It was a very friendly, welcoming hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Special mention to Carla who looked after us exceptionally well and went above and beyond her remit. my daughter is veggie and she made sure there was a veggie option every night.
Great value for money, the food was very generous and good quality.
Would highly recommend
One thing jacuzzi didn’t work in bath, but that was a minor thing.

Hotel is in a great central location, 5 minutes walk to the main ski lifts. The hotel restaurant (Restaurant Cava Roca), was fabulous, superb steaks, chicken, lamb all cooked over a wood fire, the prices were very reasonable also.

Shower pressure was amazing in the bathrooms, just what you need after a day of skiing. Breakfast was good, fresh juices & pastries every morning.
Ask for a front facing bedroom, our bedroom was on the floor above the hotel bar, they play music outside on the decking area from 8am-12pm everyday. Between the loud music you have the deliveries for the hotel coming in & out at all times of the night. Did not sleep through the night once over 5 days without getting woke up from some noise downstairs. Rooms walls are very thin, we could hear all coversations from the joining rooms next to us.
Ski room being on the 6th floor not ideal, usually this would be on the ground floor.
Rooms are tiny, for myself & partner we found it extremely tight for a 5 day trip. Bathrooms were a great size but not enough storage space in bedroom and there was a lot of marks on the walls and the radiator was tied tot he wall with cable ties and we could not figure out how to turn off the radiator.
The mattress protector was just a duvet under the fitted sheet, the bed was very old, no headboard and very soft and worn in.
