About this house rental
The ground floor accomodation comprises of a massive, fully-equipped open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area , which open directly on to the pool terrace. Here there is a shady seating area and large dining table, plus lots of sunloungers - all from which the views can be enjoyed. The impressive infinity pool is 9.8 x 4.5 metres in dimensions , and is 1.6 metres deep. Additionally, there is a good sized childrens pool, 3 x 1.5 metres and 40 cm deep.
Upstairs are the six bedrooms, five of which have double beds and one two single beds. This twin bedroom is inter-connected to and accessed from one of the double bedrooms, and they also share a bathroom. Four of the double bedrooms have access to large communal balconies and en-suite bathroom, the other one shares a communal bathroom.
The approach to the villa is up a steep hill, thus making walking there difficult in the heat of the season. Most of our guests prefer to use local taxis or rent a vehicle whilst staying here.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
