La piscine et les transats permettent de se reposer. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Pour une famille, cela est idéal.
L’hôtel est un peu loin, une voiture est nécessaire.

We adore: Pool, location, contact with host.

I liked there was no meals being included. This gave me the flexibility.

This was one of the best accommodations we stayed at in Sardinia! We will be back to visit again!

We got a warm welcome from the staff. The terrace with the beautiful blooming garden was the heart of the house we think.
The loud street dogs at night.

Lovely owner, easy check in and great location!

It's a great place to live with the family - have everything you need here, very clean calm and close to the sea. The host is real super host, very helpful.

everything was fine

Modern, located close to the beach
Small rooms, when it is windy the stove didn’t work (kitchen located outside)

The room had a nice balcony, big bathroom and a good air conditioning. There was also a very big kitchen.
There is a shared fridge so you cannot put much food in it (not enough space).

Our host, Mr Raimondo, was absolutely brilliant! He took care of us the moment we got there, we stayed there for only 2 days but next time I plan to stay there for a much longer time because he really goes the extra mile. We wanted to book a boat for us to travel around the sea and visit the various Islands but we knew no one so he spent his afternoon helping us out. He helped us get back to the train station on time on our last day and said that we could go to the beach and come back, have a shower and leave. Of course, there was no booking for our room, but he said if there were, we could use the outdoor shower. Either way, he was a perfect host and made us feel like family!
On arrival, Mr R showed us where everything was within a walking distance from the BnB; the restaurants and supermarket are between 5-10mins (depending on where you would like to dine), the bus stop is just up the road (5 min walk). The beach (lo squalo) is about a 10-minute walk from the BnB and from there you can walk to the other beaches. You can purchase the bus tickets from the tobacco shop which is situated in a restaurant just after the quick stop store. There are no ATMs nearby, you need a vehicle to get there so if you are in a rush, ensure to have cash with you at all times.
The location, in my opinion, is quite central to everything especially if you have a car. If not, the buses leave and arrive every hour on most days. Some days it is every 30 minutes. It arrives from Olbia and goes up to Bados beach.
The room we stayed in was super cute, it had enough space, the shower was spacious as well, we had a table and 2 chairs just outside our room, there was a clothes hanger available, the kitchen had all the basics, you could cook whenever you wanted but of course, try to think of other residents so wash the dishes properly and don't make too much noise. There was also a beach mat and umbrella at our disposal.
All in all PERFECT!!! THANK YOU an infinite amount of times!

The bed was very comfortable and there was an extra pillow provided too. The host was super friendly and did everything to make our stay more enjoyable. Booking had made a mistake and told us we had breakfast included when the establishment actually didn’t do this option anymore..... so the host went out to buy yogurt and juice for us for breakfast! He was very kind! I even hurt my foot one day at the beach and he came along with a first aid kit to check I was okay. Really really lovely host! We didn’t like the beach nearest to the hotel so we found another which was only a 10 minute drive which was beautiful and I would recommend very much called ‘spiaggia bianca’. The shower was very powerful which was good to get all the sand off you after a long day at the beach! I loved having the shared kitchen facility to make a coffee in the morning and our little outdoor seating area outside our room was great for a lovely private outside breakfast!
Air conditioning wasn’t very powerful so the room was a little hot.
There was an unused cigarette on the leather chair and hairs and soap in the shower when we arrived.

We also asked for airport shuttle. The owner was very kind he did not alone give us a lift but showed us the most important places in the city. He can’t speek english but google translate solved the problem. He helped with everything we asked for. The place is clean, there is coffee and other essentials in the kitchen.
