada. The condo was very clean with a beautiful decor. The living room and dining area were very spacious for relaxing with our friends. Kitchen had everything you need to make meals there if you don’t want to eat out. Location was ideal, close to the beach but away from the noise of town. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. We felt safe in gated complex and the pool area was lovely. We would stay here again.

Having never been to Sayulita, we had no idea what to expect. We were happily surprised by the town and had a great stay at this Condo! The location is not in the direct action of the plaza, which after spending some time there, we were really grateful for. You can hear the ocean waves from the condo... We had a great visit to Sayulita. Casa Cascada was a very nice and comfortable place to call Home in Sayulita. The property was gated and the kids loved the pool after a hot walk back to the condo. The owners were very quick to fix any issues that popped up. Perfect place for a family of 4.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Cascada! Modern, open floor plan with a Mexican flare. Perfectly located right across from the beach and just a quick walk into town. Beds are super cozy, living space is nice and bright and the water pressure in the showers is fantastic! (Just a bonus as this isn’t always available in Mexico) We will definitely return to Casa Cascada but hopefully for longer this time! Gracias Shearar family :)

What an amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay! The condo had a Mexican style with a touch of modern- a perfect combo! It was great having our own little private yard while also having access to the pool and being so close to the beach! The condo was spacious, clean, and just had an overall great vibe! We received all the information needed prior to our arrival, and we were able to settle in right away with no fuss! I definitely recommend this rental. Great location too!!
