Esperávamos muito mais do que entregou.

A cama, roupa de cama e travesseiros eram muito bons. O atendimento na recepção também foi muito bom, assim como a cordialidade dos colaboradores de vocês.

Chuveiro, Ar-condicionado e iluminação deixaram a desejar. Sentimos falta de um espelho no quarto. As tomadas ficavam em posições ruins e nada práticas. O quarto era sol da tarde e o ar não deu vazão, somente lá pelas 2:30/3h da madrugada que gelou o quarto. E no domingo de manhã acordamos com susto já que o isolamento das paredes é muito fraco. As portas sendo fechadas, pessoas falando e até tomando banho, tudo era possível escutar. Acabou que desistimos de dormir. O pão francês no café não pareceria do dia, não estava fresco e o brownie estava extremamente ressecado.

Melhor hospedagem de Americana!

O atendimento foi excepcional. Recebemos a notícia que teríamos um upgrade na data. A hospedagem superou minhas expectativas. Pude descansar bem e fazer a prova que eu tinha na cidade com tranquilidade. Com certeza irei retornar.

A disposição da comida no café da manhã não me agradou muito, fica em um lugar em que o acesso não é tão legal e você não se sente tão a vontade. Mas isso é uma questão pessoal minha. Estava tudo muito gostoso ❤️

Superb

The Premium Suite is very spacious and comfortable. Amazing bathtub with jets. The pool is in a nice relaxing area and it pleasant to spend time outside. Breakfast is good with a nice spread of savory, sweet, and local fruits. The front desk crew were helpful and polite.

The regular room I booked was smaller than expected. The pictures of the work area are from the Premium Suite and I needed the space to work so I upgraded to the Suite (which I loved, but cost double). The steam room was out of order - and I had been looking forward to using it. It's rare to find a steam room in Brazilian hotels.

Good, value for money! too much cooperative staff, appreciated.

Breakfast was awesome, some items are constant but many items are keep changing and they all taste perfect! This is perfect value for money! I would like to Thanks Nelson on food region.

The washroom is very compact, but ok.

Amazing breakfast and great staff. Beautiful hotel entry and good facilities.

Most things were great. Only thing to bother me a little bit was the size of the restroom in the room, it was very small.

Great experience. The best hotel in the area!!

Clean and comfortable. The staff was always smiling and ready to help. I'll certainly return many times.

With reference to the breakfasts, they should put some tags in English and Spanish
