Owner called couple days before trip explaining elevator was down and we opted to still go. When we arrived it was hot. 80ish We opened window and immediately looked for the fans that were listed for an un-air conditioned room. We had a ceiling fan and a floor fan remote. We could not figure out the floor fan. After finally hearing back from owner, we found out that there was not a floor fan. The tenant before us broke it and she did not replace it. She was three hours away and could not get there till next day - afternoon/evening. It was only a 3 night vacation and she wanted us to spend half with no fan to put in the window . She said unit would cool to just leave the balcony door open. There was no screen on the door but we left our bags opened door and hit a happy hour. Upon return, the room had not cooled. A wasp was flying in the room, and it was about to start raining. Meaning the door had to be closed. We could not stay there, and i called and told her this was unacceptable and we were checking out. Our bags were literally stored in room for a couple of hours but owner refuses to refund. I had to dispute the charge.
Front desk could not supply a fan. She had no one to get a fan. And expected us to stay half of our vacation uncomfortable because the unit would eventually cool.
Really when ? 4 am? What about a screen to be able to Leave the door open without insects? We had to go find a hotel last minute. First day of 3 was ruined.

Location was fantastic for a few days of skiing. Having a garage spot was also a huge plus. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The property is large and a bit confusing to navigate, but the maps at check in were a huge help!

Such a great location with easy access to the room. The hot tub and pool were about a 3 minute walk outside which was kind of a bummer but nothing you can do about that. Room had everything we needed and was clean and spacious given its layout. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the bed. It was a bit warm despite a foam pad on top. Will definitely stay again though!

Cute studio is in a great location by the Quicksilver lift and Crepe truck / coffee / restaurants / charcuterie / stores / bars / brewery etc. Fire place set a great ambiance in the room. Bathroom and bed were very spacious. My sister and I had a great time and would stay again.

Listing is very accurate. Great central location. About a 8 minute walk to the ski lift and directly across the street from restaraunts and the heart or downtown. I didn't think the place was outdated or anything but the table is wobbly and the window needs a curtain to block out the light in the early morning. The access to the hotubs and pool was amazing. I stayed at Beaver Run last year and prefer this location.

The inside of this condo needs love and care too many things inside are falling apart or just simply old. We would have enjoyed a table that wasn’t broken and the chair seat covers are all torn. The pillows and mattress are old and it was hard to sleep all week long I guess for short stays it’s ok but not for a week long stay for the price we paid. Dishwasher is looking sad and the whole place just needs some TLC. We did enjoy the fireplace and location.

The place is fairly small - but the advert is 100% acurate - the whole process was easy to go ski. Charter sports will hold the boots and skis' for you if you rent from there - easy walk to the lifts. Would def recommend.

Great location and property. Perfect spot if you want to be in the thick of things. Was really nice on a busy weekend to be able walk out your door into town w/o having to find parking. Only complaint is that it was difficult to find check in location(no marking on main building) and the door outside of the balcony that exited from garage was sooo loud. Let's say it was not a soft close and late at night when people are coming back from a night on the town it sounded like a gun shot.

Stayed fro a friends birthday trip. Just a quick getaway and this place couldn't be more perfect. The location to shops and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. Loved the hot tubs. Check in process was easy. Only thing is the parking garage was a tad confusing, but we got it. The room was exactly like the pictures.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a strong smell of fish. We contacted the owner. She came with two cheap air freshers. She did not seem surprised at the smell. It never went away all week. We washed all the sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Sprayed everything, even cooked bacon to try and cover. It did get better but came back. On the Tuesday we found out that the trash storage for the buildings is on the ground floor below the room. In fact I was woken at 2am by one truck emptying the rubbish skips. So maybe the smell is coming from there. Ruined our trip. Not what we expected when we pay this much for a stay. Owner never contacted us to see if the smell had gone or offered to send around cleaner. Room was good size. Bed was very old and had a foam make up layer on it. Not comfortable. Again, at this price I would expect a decent bed. Location is very good. But note ski storage is a 10 minute walk upstairs to the lift. Swimming pool and hot tub 5 min walk. Pool and hot tubs were good. Car park is good, but small.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was fantastic- close to lots of restaurants, shops, and lifts for skiing. The space was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed.

The condo is small but very pretty. Even though there were 4 of us it accommodated us so well. It was very well appointed. The location was awesome especially since we were taking the boys skiing and we all had equipment to carry buy having the valet ski place and rentals right there. We would stay again.

I stayed at this property with my 3 young kids for a weekend of skiing. Checkin was easy, love the underground parking. The room is in a great location and looks just as advertised. We went to the pool/hot tubs and had a great time. The kitchen has everything for easy to cook meals. Overall it was nice. The problem we had (and one that would prevent us from booking this place again) is the the room is VERY bright at night when trying to sleep. The blinds covering the sliding door and the window do not block light in any capacity so my kids and I had a very difficult time falling asleep. You can see TV's across the village through the blinds. If you need a dark room, this might be a problem for you. Other than that this place is a great spot and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property is in a great location. The building is clean and quiet. The unit was perfect for two people. Only interacted with front desk staff once and they didn’t explain the parking or our unit location well. We ended up in the wrong building but other tenants were very helpful and we found our way. Make sure you know which building and how to find correct parking area in ramp and then it’s perfect from there!

Great view and location
Studio was really nice. Inside of building was quiet. Breeze and sound of the water flowing downstream from outside were soothing during the night. Loved the location. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

Nice condo
We liked the condo and the location. It was clean and manager the had great communication. The only negatives were it was too warm at night, even with 2 fans going and slider left open. There was no screen so a few flies came in and it was also a bit loud below us on the weekend. I felt the condo lacked storage as well, just one tall narrow dresser and really no other place to unpack but a small closet.

Location was difficult to find in the beginning. Check in process was an absolute pain, waited 30 min for the front desk people to check us in, had to call the host for check in. Arrive to the room and we find random red stains across the room. On the pullout mattress, shower curtain, pillow cases. My buddy who i was traveling with had to get a air mattress. Controls on the shower were completely reversed making it very confusing and irritating. We had to get our key cards replaced twice because they would randomly stop working. The host overall was great, responsive, and when i needed help from her she was on it and made sure i got it. But i just think the hotel itself and its employees really need to step up their game and actually clean their rooms properly.

Great Room! Great Location!
The location was ideal; close to slopes and close to shops/restaurants. Room was spotless and perfect with all amenities needed. The bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home! Only negative was with the facility which is clearly not the owners fault. Note: when ski resort scans your ski pass it seems to demagnetize your room key so you need to go to lobby and re-magnetize it.

Clean, Cozy, Convenient to Main St & Pk 9
Place is well located in a Breck Marketplace that includes Restaurants and shops but is very quiet. Good view of the mountains and convenient for Breck (no need to park at hi volume Breck parking lots) and Breck Main street shops and bars.
Place is very clean, cozy and Kim was responsive in her communication. Excellent mattress (Tempurpedic?) after a hard day of skiing.
