About this apartment rental
This renovated second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium, is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. This unit has accommodations for six guests. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a new luxury memory foam mattress for the king bed (2019), and the guest bedroom has two full size beds as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room. Both the master and guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig Machine. The condo is tiled with carpeting in the bedrooms. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

We wanted an easy, relaxing vacation after our kids graduated from college and high school. We had a limited window of time with everyone’s schedules. We chose an easy, relaxing beach vacation in Florida. The walk to the beach was easy and quick, and the white beach was soft and cool and beautiful! Convenient chairs provided were easily available. The beach was not crowded- though I think this was not their high season. We played pickleball every day and easily reserved courts. The pools looked nice, though we didn’t actually use them. We walked to local restaurants- though the frog hop looked like an easy solution if we did not want to walk or drive. The condo was clean, cute decorations, plenty of light, nice furniture, very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Great fridge with ice maker, great stove and dishwasher- higher end appliances than many rentals. Convenient layout with everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful, neatly landscaped, and well kept. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved staying at Palm Beach! The location was perfect, and the views were incredible! The condo we stayed at was very clean and tidy and offered lots of commodities -- more than we expected, which was so kind! I can tell the owner cares for their guests and wants them to feel welcome- and we truly did!!
The only complaint we had was the troublesome on-site laundry-- there was only one washer and dryer for the whole building (two buildings onsite) so you would have to make sure to go at a time when no one else was there, and it was difficult to have to use the app which often reported incorrect information. Future reference, we would probably go to a nearby laundry-mat.

The condo was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. The condos were very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk and there were employees that brought the chairs down to you wherever you wanted to sit. We loved the free trolley ride to the villages and utilized that daily. This is definitely a place we would vacation again!

We have enjoyed Palm Bay for 17 years. We absolutely love it. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. The only thing I found this year was at first glance the condo looked great. After a few days I found that all the lamps were very dusty and cobweb was on the chandelier over the table. I did mention it to the office but it was too late for cleaning people to come back in.Otherwise our stay was great and we have made many friends over the years.

This is a wonderful condo that is located close to the bay (not the ocean). Perfect for our kid-free/Mom getaway.
The condo is spacious with a decent balcony. The balcony looks directly toward other condos, but also has a view of the beautiful bayside pool. The beds were very soft. The kitchen is fully updated with microwave, stove and refrigerator with water and ice dispenser (we loved this feature). Beach towels provided.
The check-in process was very easy. We arrived after office hours and were greeted promptly by staff and golf cart who took our baggage directly to our front door. We received wrist bands that are expected to be worn by all guests.
The beach is a short walk (approx 1/4 mile). Beach chairs are provided with no charge. There is a beach service that stops at 11AM in which you can get luxury chairs with attached umbrella for a change, but we didn’t use those.
The beach is absolutely beautiful. White sands and crystal clear water.
We also really loved the fact that there are lots of options to get to the restaurants and shops. We did not rent a car. Took a Lyft to/from airport (25 min drive). Lots of options to get to the strip: Trolly, shuttle and also golf cart options. Those individuals work on tips only, so tipping is expected.
There is an option for late check-out (12PM ) for a fee. We utilized this due to a late flight. The lobby held our baggage and we could enjoy the facilities the rest of the day.

This condo was lovely! We were a group of 5 adults that stayed for a long “cousins’ weekend” at the beach. The condo was very clean and an easy walk to the beach. We had to check in late and the directions were very clear and the security staff were extremely helpful when we got there. We ended up signing up for the late checkout and the process was super easy. Overall, I would highly recommend!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Location is wonderful, grounds are kept up nicely and the room is as great including everything we needed for our stay. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay, the unit was clean and every single staff person we met was very professional and friendly. Do read all the materials that you receive, for example, if you don't take out your own garbage you will be fined $25. The TVs in the bedrooms were with a different service than the main room, impossible to figure out so we gave up which was really annoying as well as the batteries being low for each controller which made watching TV a hassle. It was a very cold week so TV was a must, normally would have spent more time at the beach! Other than everyone having to agree what to watch on the only TV we could figure out, our stay was very nice.

We LOVED staying here and would absolutely stay again. We are a family with young kiddos and wanted to be somewhere with a pool and beach access and this location was perfect. The condo was super well kept and had just about everything you'd need!! I think that the front office could maybe do better at mentioning the amenities (i.e. there are beach chairs already on the beach) vs. us bringing chairs along with us... but it's all there in the notes and we just bypassed! Would highly recommend and sure hope to be back again!

The condo was clean and comfortable. It had all the right amenities. It felt very much like home. The location is great. Easy walk to the beach and free transportation to town by trolley. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beach is gorgeous and the town delightful. Breakfast at the Another Broken Egg was great. We had less success with dinners in town. Dinners in nearby Sarasota were much more to our liking.

Beautiful Bayside Condo
This condo is located on the bayside, which was beautiful to wake up to and walk to every morning. There is a dock with benches on the bay where we drank morning coffee and watched dolphins swimming on more than one occasion. We enjoyed being closed to the bay side pool and hot tub & my kids enjoyed playing/swimming with other kids who were also staying at the resort. The condo was super clean & stocked with everything we needed! We would love to stay here again for future trips to Siesta Key!
