This detached holiday home near Llangollen sleeps fourteen people in four bedrooms.
The Farm House is a detached holiday home with four family bedrooms, three with en-suite facilities. There are a kitchen, dining room, two sitting rooms and a games room in the property, offering more than enough space for everyone. Outside is a hot tub and a BBQ hut, ensuring relaxation and entertainment for all throughout the year. There is ample off road parking and a lawned garden area with patio. The house is on a friendly family-run campsite in beautiful surroundings, and guests can pop into the campsite shop with butchers, and the site's tea room. Explore the ruins of Valle Crucis Abbey just next door to The Farm House, head into Llangollen or explore further afield into Snowdonia or over into England.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in shared utility, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 1 travel cot at the property. Highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Enclosed front and side lawn with patio, hot tub, BBQ hut and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Farm shop/butcher's counter and pub/restaurant less than 1 min walk. Note: Due to the property being near a working farm, dogs must be kept on leads. Note: Water is from a borehole. Note: Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Note: No stag/hen or similar. All members of group bookings need to be over 25. Note: Please be aware that the hot tub may not be up to temperature on the first night of your stay. Explore the green valley by steam train or canal boat, or take an exhilarating walk up to Castell Dinas Bran, high above the town, in order to enjoy the breathtaking view. Llangollen offers a good range of pubs and restaurants, as well as many interesting shops. Chirk Castle and Erddig are within easy driving distance, while a day-long car trail can take you to visit six of the 'Seven Wonders of Wales'. Offa's Dyke Path passes nearby and boasts pleasant walking along the crest of the Clwyd hills, plus the famous Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is 5 miles away, and Snowdonia is less than an hour's drive.

I already have but maybe to Sykes. Why do I get emails from vrbo and Sykes - very confusing

Great stay
We just finished a 5 night stay which was really good. Great location and property for the price we spent included a hot tub as well which was great. Had a few hot/cold water supply issues, each not more than 10-15 mins, seemed due to high demand during the heat wave.
