Location and amenities of the neighborhood were great. Tram service was very convenient and the bikes were a great add on. The listing stated a check in time that was different than the actual check in. We were given 3 different times through the process which was confusing and frustrating as we had to wait to get in to the home. On departure day the cleaning crew was early and waiting for us to leave. The outdoor shower did not work, the dishwasher top tray was broken and the ice machine barely made any ice so we had to purchase our own. The location of the property was perfect. The beach was wonderful and there were plenty of places to go to on bike or by tram. We enjoyed our stay despite some inconveniences.

Great spot for vacation with kids. We brought 6 kids to the beach and this house was perfect. The tram to and from the beach was nice to get everyone to and from the beach and was prompt when we called, but the dedicated Seacrest beach is very crowded compared to the beaches in front of other properties. The house came with 4 adult bikes which was great. Very clean. 30a Escapes doesn’t provide coffee or coffee filters, so be sure to bring or get those. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, which was annoying to have to go buy all those things when we realized they were out… but could be expected from these weekly types of rentals. Kitchen was great for cooking and spreading out after getting back from the beach. Beds were great, including the bunk room for kids on third floor.

Beautiful place but needs some fixes.
We enjoyed our vacation in Seacrest beach.
Home is in a beautiful neighborhood with beaches that are very close and huge wonderful pools. The house itself is very nice but is in a need of better furniture. The sofa and chairs are pretty dirty and worn out, the rug is dirty and there are broken window blinds on the third floor.. things like that really brought down the overall experience.
If you fix those things then it would really be 5 stars all the way.

Great house
Great location. On one of the quieter streets in Seacrest near Alyse Beach. My 18 year old grandson and friend loved the 3rd floor bunk room. House was a little tired looking in furnishings but as expected for such a busy rental area. Kitchen well equipped but could have used a few additional cooking pans. Overall the perfect place to celebrate summer and high school graduation of grandson and friends. Pool very crowded but double red flags meant everyone out of beach and in pool. Grandsons words say everything: “ Amazing trip”

Easy + Peaceful
The house was spacious, tidy, and the perfect spot for our weekend away. Check in process was simple (even though I managed to screw it up) and communication with the property manager was excellent. Easy access to the beach and shops/restaurants. 10/10 recommend!!!

A wonderful stay
We had a great stay at 30A. The house was spotless. The property manager was always ready to help out in any situation, and was very polite to talk to over the phone! We were so thankful for the map they provided to show us where the pool and beach access was. The neighborhood provides a tram service that was amazing!
For those of you going with kids, take notice of the warning to not bring your stroller or wagon to the beach, there are three flights of killer stairs that lead to the beach and it will provide you with a very stressful experience if you attempt to carry your wagon/stroller/kids down the stairs! We looked for a ramp and could not locate one.

The property is overall nice. The home has clean beach decor and it’s a great size!
We had a wonderful time! The home is clean and the decorations are very cute! Lots to do around the area and if you love the hustle and bustle with lots of people Seacrest Beach is your place. People on bikes everywhere snd lots of families which was great for our boys.
Pros: Family friendly area and property.
Suitable for multiplie families. There is actually 4 bedrooms. 2 masters, 2 queens and the 3rd floor has two sets of bunks with trundles. Beach is a quick trolly ride or you can walk.
Con: Extremely crowded area especially during the two weeks we were there.
Beds are old and very noisy and uncomfortable. 30a Escapes was wonderful and brought a mattress topper and they were prompt to assist with other requests as well.

Beautiful Pool - and it’s FREEZING! It is not heated. Our boys barely used it, especially on cloudy days. Poor kids lips were blue and teeth were chattering.
A lot of rules at the pool - they are strict. If you forget your wrist band they will literally kick you out. So for 10 days we have to wear this rubber band like bracelet as if we were in Cancun at an all inclusive.
It can tend to be a bit nosy in the evening with the kids on bikes. Security is prompt about dealing with any Issues. We met lots of families that have been there for years in a row. We likely won’t be back due to the congestion and freezing pool. We prefer quieter, laid back beach area with a heated pool.
