What a great stay! A ten minute walk to Seaside as well as beach access directly across the street made for the perfect stay. We have booked our 30A trip through RD 5 or 6 times now and every single home we’ve stayed in was top notch. They also have a very attentive and detail oriented staff that was quite helpful. Would definitely recommend this house!

This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. The location is simply unbeatable! You won’t be disappointed with this place!! So take my next paragraph with that in mind!
Now, Management was excellent through the booking process and all the way up until checkin. Then…impossible to reach on checkin day! We had an issue as the home wasn’t ready when we arrived at the designated checkin time (5:00), which we would have understood as it is a massive home that required extensive cleaning. Clearly the cleaning crew was working hard to get done but the problem was that we had no warning of the unavailability of the home from management and had elderly family and an infant waiting outside the home in the heat. Would have been nice to have a heads up that the house wasn’t finished so they could have made arrangements to wait elsewhere until the home was available. On top of that we had multiple calls with no response or explanation until 45 minutes after the checkin time.
So, I’m summary, this place is excellent, top notch really! Nicest place I’ve ever seen. Just make sure you reach the management on checkin day to make sure the home is ready before you arrive. We know that now and would have no problem renting here again!!

30A Mojo is a beautifully appointed with plenty of room for my family to spread out. I had my grown children and their spouses and 2 young children for a total of 12 people and we were all very comfortable. The location is excellent, we could walk to Seaside in less than 10 minutes or ride the bikes in less than a couple minutes. The beach access is literally right across 30A, the only thing better would have been to be ocean front. The entire town is pedestrian friendly and it is easy to cross the street. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, the common spaces were accommodating for all of us to hang out. The management was very quick to answer any questions and help us out. The only thing I would keep in mind when renting this house is that one of the 2 bedrooms on the third floor does not have its own bath. It does state this in the description. My daughter and her spouse had to shower in the common access full bath which was on the 1st floor and serves primarily the bunk room. It was fine but it was a little inconvenient. It would not keep me from renting this house again but I would rethink sleeping arrangements prior to getting there and assign the rooms properly. For example I would give that room to children and their parents could go in the other 3rd floor bedroom and they could share the bathroom in that bedroom. Overall I was happy with our stay!

We loved, loved, loved the location of 30A Mojo! The space was gorgeous, and more room that we needed as a family of 5 but it was nice to spread out! The home desperately needed some "user manual" type information available inside once we arrived, and the landscaping is quite...a lot. Unlike surrounding properties it was quite overgrown and limited our views. Would absolutely stay & work with Royal Destinations again!

Very nice place and location. We had maintenance visit 4 out of 6 days. There were TV issues, the pool was out of service for 2 days ( which we had to pay an extra $180 to have the heat turned on - this should be included with the rental price) and the freezer stopped working. All the issues were solved however a bit inconvenient. I would suggest some instructions for TV remotes and an overall information sheet - location of sheets for fold out bed - we found them but it took some time. I think more supplies should be on hand - ie more than 2 trash bags for a whole week, other rental agencies we have used at Seaside have provided a daily maid service - not so much cleaning but change of towels and trash pick up.

We just returned from a wonderful few days at Compass Point I. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found the right property. The view was spectacular, everything was clean and up to date, and the private beach was just a few steps along the boardwalk. Our dog, Layla, bounced around like she had lived there for years. We will definitely be back, and will want this unit at Compass Point I again. The staff at Royal Beach was so professional and a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful experience. Condo had an amazing view. The walk to the beach was very close. Enjoyed 5 days in late October. Very comfortable and Royal Beach Rentals was great to work with. They even had treats for my two small dogs traveling with me! The pups loved them. Overall, would rent again.

We spent four days at Compass point and enjoyed every minute. Had a few things that needed attention, but the staff was right there to correct them. A few suggestions: upgraded T.V, at least in main living area; shelf in the shower to put your "stuff" on instead of having to keep it on the floor. These are things the owner should do and has nothing to do with the management company. This was our third year staying at Compass Point 1-405 and we will be back next year. The management company could not have been more professional; plus, they were very nice and made every effort to make our stay a pleasant one. We look forward to returning. The view from the condo is spectacular!

Keys were not in lockbox after 7.5 hour drive down on Sunday, but mgt. was able to get us into unit after calling the emergency # (if we had not kept that, we would have been in trouble). One key did not work. I am handicapped and do wish there were a boardwalk near the unit to the beach that is not so steep (my wife could not push me up the incline). Handicap height toilets would have also been a plus. Fan in guest bedroom sounded like it was about to burn out; we reported to mgt. and they said it would be fixed (we did not ask to have that done during our stay). Dishwasher was also unstable in frame; we reported it to have fixed after we left.

The apartment was both comfortable and very attractively furnished. Everything was in immaculate condition. The patio furniture should be replaced with more comfortable chairs. We could see the sea but it is a bit of a walk to the beach. Overall, a lovely experience.

This was our first time staying in the area and will most definitely come back. The beach is amazing, greenish/blue water and shallow so its ideal for wading out and tubing around. Really odd to hardly see any seashells though, not much in the way of beachcombing.
The unit itself does face east, so you get bright AM sun. Condition inside is above average, granite, wood floors in the main area, then carpet in both bedrooms and tile in the baths. The only recommendation I would make is to update the balcony furniture,
the set of directors chairs are somewhat weathered and difficult to scoot all the way up to the table. Just a few other things to be aware of, if you bring your dog, realize compass point is setup like a hotel almost, with inner hallways. So if your dog doesn't
like hearing people talking walking down the hallway outside your unit, barking may be an issue. When we stayed, the main A/C unit that cools the halls was out, so little portable A/C units and fans on the hall floors were setup (which our dog was scared of).
The whole community is posh posh, crushed shell pathways and sidewalks...awesome dog park too towards the front of the property!! Biggest 2 downsides we saw though were the lack of lighting in the community at night and the tennis courts. We assumed the dim
lights were b/c of sea turtles, yet walking alone at night you need flashlights...just realize its really dark out there away from the street lights. The tennis courts were a huge disappointment, clay courts with tall thick brush around so if you hit your
tennis ball over the walls, its pretty much unretrievable. Courts had line tape above the clay so if your ball hit that, it would throw it off its path. Not too impressed but love to play tennis. Bottom line, totally would stay here again, the fitness center
is amazing!! Pools are superb, super pet-friendly, can't beat the sidewalk for running and cycling along 30-A and the beach rocks!! Loved it.

Our stay at WaterSound was great in relation to the property and amenities. The only downside to our vacation was the biting flies that were on the beach all week which prevented us from fully enjoying our vacation. Also, the unit needs working DVD players as there were two and neither of them worked.
