Le Personnel est très accueillant. L'établissement est très bien placé, propre . Les plats proposés au restaurant de l'hôtel sont très bons et le rapport qualité prix excellent. Il en est de même pour le petit déjeuner.

The food in the attached restaurant was superb.

it is definitly bigger than all the other accomodations we have slept at in Réunion. It has more of a hotel-feeling. But the overall vibe was really nice and relaxed. The room was good and clean. The food was excellent and all staff members were extremely friendly! We used it as a base to do hikes in the area.
one of the more touristy towns on the island. even
though it was very pretty it was still only a few streets.

Nice place to stay with friendly staff and one of the best restaurants in town (if not The best).

Perfect accomodation for a few nights, right in the centre of Hell-Bourg, easy and free parking, good breakfast. The room is simple but absolutely clean and fine, I liked that the building is creol style and close to shops, restaurants other sights (like Maison Folio) and hiking trails as well. At the reception they speak English which is not common on the island.
Nothing.

We really enjoyed the breakfasts and the restaurant in general. The hotel is in the middle of mountains which is a good for any hiking trips starting in the morning.

nice place to explore Hell Bourg and as a base for hiking! The room we stayed in was great, colonial style with nice bath! Breakfast was ok.
rooms are not consistent. we extended our stay by one night and the second room we got felt like being downgraded. I would not recommend the restaurant for dinner, not up to the island standards!

I wanted to open my beer which I bought at supermarket at a bar of the hotel- not only it was opened for me, I was also given a bucket of ice to cool it down. Thank you :). The rest - rooms, etc were good too.

Perfect Location in the heart of Hell Bourg, we had a spacious room with a great view and slept really well. The breakfast is extraordinary, the dinner was also very tasty and cheaper than in most restaurants. You can start many hikes directly from the hotel. Unfortunately it rained during our whole stay and we couldn’t do much outside. We therefore enjoyed the
cozy hotel even more and did not feel bored.
WiFi only in the entrance area.
The elderly lady with glasses at breakfast was extremely impolite and ignored us completely. The other staff was luckily very kind and helpful.

*Very central (location)
*Clean rooms
*Great hiking tips given by the reception team
*Water being shut-down at 21:00 without warning (when we went to the front desk about it we were met with „it is what it is“ a bit disappointing for the price we pay)
*Breakfast is average but does the job

- late check-out provided for free (till 1pm) so we could shower after our hike to trou de fer
- Restaurant for dinner was good
