Breakfast and evening meals good . Staff friendly.
Danny very good manager front of house .
Shower …. When you showered it covered the whole of the floor with water … should be a separation …. But not a problem …. The pros totally out weigh the cons …. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay .. great hotel beach ….

To be honest, I gave the hotel a 5 at first, but after being threatened by the management I'm changing it to 1. You do not want to book this hotel.
First of all it's not what it looks like on the photos, some of them are just renderings and the other ones are what my daughter called "catfishing".
In reality it's not ONE hotel but 3 different buildings scattered around the small village, not very close to each other. I mean minutes of walk from each other, so it's not like one large hotel area. They say they have a map of the hotel but it's just not true, they have maps of each hotel building, not the different buidings related to each other.
The pool area at the hotel close to the beach was nice and it wasn't hard to get a sunbed since most of the rooms have separate pools, the pool bar, beach bar and breakfast was very nice. All in all quite nice but it's not at all what it looks like. The images portray it as a luxury resort but I would describe it as an average 3-star hotel with a nice (although dirty) pool area.
Our hotel building was a long walk from the pool/beach area and the breakfast was in a total different hotel building. The main pool was not very clean, lots of bugs floating around and the grass surrounding the main pool was muddy.
They charge € 20 for a sunbead at the beach but a lot of them had torn sunshade of lacked it entirely.
We booked 2 rooms in the economy part of the hotel which was really just another hotel. The rooms where not in very good condition, we had a hole in the bathroom wall and some ants in the bathroom. The shower was so close to the toilet that you had to shower the entire toilet when showering. Wish I had photos of that.
The worst part though is that after leaving my review, the management tried to threaten me to remove it by claiming I had signed a contract, promising not to give a rating below 8.
I would definitely not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

I recommend everyone the pool suite as it is amazing
There are 2 stray cats who are always around and need vet check. I wish the hotel can afford taking them to the vet, one of them has an injured paw, the other one has eye infection and is very skinny even if the hotel feed them (Maybe he has worms)

Skvělá lokalita, kamenitá pláž u hotelu s lehátky a deštníky k pronajmutí. Bar přímo na pláži. Stylový nový hotelový komplex. Snídaně i večeře chuťově výborné. Privátní bazén na pokoji s výhledem na moře a areál u hotelu. Ochotný personál.
Až bude areál kompletní a vychytá všechny nedostatky, bude to vynikající hotelový komplex.

We liked it very much. The facility is beautiful and we felt comfortable. We liked the food - but if you want it spicy, you'll need to add salt and pepper.
There is a very beautiful sandy beach nearby (Agathi Beach) which is easy to reach by car.
We'd love to come back.
Breakfast could be more varied and food could be replenished more quickly. otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

Everything was clean, staff are all very friendly and professional. The resort is spread across a small town and the beach- it was all very close and accessible. Amazing pools and food. Toiletries provided are all very nice. House staff are very friendly, efficient and courteous. Loads of bars from the pool, beach, main reception area, restaurant. Private balcony pools were incredible with amazing views of the town and Lindos in the distance.
Nothing.

We stayed at the budget part of Alia. It’s quite simple standard, but we had everything we needed. It’s very close to everything in Haraki. The cleaning staff was super friendly. What we really appreciated was that we never felt like budget guests, everyone was very accommodating and service minded. We had access to everything except the private pools (naturally). The airport pick up service was also good 👍
They forgot an extra bed, but quickly had one set up.
This was 100% not their fault, but the bus that was never on time was a challenge 😄

The staff could be better. Nobody is answering to emails. Also we forgot our brand new glasses there. We asked them to send them by courier to Cyprus with all expenses on usmThey said ok. It passed 3 weeks and we didn't receive anything. We called and nobody cares to give a specific answer. Very disappointed.

Lovely position for accessing the village. The cleaning lady was exceptional. Lovey lady.
Buffet breakfast needed a refresh

The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff were exceptional. The hotel has good privacy, facilities and great location if you want a peaceful vacation.
The food quality would need an upscale. Dinner’s were nice although breakfast and lunch were dry, overcooked and had no choice of food (served the same everyday).

This is a really excellent choice if you wish to visit Rhodes and prefer not to stay in one of the touristy hot spots but still want to visit them. A really nice and quiet village that will allow you to rest with a really good car hire just across the street (no dealing with the security deposits). As for the accommodation, it was exactly what we wanted and more. Lots of pools to choose from, very friendly and helpful staff (my GF is allergic to some foods and the head chef personally brought her a plate when one of the dishes that she could eat was refilled at the buffet, the waiters and reception workers were also very quick, kind and helpful with tips, reservations and advice, plus a shout out to the cleaning lady and the pool cleaner for doing a superb job) that very quickly remembered our room number and drink preferences. AC is free and working.
The bed was really comfortable, a really beautiful shower with hot water and a view was really excellent. The breakfast and dinner are basically an all you can eat buffet with a great variety of dishes so I really recommend you do reserve with a half-board, especially if you, like us, are a sucker for buffets. Breakfast always had a wide variety of eggs, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits and freshly made pancakes and waffles (and donuts, brownies, spreads etc) to choose from (plus the sunny side ups are made on the spot so they're not the usual sad cold variety that comes from the kitchen 50m away), but what really took the cake was the dinner; they have thematic dinners so the options change every day (think Mexican, Greek, sea food etc. evenings so you won't get bored with repeating options). It was so good that I'm actually afraid of the scales, I estimete I gained at least 5kg in 14 days.
The only downside is the WiFi. Well, it wasn't really a downside for me because it provided an excellent excuse NOT to do some semi-emergency work related things. For emergencies I went to the beach restaurant that is also a part of the accommodation where it's much better; ping is still about 50ms, which can't be helped since you're on an island, but UL and DL were good once it got going and the signal was stable. However, if you're the kind of person that absolutely needs stable WiFi signal in their room, you're going to have problems. Still, for me, this doesn't reduce the overall score; I'd give them 11/10 if I could.

They had a food theme for every dinner, which was fantastic. Breakfasts were the same. The location is literally a 3-minute walk to the beach.
"We had the junior room with a private pool. The cleaning wasn't good, and we had to tell them about the cleaning issues for three days in a row.

Alia is a beautiful resort. Exactly as shown in the photos. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Loft Suite and it was wonderful to have our pool at our Loft during the heatwave.
There are mosquitoes at night so come prepared with bug spray.

The hotel was beautiful! Very clean, with extremely friendly and helpful staff who were always available. We had breakfast included and it was very tasty, with different things on offer on each day and plenty of variety. Our room was lovely, our view was stunning and the pool on the balcony was much bigger than expected which was a real plus as we are both quite tall. The surrounding area was perfect for us; plenty of restaurants, bars and small shops but not too busy! The nearby Eva's Supermarket was perfect for any water or snacks we needed, plus the hotel bar was reasonably priced for drinks too. The swim up bar was great; so fun and a lovely little treat during the hot days. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

The hospitality shown was fantastic and the rooms we're amazing. All the staff went out of there way to ensure you felt welcomed and assisted at all times.

We stayed in the Economy complex. Very comfortable, clean and close to Tavernas and swimming at the beach.
I’d like to take the opportunity to thank 2 staff members for their exceptional help and friendliness. Lili at Reception in the main complex and Sambika who was our cleaning lady in the Economy Wing.
Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

The pool and the location
The hotel asked us to pay.. twice ! Since ee arrived on May,30th they tell us they'll refund us. We had to call Booking and the hotel tell us they refund us on June,13th.
And today Booking tell us that the hotel didn't make the transfer and won't give us a compensation !!!!
It's unacceptable! It was our honey moon ... not a good memories for us.
A very bad experience despite the fact that the location is nice.

The property was very new and the design was very laid back and relaxed with a touch of luxury.
Everything was great!

The reception lady was very very friendly and helpful, but she was struggling to manage all those guests by herself
The telephones doesn't work, you will struggle to communicate with them, we stay in a really old building few hundred meters away from the main hotel reception and dining area. You better hope everything works in your room or else you have to walk and find the reception lady who will try to solve your problem and not the maintenance stuff. The price was overpriced and do not ecommend this hotel

We stayed in the new Gaia beach front suites which is separate to the main original Alia suites down the road. The location is right by the beach, free parking and the rooms were well appointed. The location was perfect to walking into Haraki for delicious food and tavernas. The beach view was great and insta worthy. Air con worked perfectly. For June it was quite good price for six nights and a pool. The breakfast buffet selection was kinda decent between hot and cold foods. The pools were cool but refreshing in the heat. They even gave us an inflated float for our young child which was a nice gesture. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. Bed was large and comfortable. There is a 200m walk between the two sites but they also have a buggy for luggage transfers.
Because we ended up staying in the newer beach front development there were clear teething issues as also highlighted in previous reviews.
Whilst staff are lovely and helpful they are a bit disorganised at times. There is not yet a computer system and bookings were paper filings. So when we arrived after a delayed flight our initial room had someone there already. We temporarily stayed one night in another room then got upgraded to a higher class suite. But on another night someone tried the door with a key which seems to be same mistake again.
WiFi signal was poor in the rooms but workmen were coming around to fix that. The beachfront suite does limited ala carte breakfast whilst the original Alia suites does buffet which offers more selection.
Gaia beachfront site doesn't have a working nor staffed reception (still being finished) but the Alia site reception was not manned at 6am prior to our early flight, so we had to leave the key with a note (we already prepaid).
