It’s a place to stay, nothing special. My standards are extremely low, but the ceiling tiles are collapsing from water damage causing extensive mold. The curtain rod is basically stapled to the dry wall. And no coat rack hooks? It’s a winter time in Colorado! Lastly, bring your own cooking utensils.

Nice and roomy met my needs

No property manager on site, no phone number to contact anyone. The electronic door code did not work properly and we had a hard time getting into the cabin. The second day we happened to see a maintenance man, he couldn't make it work either, so we finally got a key. Otherwise everything was fine.

There was plenty of room our kids got to play didn't have to worry about them being too loud.

Four of us stayed in one cabin. Good amount of space. Three beds one bathroom. We cooked breakfast in the room then it was maybe a 20 minute drive to the Wolf Creek ski area. The road to get there was wide and well maintained for snowy weather. There is a hot tub but it is outside and depending on which cabin your in it might be a little bit of a walk to get to it in the cold. All in all I would stay here again

We will definitely be planning another visit! The location and amenities were perfect for our snowboard trip. It was perfect having a kitchen, separate bedrooms and hot tub after a long day on the ski hill.

We stayed overnight Sunday Aug. 22 and were pleased we were able to have a late check out BUT disappointed that we were not able to enjoy the community hottub because it was not running and this was the main reason we booked at this property.
Website SHOULD mention "community jacuzzi is not open"

We enjoyed the cabin, convenient location, and comfortable beds. Deck-sitting in the evenings was fun, especially watching the friendly snowshoe hares! The cabin stayed cool during the day with the windows/curtains closed and was very comfortable sleeping at night. Our only wish was that the hot tub would have been in operation.

The cabin was very clean! Thought it might be noisy since it’s so close to the road, but was very quiet. Wish we had a screen door on the front, but just left the door open while we were there.

Don’t advertise a hot tub if it is closed. It is that easy. I was only willing to pay the steep price because of the hot tub feature. Very disappointing!!!
Also I needed assistance with check in and check out and could not reach any human, extremely frustrating!
