Goede optie voor verblijf in Billund.

De locatie is prima, met gratis shuttle naar de luchthaven, Legoland en andere attracties voor de deur. Gelegen tegenover Lego House. Restaurant was ook prettig: lekker eten, aardige bediening. Ontbijt prima. Gratis grote parkeerplaats. Leuk delicatessenwinkeltje.

Wij hadden een rustige, nieuwe opgeknapte kamer in de annex dus geen straatlawaai. Wel staat er een stapelbed in de kamer wat doet vermoeden dat je hier ook met een gezin zou kunnen slapen: dan is het wel erg klein. Maar voor 2 is het prima!

Fine hotel when you are traveling to Legoland. More budget friendly than a resort hotel

Modest but pleasant hotel. Clean, and quiet at night. Breakfast was nice but not a huge selection.

Great location, nice staff, good breakfast and best value

The location is the best. It's just 5 minutes walk to Lego House and 8 minutes walk to the Bus stop. The staff was helpful and offered to call taxi for us. There is also free shuttle bus to the Billund airport.

It would be nice that if they would have a locked room for the guests to leave luggage. Leaving right at the lobby does not seem safe (psychologically).

Comfortable stay

Ease of access, information and the staff.

Toilet/bathroom could use more focus on cleaning, especially the air in/out in the roof were particularily full of dust and made me somewhat hesitant on cleaning quality. Also, air condition in the room would have been great, since the air got stale with windows closed but cold with windows open

Superb stay at Refborg

Excellent location for Legoland and Lego House and for all Billund. Loved the hotel decor, food at dinner and the breakfast. Nice lego room for kids. Very conveniently located, food store next door. Clean room! Great bunkbed, our son loved it. Nice little souvenir shopping can be done inside the hotel, great little store there..

Windows can be opened and we were lucky as the weather wasn't over 20 celsius, I assume otherwise it would be too hot in the room.

Lovely, friendly hotel for maximum convenience for the Lego House.

The location across the street from the Lego House! plus the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room spotlessly clean and spacious and breakfast was good.

The common areas were nicely decorated in a local style but the bedroom was a bit Spartan. having said that everything you could need was available.

Clean and comfy excellent location just minutes from Lego House. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We weren't warned about the raucous party in the function room directly underneath our room, which literally shook until midnight. Avoid room 23 and 24 if a party is planned...

Perfect location for visiting Lego House, good breakfast, nice hygge atmosphere with lit candles in the morning - although my partner didn't appreciate that part much (especially in the company of two small, recless kids).

Great place to stay.

The room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. You'll find a supermarket in front of the hotel, which is also very close to the Lego House. The staff was very kind.

Great place to stay and eat.

The hotel was a very common European style "Gasthaus" which is exactly what I was looking for. I lived in Europe 30 years ago and this was my first visit back and my wife's first trip to Europe and I wanted her to see what I always talked about when I lived there. We visited this hotel right after a 2 week cruise of Northern Europe and we had dinner at the hotel and the food was better then anything we had on our cruise. The breakfast was also an incredible spread with so much fresh food options. The final factor in selecting this hotel is that it was walking distance to The Lego House and other Lego attractions. Final bonus, my wife brought her hair dryer and it was not 220 compatible so we asked the front desk if they had one she could borrow. This was during the dinner rush and they were busy and the staff member said she would get back to us on that. Well a couple of hours later we assumed that the hotel did not have the dryer when there was a knock on the door and the staff member we had spoken too was there with a brand new hair dryer. She apologized for taking so long and that the hotel didn't keep a "loaner" so she had went out and bought this one for my wife and refused any type of payment for it. Way above any standard I would have had for a "budget" hotel.

I really cannot think of any negatives during our stay!

Good place to stay for a stay at Legoland :-)

Everything was exactly as expected. We brought our dog and the room was perfectly suited.

Perfect location

Perfect location - just a few minutes walking from restaurants and cafés. It's close to Legoland without being too busy with kids. The breakfast had several choices and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a suite - nice surprise! It had a living room with comfortable sofa, a bedroom with plenty of hangers and a nice-size bathroom. Highly recommended!
