VILLAMARE ... is a Highly Sought After Oceanfront Resort noted for its beautiful grounds, lagoons, Health Club with Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Heated Jacuzzi, Steam Sauna and Extensive Workout Facility. The Outdoor Main Pool is nestled around decks for sunning and viewing the ocean. Palm trees are around the deck to provide shade for anyone who forgot their umbrella. Next to the large pool is a Heated Jacuzzi, and toddler area. The Main Pool is heated during the months of March through May. Most people travel away from a tropical storm, but we decided to head towards one! We were fortunate to have a wonderful host in Pete and the condo and complex were great. The condo was exactly as depicted in the pictures and description. The location was great relative to both the beach and pool. Pete went above and beyond to help make a potentially bad situation (due to the storm) into a really great vacation. Thank you so much.

The condo and complex were very nice and appear to have been recently updated. The new pools were spectacular. The condo has great views of the ocean and beach. It also was very quiet inside the unit. The bike/walking trails are very nice and accessible. Great restaurants and shopping are a short drive away. We had a very nice, relaxing time.

Beautiful condo in a very nice community with lovely views of the ocean and easy beach access. Condo was just as described, with comfortable beds, very clean, and lots of nice little touches to ensure a comfortable stay. Pete was very prompt and thorough in communicating, and ready to help if anything had gone wrong which it didn't! I would love to come back in the future and hope to!

This was at least our fifth stay in Villamare and this stay was as good as any. The condo was spotless on our arrival and the host was extremely responsive to all questions and responses. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

We have stayed at many Villamare condos and this is one of the nicest. It’s very updated, has all amenities one needs and a great view of the pool and ocean. Pete was so kind to check in with us after arriving and asking if we needed anything. I will definitely come back and recommend this condo to friends and family!

See and hear the ocean and pool from both decks. Ideal layout for privacy as well as time together as the conmon area splits the bedrooms, each with private bath. Wonderful walkin showers and a soaker tub. Very well equipped kitchen. Great host (Pete), very responsive and helpful. Immaculately maintained grounds. One of our favorite stays yet! Book it. You'll love it.

Villamare is a great place to stay especially with toddlers the first week. The condo has an indoor pool which on cooler days was great for the kids. The unit itself was very clean with pretty much everything needed for a two week stay. Paul was very quick to get back with you on any questions we rarely needed. Great view for morning sunrise, so bright had to put sunglasses on. Will consider this unit in the future.

The unit was clean, reasonably updated and comfortable. We would have only a few minor suggestions: Add rotating brackets to livingroom and master bedroom TVs; add one large fry pan, placemats for dining table. Beds were very comfortable too.

Peter was very kind and made sure we got in ok. I did have an issue getting my parents a pass to come have lunch with us at the condo, so if you plan to have visitors, set that up a day ahead so a pass is ready at the gate. Overall, we had a wonderful stay & would recommend it to others.

Wonderful Laid-Back Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property over the 4th of July week with two adults and a toddler. This was our first time visiting HHI and won’t be our last. The property was well-maintained and accurately matched the description in the listing. The ocean views from the balcony were spectacular, and easy access to the pool and beach made it convenient to head out for a morning by the water and easily head in for a lunch/nap break with our toddler when needed. Pete was a gracious host who answered all of our questions and shared some great recommendations for things to do on the island. Overall we enjoyed our experience in Palmetto Dunes and the Villamare Property and would recommend to anyone looking for a laid-back family-friendly beach getaway.

The property owner was very helpful in the rental process. He gave us detailed information about the rental property and Hilton Head restaurants and activities. The check-in process was easy. Everything in the nicely decorated unit was well-maintained. We enjoyed the beautiful location and all it had to offer with proximity to beach, shopping, pool, tennis, and bike paths.

The view from the balcony is amazing. The unit is a little smaller than appears in pictures. It is decorated nicely and was very clean! The toilet seat in the second bathroom needs to be replaced and the washer runs very loudly but other than that we were very pleased.

Our family had an excellent vacation at Hilton Head and the condo was just as described. The owners provided all the information needed and also included a restaurant list. The ocean, pool and hot tubs were within sight from the condo. We plan on returning to this property and would highly recommend this condo and location on the island.

Excellent property with two large bedrooms, one on each side of the condo with a complete kitchen and sitting room area. Clean, spacious, and fantastic views of the ocean. The condo is meticulously maintained and great location on the beach with bike rentals, restaurant and tennis courts a short walk away. Would most definitely rent this until again.

We had a fantastic week in Hilton Head and Pete's condo was perfect for my family of 4. It was my husband and 2 sons (18 and 21.) first, there is the beautiful view of the ocean greeting you every morning from the huge windows in the living room and bedrooms. Then, there is the tasteful decor and spotless interior throughput. It was a lovely spot to hang out a read or have a glass of wine in the evening. We rented bikes for the week, and loved riding around Palmetto dunes and Hilton head. The pickle ball complex in Palmetto dunes is fantastic. We took a lesson the first day and then participated in the pickle ball round robin a few times, which was tons of fun. We took golf lessons with Doug Weaver , we rented the golf driving range bays, we booked rounds of golf And just had a great time! Highly recommend for a memorable vacation! The buildings have high quality clean grills that are available for everyone, which we did use one night.

This was a very nice villa and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the guest bathroom was filthy when we arrived. We had to clean the toilet, sink area, and mirror ourselves. It didn’t appear to have been touched by the cleaning crew at all prior to our arrival. Everything else was in great shape and I would highly recommend.
