Hotel sencillo, en zona industrial

El señor de la recepción, cuando llegamos a la noche, fue muy amable y tenía muy buen inglés

A la mañana no había agua caliente. Avisé en recrpción. Chequearon y me dijeron que si. Volvì a la hab y seguìa sin agua caliente. El edificio está ubicado en una zona industrial, a las afueras de Atenas. Si uno no está en auto, se complica para ir a cenar, porque los lugares para comer y cafés no están cerca.

Semplice ma piacevole

Un hotel semplice, ma con tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, le camere arredate semplicemente , ma pulite. La posizione è molto decentrata, ma vicina ad una fermata dell'autobus. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

due cose: è impossibile attaccare in alto il manicotto delle doccia e la terrazza non era pulita.

Price/performance - a good choice

Very friendly staff, good breakfast.

Noisy fan when the air conditioning/heating is on. Bathroom with open shower directly invites to flooding in the bathroom 😅 Nothing dramatic, but not entirely comfortable.

The perfect combination of price and quality. Nice and clean rooms, bathroom is also clean. The price includes an excellent breakfast. The staff is very welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel!

For local people in business, not for tourists

- decent breakfast - cheap hotel for business people - private parking spot in the shade

- very, very remote - accessible only by car - there was no shower curtain (?!) - so the floor was full of water, very messy

Great stay in a good location for exceptional value.

The property was clean and the location was generally quiet, the staff were friendly and the breakfast option was decent. The value is exceptional considering what you get. The presence of a billiard table in the bottom floor is great as entertainment

while the location is quite, their seems to be one or two dogs in the neighbourhood that would bark for long stretches of time, the location while quiet is sadly far away from loads of services as such most trip need transport. The AC was off at night which was ok for me in the normal weather however my friend would’ve preferred it to be on for cooling.

Hotel Giorgio... my now second home!

TL;DR This place is awesome, convenient, clean and friendly to boot. Free parking and very safe and well lit all around the hotel. Breakfast is great too. The staff were amazing... so friendly and helpful. It felt like coming home to family every day after work. My room was perfectly cleaned every day, with fresh towels, and bed clothes steamed and spotless daily also. I consider myself to be quite healthy, and usually this means that hotel breakfasts are a no no, but not here. I grab myself eggs, a pastry, fresh fruit, fruit juice and a coffee every day. I even get a sandwich for lunch in a pinch. There is also toast, cake, cereal, and the usual if you fancy variety. Bottled water is complimentary and left out daily, and the sweets left out for customers are a welcomed treat after a hard days night. I have stayed elsewhere in Athens for work before landing on the Hotel Giorgio, and now I only stay here. I actually miss my hotel bed when I go home. The hotel is 4 minutes drive, if even from the highway which you can take to Elfisina, and the airport in 20 minutes, or to the city centre or seaside in less time. You are a 10 minute drive away from the Mall (largest shopping centre, and only 4 minutes drive to the Escape, a smaller shopping centre. If you need a friendly, clean place to stay while you work or travel and you consider a clean comfortable bed and room to be paramount and all for great value, then this place is for you. It's not the Ritz, nor does it claim to be, but I won't stay anywhere else now when I come to Athens for work. Thanks guys. I'll be back regularly. PS every room has a balcony, water is always hot hot, and they are not stingy with towels, shower gel, slippers, etc. as some places are. For an extra treat grab yourself and iced coffee at breakfast in the morning. Takes the sting out of the heat and a nice kick to start the day. Love this hotel. Oh and there is a TV in every room and free WiFi too!

Literally nothing. I've had poor experiences elsewhere in Athens and so I am glad to have found this place. Thank you Hotel Giorgio. Also love that there are plenty of sockets to charge devices. Too many other hotels have only one per room but not here... I count 5 in total

Very good

Amazing staff, very helpful and polite, they offered me water upon arrival and accommodated my needs. Very clean and quiet room.

Bathroom needs a curtain for the shower, also a little lamp by the bed table would be great. The location is OK if you drive, if not the Overground train doesn't have frequent trains and there's no shops at all around.

Excellent hotel for the money in an industrial suburb, close to highway and commuter train.

It is a safe area with short walking distance from the commuter train (that takes you to the airport)and next to the north highway. You get with taxi down to Acropolis in 15-20 minutes (approx 20 Euros). The beds have good level and the hotel looks quite elegant for being relatively cheap - value for the money. The reception is open 24h per day.

It should have been great to be able to pay pay extra in order to get access to an upgraded breakfast that has a bigger variety and quality, for example yoghurt, whole grain cerials, tomatoes/cucumber, nuts/raisins, fresh bread, fresh orange juice. I understan I cannot expect such a breakfast for the current price, but I would have been willing to pay extra.

Big room with balcony. They gave us water in the morning before leaving for the day.

Poor breakfast. Issue with the parking place.. After 2 nights, they told us the place we parked was for another floor of the hotel and we have to move the car. In the next morning, they told us they were making work there and that is why we have to move the car. So.. Moving the car for no reason cuz there were no work done that we could see and for the last night..

Perfect Hotel to stay when you arrive late at the airport and need a place for the night. Clean, friendly staff, room has everything you need. There is a lift.

Not very soundproof (in the middle of the night some guests played music that sounded like it was right outside the door and kept going for hours) and the breakfast is very simple.

Although I liked the location, I wouldn't visit this hotel again.

The staff was kind, the room was nice and clean, we liked the location since we had a car and the hotel is near the Attiki Odos (highway). Driving to the city center didn't take much time. The free parking also served us well.

I think the hotel allows smoking in the rooms. Our room didn't smell, but for a couple of nights cigarette smell was coming through the ventilation system (probably from other rooms). Noise from outside was also coming in. The most disappointing however was the very poor breakfast. In addition to this, people (not from the staff) were walking around the reception area and the breakfast table without masks although there were sings that masks are mandatory in the indoors common areas. One morning, someone was actually smoking at the breakfast area and only when we complained he was asked to stop smoking. We had to grab our breakfast and eat it somewhere else. Disappointing.
