Overall it was as all good. I was about 5 minutes away when the manager called me stating that one of the bathroom sink is not work. This was one reason why we picked this unit. So we get there with him and sink was in hallway. He asked if we wanted to go about 10-15 minutes away to another unit but we decided to cope with it since everyone from the wedding was in this area. The manager stated that we would receive compensation from this but as of yet haven’t received any money off. What gets me is that how do you call someone 5 minutes from check in and no one was there before me.

Water here is noticeably salty. If you decide to book this I would bring plenty of bottled water.

Perfect spot to stay to go skiing. Super close to the lifts (walkable and a shuttle). The place was clean and the beds were comfy! The showers were a little funky and could use some TLC. Otherwise a fantastic stay!!

My family an I had a great stay. The communication on behalf of the property manager was excellent. One thing to note is that no fireplace in Mountain Green can be used, which was a little disappointing. We were aware that the pool and hot tub were not open. Otherwise, it was all we wanted and expected.

Enjoyed our stay during our yearly family ski trip. The property was in a great location. It was was just a 2 minute drive from the Ramshead lift. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. I would come back again.

This was our third trip to this condo in Killington and we could not have been more disappointed. We discovered upon our arrival that we were no longer able to use the wood fireplace that we had enjoyed our last 2 visits there. We specifically booked this unit again because we loved it and the fireplace. It was apparently shut down by the VT Department of Public Safety as there was a sign posted over it. We were never notified. The pool at the Mountain Green complex is also closed. Windows covered up in the pool area along with the courts that used to be there. Their website says opening for the 2022/2023 season. The condo was also not very clean at all, there was a hole in the wall in the bedroom that was painted over and no blankets at all. This was not at all the way this unit was the last time we stayed there. We contacted Vacasa and they said we would have blankets sent and we never received them. They said they were in the closet but there were none there. We also shared our frustration and disappointment about the unit and the fireplace and pool and they strung us along for days saying sorry and that they would talk to the local team. They told us today that there was nothing at all they could do. I would not recommend booking this unit or booking through Vacasa because they unfortunately do not care at all about your stay.

The property was clean but there were sections on the walls where the paint was peeling. Check-in was easy. The location was perfect to Snowshed or in this case, RamsHead base lodge as snowshed was closed. There was plenty of parking and the elevator was very convenient when bringing in luggage.

THE CUTTING KNIVES DO NOT CUT.
I WENT TO BAKE SOME CHICKEN AND THE OVEN DID NOT GET HOT ENOUGH I NEEDED TO ADD MORE COOK TIME.
THE NEXT DAY I BAKED A POTATO CASSEROLE AT A 450 DEGREE OVEN FOR A 20 MINUTES COOK TIME. IT TOOK 60 MINUTES FOR THE POTATOES TO FINALLY GET SOFT ENOUGH TO EAT.
WE ENJOYED THE POOL, THAT IS A PLUS
WE HOPE TO RESERVE AGAIN HOPEFULLY WITH THE UNIT ON A LOWER FLOOR (A, B OR C) DUE TO A MEMBER WITH A HANDICAP.

Convenient location, very clean and quiet
We stayed here for spring break skiing and it was terrific for our group of 3 kids and two adults. The location is convenient to the lifts and the unit -- although not updated -- was perfectly clean and comfortable.
Keep in mind it is a company owned property so communications are not as quick as they would be with a private owner. Nevertheless we were able to check in easily with an emailed access code.
The listing includes a wood burning fireplace, but there was a notice that fires are not allowed. This should be updated.
Otherwise our stay was better than expected and this was an excellent value for the price.

Lovely apartment- ideal for short stats
Toaster broken, no kettle, and no fires allowed which was disappointing. Beds very comfortable and no other issues. Enjoyable stay

Dated but location is impeccable
You cannot beat the location in relation to the mountain, too selling point. The condo itself is a bit dated (my kids learned what a VCR is). One TV broken, one bed somewhat broken, and a lot of cosmetic things. But if you’re there for skiing and the mountain, it is worth it.

Meh
Great proximity to the mountain and other attractions i.e. restaurants, groceries etc. Definitely needs a lot of upgrading. The tv screen was smaller than an iPad, the beds, pillows and bedding have seen better days. Bathrooms need to be gutted. All the basics supplied in the kitchen but toaster is broken and there are no spare trash bags. It was very quiet for a multilevel complex which was nice. Overall good place to stay if your just looking for a place to sleep in between days on the mountain.

Will be back!
Great property with a well equipped kitchen. New appliances! Comfortable beds! All rooms were clean and furnished nicely. Bedrooms lack TVs which isn't a big deal for us because we were there to ski. TV in the main room was a bit small but worked out fine for us.

Nice place
The home was nice, but a bit dated. It felt more like a hotel than a condo. Kitchen was well stocked and the location was great.

Good experience
Unfortunately all amenities (except for massages at spa) were closed at they decided to Reno just before our stay. Bummer for the kids in our group as this was a big reason why we booked it. Can’t beat the location and shuttle to Killington. Unit could use some attention (bathrooms were “ok” clean). The wood burning fireplace was a huge plus. We had a fire going every day and wood is plentiful. However no fire starting material so be sure to bring that. We cooked a full thanksgiving dinner and the only item missing from the kitchen was a peeler and sharp knives. Overall good stay. Would book again. Oh and they put life proof flooring in th livjnf room, nice upgrade from the photos posted!

Condo was fine. Very clean. Needs updating. Mattress in corner bedroom needs replacing, very saggy, no supportive. The balconies concerned us a little, looks like they're coming apart. Pool was heated, very nice as the weather was cool. Didn't like we had to carry the trash to the dumpster, a little of a distance if you're older. We requested a fan & it was supplied the same day, very quick response. Entering/exiting the tub-it's elevated, too high to safely navigate. TVs in the bedrooms would be nice. All in all, the condo worked for us.

Worn out old shoe - stay away
We love Killington and we own a similar property at Mount Snow so we thought we’d be safe renting this for one night. Wrong! The unit smells like smoke, the toilet is cracked, carpets are stained in several places, walls are scratched, bathrooms were clean but in need of repair and paint. This property is not worth the premium price. Disappointed to say that it is worse than a Motel 6. I have pictures to share.

Great location close to activities and mountain. Can not beat the price. Unit could use some updating. Indoor health club, indoor pool and facilities were closed due to Covid. and we did not get notice of this. But the weather was perfect and did not need them. Great trip.

The property was really nice, but due to the pandemic we could not enjoy the indoor amenities. All in all it was a nice time and my family enjoyed themselves. :)

Good sized condo for family in a quiet building right next to Killington. Nice indoor pool area in a separate building that is just a short walk (can enter on foot through parking garage). We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. Shuttle to slopes was very convenient. Nice having a fireplace in the unit. Beds were comfortable.
Could not get cable TV to work. This was very inconvenient as we were staying during NFL and College Football playoff weekend.
