Friendly staff and great dinner! View is also phenomenal
Room was not clean. Especially under the beds. The blue plastic is still on the shower it hasn't been removed since the installment. The beds were uncomfortable and the room is different than the one on the picture especially if you are located in the smaller house in which case everything is 500m away

Staff were extremely friendly. Gorgeous location and grounds. Rooms very clean. Good breakfast. Great dog!
Except during checkin and at breakfast, there was no one around to answer questions or take care of problems. They do offer dinner but it didn't seem that anyone was having dinner because the office was all closed up except for breakfast. We could not get internet access in the room at all and it was very spotty at the office/restaurant. Our friends had asked for another pillow ( they supply one per person) and didn't get it until the next morning when rooms were cleaned. Our room (Rm 3) was a good size since it had a loft but our friend's room was small and musty smelling. No pool furniture was out. It looked like the place maybe had just opened for the season and they weren't really ready for guests yet. Even though there were coffee cups and a pot to boil water, there was no coffee or tea provided in the rooms.

so welcoming and friendly. great dinner and lovely, quirky accommodation. obsessed with the views of Etna above!
nothing. it was a great stay.

Great location for exploring Etna. Comes with a nice pool an amazing views on both Etna and Taormina in the distance. The staff was nice and helpful. Option to have dinner at the place with a full Italian fare
The place could do with a few touch ups and fixes. Additionally, walls are quite thin so you better get quiet neighbors. Wasn't a problem at all for us, but could've been different

the stunning views, the kind personnel, the breakfasts and dinners are out of this world. we will always remember those dinners!!
the bed was not very comfortable and the pool and room furniture were little out dated. the wifi doesn’t work at all and it’s very hard to have cell phone service (this is also a positive note to disconnect!).

The breakfast is excellent and the location is breathtaking. A large variety of freshly made sweet and salty breakfast served in a beautiful panorama overlooking the vineyards. We had dinner at the agriturismo which was very nice, home made traditional food. nothing fancy but good quality and tasty. The staff is very attentive to our needs with a very nice level of service, attention and customer service. Well done!
The fridge in our room was very old and in very poor condition, it needs replacing immediately. rooms are a little small, internal doors are connect to other guest rooms therefore you can hear everything / conversations due to only having a wooden door separating the rooms. This is a privacy issue which needs to be addressed to increase comfort and overall quality of stay.

The location is great, loved the wine & the food. We relaxed and had an amazing time. The staff are very friendly too. If you are looking for a break to relax, eat good food and drink good wine then it's the place to be!
The wifi works only in a limited area and we had no wifi in the rooms.

The location is just amazing. You have two views: the Etna on one side, and the valley on the other. It is a quite place in the middle of vineyards. The rooms are good, clean, and comfortable
There was no internet connection (apparantely they had a problem)

Location was superb in the middle of their winery where you can walk on the black sand. Nice pool with amazing view. Big size rooms. Homemade breakfast. Friendly staff, thanks for recommending the great restaurant "I quattro archi" which is 5 mins driving. We had an amazing dinner.
Bed was not very comfortable and the forniture is a bit aged. Bathroom did not meet our expectations (flush toilet was coming off and the shower was also not pleasant). We could hear snoring from the room next to us.

First of all - The views were great.
Breakfast was good.
The rooms are very noisy. Some rooms are only separated from each other by one wooden old door. We could hear our neighbours speak clearly - we were not able to sleep so needed to use a matras to reduce the sounds coming through the door.
Most of the staff do not speak any English. One morning the owner put a small chalk board with a message written in Italian at the breakfastspot and left without any explanation- so we didn't know what it said. Later we found out it said 'private party at the pool from 16.00'.
We left for the day and when we came back in the evening at 21.30 there were tons of people at the swimming pool, right in front of our room, having a party with loud music. The music and voices were very loud in our room - we were tired and wanted to sleep to get up at 7.00 AM to climb mount Etna. We booked this quiet agriturismo to relax.
We talked to the owner that we were not pleased that a 'private party' was trown in front of our room and also at the pool, part of the accomodation. She didn't know how to respond, she stated the party would continue anyway (quote: 'it is only once a year and it is friday night'). After a long conversation, also with her daughter, they said we could get another room (a few minutes drive down the wineyard by night) to stay one FREE night - so we packed all our stuff and changed rooms. The next day when we wanted to pay the bill she did charge us the night (that we agreed to get free) AND made the price HIGHER ('because it was a more expensive room'). When we didn't agree she started SCREAMING in our faces that we are 'BAD PEOPLE' and 'strange'. Very inappropriate.
