Arty Hotel near the beach

Quirky arty hotel, beautifully clean and a bit different with a lovely pool to relax at the end of the day or whenever, nice quiet area but 5 minutes walk to the beach and all amenities the hotel staff and manager are all super friendly and helpful they let us park our motorcycles in the shade alongside the building we had a fantastic stay here would definitely return - one tip take wet shoes for the beach as it's stony

Kitchen had everything we needed. Staff were not only helpful but warm and friendly. The room was just what we wanted a good size with very comfortable beds, a good sized terrace with a peaceful neighbourhood and lovely pool kept very clean.

Good location, great for shorter stays.

Comfy bed. Good location. Secure parking. Excellent staff on reception who spoke very good English.

Room was quite small, especially the kitchen area. Our room was a little tired but our friends was much better having been refurbished recently.

Excellent place but very empty. I didn't see anyone except checking in and out during my four days.

We will be back! It was so beautiful and we adored it.

So clean, quiet, and peaceful. AMAZING LOCATION. Perfect for all groups of people and ages etc. The pool area was gorgeous with lots of seating options. Rooms were spacious, and nice and cool. Lovely bathroom.

Not good for long stays

I liked the balcony and the pool.

The hotel is quite far from the centre. Allow 15min to walk from train station, and the nearest bus station is also about 15 min walking distance. The nearest and cheapest supermarket is called Carrefour and it's about 15min walk from the hotel. I didn't like that the kitchen wasn't fully equipped. There wasn't any cooking knife and the cutting board is tiny, which made it difficult to cut vegetables. I missed an oven and I wish there was a bigger fridge. This kitchen is not suitable for long stays. The size of the kitchen is very small. Also, the hotel doesn't have an elevator. And the pool is dirty. It doesn't seem like they clean it or change the pool-water.

The hotel was lovely and well furnished in art deco style. The balcony overlooking the pool was great for afternoon nibbles and the kitchen was good for making snacks. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Superb

We enjoyed our stay here, very kind staff, close to the beach, free parking, quiet area, and a well equipped room with air conditioning (there was even power plug extender with USB sockets on it). There is also a pizzeria at the corner of the street which works 18-22h Tue-Sun with a very nice pizza for take away, and a bakery with nice cappuccino closer to the beach that works from 7am. So the hotel location was ideal for us.

There are not many places to walk a dog around, but it is a problem of the entire town, not hotel specific.

The ultimate holiday

This is a very charming hotel with a great atmosphere. The people who work here are very friendly. It is very close to the beach and boulevard. Plenty of good restaurants. We had a great time and love to return here.

Ideal family stay for what we wanted which was to see Nice and the surrounding beauty spots.

Perfect facility for myself, husband and three grown up 'children' (22, 20 & 17 years) - we had two apartments with balconies and kitchen facilities. The lovely garden pool was perfect and very much needed in the French August heat. P.S We visited during Covid-19 and that was perfectly organised too.

The location could be less 'urban' personally - having said that plenty of free buses to all the areas we wished to visit - and one could always hire a car (there is secure parking at the hotel) - so in that respect it's well placed centrally.
