Clean, great value for money, friendly staff

I liked the rooms, very clean! Lovely bathroom and good facilities. Nor ar all far from the main town for shopping at the local market. Great value for money and really nice beds. Fridge and free wifi too

Sadly, there is no lift, and as we had big bags with us, getting everything up to the room was a bit awkward.. Staff were more than happy to help out though. Also, no kettle, but that's no biggie when fresh coffee is so cheap down the road

Clean, quiet, worth of value

Clean, quiet, balcony facing to nature. Morning singing of birds.

Receptionist didnt talk english. But we accepted as she was hendicepped.

Bad experience

Size of the room and not far from the bus station

Noisy location on the main road and absolutely no one service... Nobody staying to the reception and you have to call a phone number... and after a few minutes the women who arrives does not speak english at all... And last but not least they don't serve breakfast

Very good, clean and value for money.

Good place clean, nice furniture, bit heavy but stylish. Going up to the 3th floor with a heavy suitcase is not easy, going down is easier!!

Overnight to go further to Koh Mak is recommended.

Good location, not far from restaurant, 7/11, beautiful furniture and very good bed. Friendly personals.

The room on the street side is not sound proof. The stairs is narrow. No ketel for tea or coffee. No lift for heavy laggages. We do not mind to use the stairs but not with big laggages.

Nice stopover before an onward journey to the islands

Spacious and confortable room nicely decorated with high value furniture made from teak wood. Modern bathroom with hot water and good pressure. Friendly and very helpful staff to advise for any onward journey to the islands Koh Chang Koh Mak and Koh Kood.

English was medium but enough to understand each other 😉

Good location, beautiful room with great shower

Close to Bus Terminal, at the entrance to the city. Restaurants, fruit market & ATM in walking distance. Very friendly staff, clean room with great shower.

Location to the bus station value-for-money big comfortable bed

Hard to find the staff. No motorbike taxi anywhere in the general area of the hotel I tried to use grab taxi in I got a message saying they can't pick me up at that location so I tried other locations that weren't far away and I got the same message. I like the fact that it's close to the bus station but general transportation is a problem in that area where the hotel is
