Our 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation rental sleeps 6 and is located in the exclusive Doctors Arm area of Big Pine Key, in the lower keys, just 30-miles from Key West. This waterfront property sits on a canal with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean for some of the best fishing and lobster trapping in the world. The home is remodeled with all the amenities you could imagine. New stainless steel appliances, gas grill, screened-in porch, fully outfitted kitchen, new furniture, granite countertops, granite vanities, custom showers, luxurious linens and more. It is outfitted with Smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, with streaming and cable TV, a workspace with high-speed internet and a printer. Lots of board games, puzzles and books.

SECOND BEDROOM: Tropically decorated, 2 twin beds that can convert to a king bed, with luxury sheets for each, robes, chest and dresser; large closet, wall-mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, and bamboo floors.
BED LINENS: High thread count sheets supplied for all beds with a second set for changes plus additional pillows and blankets.
BATHROOMS: Oversized bath and beach towels, beautiful stone tile in showers and countertops, vessel sinks with updated fixtures; initial bath amenities supplied.
KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances - new refrigerator/freezer, new dishwasher, new microwave, range, coffee pot, toaster, blender, mixer, rice cooker, crock pot, instant pot, chefs knives, spices, dishware and glassware, flatware, complete set of utensils, bakeware, storage containers, etc., granite countertops, stone floors, includes start-up paper towels, and cleaning supplies.
LIVING ROOM: Two brand new sofas, one is a queen sofa sleeper, 2 reclining chairs, coffee table, ceiling fan, computer work station with new printer, high-speed cable internet; travertine floors, 42” wall-mounted smart TV, decorated with tropical art.
DINING AREA: Glass expandable table that seats 6, granite bar with bar stools, travertine floors, decorated with tropical art.
LAUNDRY: washer and dryer.
COVERED UPSTAIRS DECK: Wrap-around deck with screened-in porch, patio furniture includes high top table with 4 chairs, rocking Adirondack chairs and side table, and gas BBQ with propane.
DOWNSTAIRS GAME ROOM: 6 bikes, 6 kayaks, ping-pong table, dart board, corn hole, ring toss, giant connect four, bar and seating area, fishing storage center, bait freezers with tropical décor.
SEAWALL: 65 feet of waterfront, concrete and wood dock on a 30-foot wide 9-foot deep canal, easily accommodates a 25-foot boat, davits, cleats, fish cleaning station with water; ¼ mile from open water, 5 minutes at idle speed to Bogie channel.
