My daughter and 2 friends stayed and had a wonderful time. The host met them VERY early in the morning at the ferry port to show them to the flat even though check-in was much later. Very nice hosts.

My friend and I stayed at Jadranka’s place for 4 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect, I’ve never been to a rental place so clean, it really was immaculate. The place contains everything you need for both a short and long stay and is in the most perfect location - seconds from the main square. The only thing I would have liked is a dish washer, we made breakfast everyday and washing up takes valuable time out of your day, so that would be nice, but not really an issue. Jadranka was available at all hours with all the information I needed, met us the moment we stepped off the ferry and really was a next level host. No aircon but this wasn’t an issue, the property is quite shaded with thick stone walls and lots of fans which were enough - though we visited in September and it was around 28c. Thank you again and we will be back!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hvar in this beautifully renovated old stone house. We found the location to be perfect for our family, very close to everything, but just far removed from the waterfront hustle and bustle. Communication was excellent. The check in process was also great - we were met and the ferry dock and made the short 5 minute walk to the house together. Plenty of information was provided to help us get settled and familiar with the area. While there is no air conditioning, the design, and location, together with the fans, kept the temperature very comfortable despite the hot summer days. Hvar was a favorite stop on our trip through Croatia, and we’d definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay at Jadranka’s apartment in Hvar! She met us at the ferry and walked us to the home, showing us good restaurants and sightings on the way! This was our favorite part of our Croatia trip! The city is so clean and the food is so amazing! We recommend you take her up on the scooter rental recommendation right around the corner! We had a wonderful day riding throughout the island! Jadranka also recommended the Blue Cave tour, it was fabulous and we met a bunch of new friends! This rental is in the most perfect location and Jadranka went above and beyond for us! We would absolutely stay again!

Great spot in the middle of town. Away from all of the noise by harbour. Amazing view of fortress from bedroom window and within short walk of everything. Price seemed reasonable. There was just two of us but would be great for a family

We had never used Homeaway before so was unsure of the process. We booked the house Oct 2018 for a stay in Aug 2019, I advise booking early as Hvar gets booked up quickly. The booking process was easy. Prior to booking I contacted the owners Jadranka & Mark with question regarding the property and they were very helpful with their answers. I paid half upfront and the balance a few weeks before the holiday. Jandranka & Mark were always available to help with any queries regarding Hvar Island and the house. They even assisted with the Catarmaran timings and how to book this from Split. They also provided recommended websites to assist with Beaches and Restaurants. Jadranka met us from the Catamaran and took us to the property, this took no more than 7-8 mins to walk. The house is situated just past the main square and is very close to all of the shops/restaurants/harbour/beaches/taxi and bus stops. It is located in a lovely part of the town and is quiet in the evenings when needing a good sleep. Once inside Jadranka ran through all of the areas of the house and showed us how to use everything, she was very attentive and welcoming and answered all of our many questions regarding the attractions and area. We were all very happy, and my two teenage sons loved the house and their room. My wife was also very happy indeed The house was immaculate and finished to a high standard, it was very comfortable for the 4 of us and had everything that you would need. It was also very cool whilst being very warm outside. As a family we have very high expectations and standards for our accommodation on holiday and this ticked all of our boxes. We really enjoyed our stay in the house and ventured all over the island and the Palenki Islands too. It is such a beautiful area of the world. We have never seen such pure clean beaches and sea in Europe as what we experienced in Hvar We would definitely go back again to this house, and a big thank you to Jadranka and Mark. Glen & family

Accueil charmant de Jadranka, elle a pris soin de tout nous expliquer, la maison agréable est très bien située dans le centre de Hvar à proximité de toutes commodités et dans une rue très calme ce qui est très appréciable (bon c’était sans compter quand même sur le réveil à 6h du matin par les cloches de l’église ;-)) mon seul regret pas de machines à laver la vaisselle ni le linge ce que j’apprécie lors de nos vacances en famille, la maison un peu sombre aussi manque d’une petite terrasse, sinon tout était parfait!!

Well equipped ( iron, hair dryers, fans, cooking equipment, TV, Internet but no washing machine ( laundry with ironing in the main place). Everything is at a small walking distance : best restaurants among which Maestro at 50 meters ( best restaurant for pulp), Quai for ferrys, bars and restaurants. Big lounge in the ground floor, 2 quiets rooms with Bathroom at the first floor. Quiet. Payments outside the site that could be disturbing in a first row, but Confident company that handle severals rentals. We did have a great time in Hvar as always, and this rental was very good.

You couldn't get a better location and the house itself was ideal for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The owner was extremely helpful and the midweek clean was welcomed! Can't recommend highly enough.

Very neat and clean, position very close to central square. Lovely view from bedroom windows onto old fort and walls. Good for bus station, market, shops. Bells wake you every morning and get you on the go , street noise at night can be a problem if you're not out yourself! We did a lot of travelling around the island from here which was lovely and found much more peaceful little places to spend the days. Hvar is very busy and full of visitors. It's a great centre and well worth looking around the lovely island or taking trips to other islands.
