Tucked away with a large secure garden and free parking, our award winning Penthouse property is only 50m from the base of the Aiguille du Midi with stunning views of Mont Blanc and yet within walking distance to the centre of Chamonix. This property is fantastic for summer and skiing holidays.

Discover our stunning three bedroom apartment located at the foot of the Aiguille du Midi.

Combining modern and traditional designs, our apartments at Chalet Oryx are well equipped with high quality furnishings sourced across Europe for the discerning international traveller.

Our 3 bedroom en-suite property is equipped with all the creature comforts you would expect in international luxury standards, including Sonos Music System, Apple TV, Smart TVs in all the bedrooms, Egyptian cotton linen, sumptuous toppers on all our beds, underfloor heating and a well equipped kitchen. Free private parking with secure electric gates together with a heated boot room for bikes, ski equipment.

Twin or double beds - sleep couples, families or groups. Camp bed available. Private & Secure free parking. Large garden.

The apartment has its own private front door access. Sleeping accommodation is split across two floors with three double bedrooms, each bedroom with its own en-suite facilities. All rooms have zip n link beds, so we can accommodate groups, families or couples. Our beds are all bespoke made with Super King Size deep mattresses with an added layer of comfort provided by a sumptuous topper and Egyptian cotton linen. Our rainwater showers and underfloor heating all provide those extra touches to make your stay all the more comfortable.

Shared facilities include a ski room with warm boot storage and laundry facilities.
The property has its own large shared landscaped garden area and free off-street parking secured with electric gates.

Our large private garden is safe and secure for children and dogs.
We are proud of our energy efficient Geo Thermal ground source heating system, lowering our carbon footprint.

You are within 5 minutes to the wonderful centre of Chamonix. Everything is within walking distance - you can purchase delicious bakery products from the bakery down the road, have a relaxing day at either of the two spas either side of us, jump on the Aiguille du Midi cable car, only a two minute walk from our front door or just relax on a deck chair under the view of Mont Blanc in our private secure garden. We also have free secure parking for several cars in central Chamonix. 2 minute walk to Aiguille du Midi cable car, into Chamonix centre, Transport to ski areas and 2 spas. Chamonix is the famous outdoor capital of France, both in the summer and in the winter, making it a year-round tourist destination. Within about a 70 minute drive from Geneva airport, situated in the Haute-Savoie region of France, Chamonix is bordered by Switzerland, provideds access to Italy via the Mont Blanc tunnel and is dominated by the incredible Aiguilles de Chamonix mountain range with Mont Blanc being its highest peak in Western Europe. The Aiguille du Midi towers 3,842 metres (12,602 feet) above Chamonix. It is reached by taking two cable cars from the base station at 1,080 metres and is the start of the Vallee Blanche, arguably the most famous off-piste destination worldwide. It is one of the five ski areas within the Chamonix valley. The chalet is 50 metres from the Aiguille du Midi lift station and a short walk into Chamonix town centre.

We were in town for UTMB festivities. Great access near the tram. Had everything we needed. One bed wasn’t made when we arrived, but host corrected this quickly.

We stayed at this wonderful property in Chamonix for 4 days. The house was well equipped and beautiful. The check in and out were simple and communication with the manager was easy. Before we arrived we had all the information we needed. They provided excellent information on the property, the surrounding area and activities nearby. My family of four along with my wife’s parents has a wonderful time. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay at Chamonix. Thank you for letting us stay at your property.

The house was perfect for us! Really clean, confortable and in a very good location near supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants. The bus stop to go to to the mountains and lifts is also really close to the house, very easy acess. The property also has a room outside the house to keep the equipments and a laundry that were very helpful! The pictures are very realistics! The communication with property manager was really nice since the fisrt contact and all the info received was clear and detailed. If we go back to Chamonix, the propoerty will definitely be an option!
