You will appreciate the subtle harmony between ancient and contemporary chosen by the architect. 132m2 and 4 bedrooms for 6 people.
The house consists of a main body comprising a living room of 30 m2 and its fireplace, a mezzanine with TV / Wi-fi, a living room of 20 m2 with a 2nd large granite fireplace with a wood stove, 3 bedrooms including 2 upstairs with sea view, a bathroom, 2 toilets. A new extension has been built. It contains the fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a 4th bedroom, a 2nd shower room, a relaxation room upstairs with sea view. New bedding, barbecue and bikes available.
With its large sunny plot, the house lends itself to outdoor living in fine weather. You will enjoy meals in the garden and dinners in the light of the long hours of the Breton sunset.
You can rest in the afternoon in the easy chairs watching the children play badminton, frisbee or Mölkky on the large lawn. (Outdoor games provided, volleyball net)
In winter, you will enjoy the warmth of the stove when you return from an invigorating walk on the nearby coastal paths facing the raging sea.
2 / THE SURROUNDINGS LESS THAN 10 KMS
The house is located in the PAYS DES ABERS on the CÔTE DES LÉGENDES, a true concentrate of Brittany with a mild, changing and invigorating climate.
A paradise for nautical activities (kayaking, sailing, paddle, rowing, diving), the region is also a delight for walkers and cyclists who come to admire some of the most beautiful seascapes in France. (4 bikes provided)
Its quiet white sand beaches for an invigorating swim at high tide, its small islands accessible at low tide, its sandy coves offered for shore fishing, its peaks, its rocks, its coastal paths, its rich marine flora contribute to extraordinary variety of this coast.
The superb colors of the shore vary with the tides, the sky and the seasons. The navy or turquoise blue of the sea in the summer sun, gives way in winter to the immaculate white of the foam and the emerald green of the waves on windy days.

On the other side of the estuary, the semaphore of the aber Wrac'h port offers its art exhibitions and its panorama over the estuary, the islands and the open sea.
3 / A LITTLE FURTHER
15 km away, towards the town of KERLOUAN, stretches the "Côte des Naufrageurs" and the "Pays Pagan". Its unusual chaos and heaps of rounded rocks, polished by centuries of wind and spray give it a mysterious and strange, unique atmosphere. You will find there the old fishing village - seawomen-peasants of "Ménéham" with stone and thatched houses typical of this region formerly. A museum describes the rough life of the locals at the time.
Further east visit the FOLGOËT basilica, perhaps the most beautiful church in Brittany, which was one of the stages of the journey of the beloved Anne of Brittany.
Beside, the small town of LESNEVEN deploys its weekly market, while a little further still, the port of ROSCOFF, turned towards England, aligns its beautiful stone shipowners' houses and makes it possible to embark towards the BATZ island with a mild and iodized climate on which we visit the beautiful exotic garden Georges Delasalle.
For lovers of religious art, the parish enclosures and their abundant sculptures are nearby.
25mn drive, the city of BREST offers its marine museum, its castle, Océanopolis, its large center of the sea, the visit of its military port, its walks on its beautiful harbor and its gully communicating with the Atlantic. .

For laughs and fun, children and teenagers will appreciate the Trois Curés amusement park in the town of MILIZAC, 20 minutes away for a great afternoon of thrills.

LOCRONAN, an ancient village of weavers all in granite which has served as the setting for several films is worth a visit in itself. There, you are not very far from the fishing port of DOUARNENEZ and its boat museum, the Pointe du RAZ, the auctions and high headdresses of the PAYS BIGOUDEN, the seaside resorts of BENODET or FOUESNANT, CONCARNEAU and its famous City Close.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and extremely clean house. We didn't miss anything and we really felt very comfortable. The landlords were very welcoming and explained everything to us and gave great tips. We were absolutely impressed by the house and the fantastic location!

We spent a week here for our first Christmas away from home and couldn’t have asked for more!
The property has everything - great sized garden, sea views, spacious inside, coy log fire and a welcoming, homely atmosphere.
Bertrand went above and beyond - we arrived many hours later than planned but he was happy to wait and greet us on our arrival, show us round the property and give guidance on the area! He also went out of his way before we travelled to help with confirming a vet booking made by us (with our very limited French) that was needed for our return to the UK.
The house has everything you could need - from plenty of pots/pans/dishes for a full Christmas dinner, large dining table, board games and a gorgeous log fire to relax next to when you’re fully fed and watered!!!!
It has been renovated to a very high standard, an amazing match with old and modern. The beds and pillows are SO comfortable and fantastic showers to wake you up in the morning and bedding/bed linen and towels are provided :)
It was literally a 1-minute walk from the sea and we had many lovely walks along the coast when the tide was out. Make sure you visit the local creperie - delicious!
Thank you so much, Bertrand and Regine, for your hospitality and an amazing stay! We would highly recommend your property and look forward to staying again.

We had two wonderful weeks at La maison de Kerjegu. Bertrand and Regine were the most welcoming hosts and always available for our questions. The house is a gem: it is very spacious, absolutely comfy, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the huge garden with its many seating areas as we were very lucky with the weather. The house is perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful Breton coast, towns and villages. Thanks again for the many recommendations on what to see and do! So many happy memories and we definitely hope to be back one day!

Perfect stay
The completely renovated house with its lovely garden was spotlessly clean. Mr. and Mrs. Sirodot have provided it with a wireless sound system, internet-TV with Amazon/Netflix, both worked without any problems. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The house is about 100 meter from the Atlantic. At low tide you can walk across the bay, at high tide we used the two kayaks provided by the owners. With the four bicycles (also included) you can easily ride along the perfectly sign-posted little roads near the coast. Very nice beaches are close-by. A Poissonierie with a large selection of fresh oysters and fish is within walking-distance. Perfect privacy far away from the crowd. We will definitely come back again!

Superbe!

During our stay everything was perfect. Warm welcome , tidy, well equipped house, beautifull neighbourhood. Big garden allowed our kids to play football. The Ocean was very near. The pulse of our life there was determined by tidals, sunsets, and the ligthouse . We are already missing it.

Great House with huge garden close to the bay
A lovely house with lots of character near the sea. wunderschön
