About this apartment rental
Unit 63- 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. This two bedroom two bathroom gulf front condo is located on the sixth floor of our Grand Tower Building. The amazing views from the condominium are ideal for watching the sunsets! Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The master bedroom has a king size bed and, the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV in both bedrooms. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a bench and grab bars, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with grab bars as well. The open plan kitchen has an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout entire unit. The comfortably furnished patio has been incorporated into the living room and has sliding windows which allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The living room is equipped with a 55" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property. This unit has a seven night minimum stay required.

We have been visiting Siesta Key for decades and we have literally found our home away from home at Palm Bay Club! We always stay in the tower because it is closest to the beach. Our unit (63) was updated and beautifully decorated, and very clean. Over the years we have been very satisfied with our units. The grounds are beautiful and nicely maintained. We use the fitness room and the pool as well, but of course our favorite is the beautiful beach. The best part of Palm Bay Club are the people! The office staff (who are always busy) are so friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff, maintenance, grounds crew, security, and beach attendant are all very friendly. We look forward to seeing everyone year after year. We would highly recommend Palm Bay Club!!

We loved this property and would stay here again. We wish there was a balcony to enjoy the sunsets from and the pillows weren't for me, but other than that the place is fantastic. Location is great. Office staff was great -- and attentive. Maid service is something we paid for and an army of maids came to our room with nice attention to detail. Rooms were spacious and kitchen was modern.

Kudos to the management for finally securing the property from the ever present locals who would manage to hit the beach and snag all the chairs. The chair situation is still a bust - probably done on purpose to drive business to the two guys selling the tents and cabanas. They did a better job of enforcing encroachment from adjacent resort (volleyball players) and stopping the saving of too many beach chairs. The gate is a godsend, the wrist bands are no big deal but folks are still inviting TONS of visitors - not sure what can be done about that. What stinks is the fact that housekeeping is no longer included in the rate (and we were told this at check in on a Rez made a year earlier when this was included.) Management will tell you “you can do your own sheets and towels” in the W/D on each floor. At a minimum they should credit each laundry card with $6 per week to do this. Grill and court reservations weren’t a problem and thankfully our unit had some beach chairs. This unit wasn’t especially well cleaned at check in (crumbs on kitchen counter, lightbulb out over kitchen island, used coffee pod on counter) and the extra blankets needed on beds (it was cold) were only so so and we had to go buy our own. Kitchen wasn’t especially well stocked and what it did have was of very poor quality. Furniture and flooring were nice, but won’t rent due to quality of kitchen. Elevators failed only once during visit but otherwise reliable (not always the case).

If you're looking for a great view at ocean front, this is it! Condo is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and it's located in a great spot. Plus the private beach is a plus. Not crowded.
The only downside now is, the policy has changed to a minimum of a 7 night stay.. Which will steer me away now as I can't do 7 nights or else we'd be back for a 3rd year in a row next year!

Lovely town of Siesta Key. We hadn’t been here for years so we and another couple searched for a condo last year to stay for a few days. Reviews on The Palm Bay Club were good. This condo gives you many options but we knew we wanted one that had a view of the ocean 24/7. #063 delivered everything we were looking for. So much that we came back this year and hope to visit here again next year. This condo is clean, well decorated and only two miles from the center of the Village. Many restaurants to enjoy. We always rent a car but you don’t really need to. There is a trolly that you can take back and forth.

We were grateful to have the pool on the bayside to enjoy when we couldn’t enjoy the beach and felt that the Palms had the cleanest area of the whole beach! Very well maintained. Nice place
The condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed the wonderful ocean views. However the level of the wall across the window hit just right to block the view when sitting at the table. Not sure how you can change that since that is the construction of the building. Wife didn’t like that the door didn’t automatically lock when you exited. Elevator had some problems (slammed shut on us once and we didn’t think for a minute that we were going to get out) but they quickly got this fixed. Windows opened but a patio would have been nice. These overall were small things as the unit was quite nice.

Great Location/view
The check in and out process was super fast. After checking in, you drive down the beautiful palm tree lined long driveway to the tall tower building right in front of the beach. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. The property itself also has beach chairs available to drag to your perfect spot on the beach. Really convenient location not super busy but not too isolated. Highly recommend this unit.

Family get away
This wasn’t our first choice, but sure wish it were. The condo was amazing, right on the beach. It didn’t have a balcony, but not to worry because the windows completely slid open so you had the fresh air and the view was spectacular! Only great things to say so a BIG thank you!!! Will definitely visit again
