Decepcionante comparada as outras vezes.

Já fiquei ali muitas outras vezes e tinha gostado de tudo, mas desta vez foi decepcionante. Apenas o café da manhã continuou com a mesma qualidade.

O quarto estava muito sujo e mal cuidado. Não sei se o hotel estava cheio, mas me colocaram em um quarto muito diferente do que fiquei das outras vezes. A toalha de banho estava suja, o banheiro estava sujo e a cortina do box também estava toda mofada.

Excelente local e confortável, mas o local do café da manhã deixou a desejar,

A localização é excelente com várias opções de restaurantes, bares supermercado e farmácias. O quartos são de tamanho médios, limpos e razoavelmente confortáveis.

Embora o café da manhã seja bem diversificado, o local do café muito pequeno e as mesas são muito próximas uma das outras, não permitindo privacidade nas conversas, chegando ser constrangedor. Deveria ter um espaço maior \ara o café da manhã permitindo privacidade e conforto

Fácil, prático, limpo e com pessoal super simpático

Quarto no tamanho ideal para 2 pessoas. Pessoal muito simpático e super prestativo. Localização ótima! Apesar de estar na avenida, não ouvimos barulho. Uma hóspede “afobada” queria que o rapaz que me atendia deixasse de fazer o meu check in para pegar a mala dela rapidamente pois o Uber a estava aguardando. Ele muito calmo e educado perguntou se eu não me importava de aguardar pois ele já estava me atendendo.

Faltou toalha de rosto no banheiro.

Em geral , boa hospedagem!

Ouvir barulho da tv do quarto ao lado . Paredes muito finas . A qualidade do café preto , servido no café da manhã, não é boa . Café de qualidade bem inferior.

Equipe excelente, estrutura e localização boas, mas precisa melhorar nos aspectos mencionados.

Wi-Fi muito ruim, controle remoto da TV não funcionava direito, mistura de água no chuveiro oscilava entre muito quente (que me queimou) e muito fria. Não tem estacionamento coberto. Café da manhã muito simples.

Modern, well-situated hotel with friendly personnel and an excellent breakfast.

Modern, clean hotel in a nice neighborhood, close to the university, restaurants, breweries, bakeries and beach tennis. Friendly, helpful personnel and an excellent breakfast at an affordable price. Highly recommended for work or pleasure.

The location is excellent, with several restaurants in the region.

The room could use a renovation, the wi-fi is very slow (even though the signal reception in the room is good) and the amenities could include shampoo as well (and not only soap).

A good place to stay in the area of Uni Campinas which offers all you need.

The hotel is well managed and conveniently located close to shopping and UniCamp. There are residential districts around where you -- even -- can go jogging and there is a small pool and a parking lot. There is a nice public park also in walking distance.

The breakfast is OK and could be improved to match up with the other qualities of the facility, but maybe it is the right for the market and I am just expecting a more international choice of options.

Great location! Clean rooms!

I had previously stayed at this hotel, so I knew what to expect. Everything was very clean and the staff is great.

They could redo the pavement in the parking lot, especially the parts for disabled parking.
