The cottage is exactly as described, very clean and tidy and well appointed. Patty and Colin were very friendly and hospitable and the cottage was in a great location for visiting all places in the Gower. Fantastic walks and beaches, all dog friendly. We spent 7 days and enjoyed everyone of them. I would highly recommend both this cottage and the location to anyone that loves walking on beautiful beaches. Chris and April

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful place. I agree with another review that the pictures don’t do the place justice. The owners thought of everything and were friendly, even leaving tea and coffee. The bed was super comfortable and the leather reclining sofas were a treat.
Ignore the review about the place smelling of dog which I read before I went on my trip, absolute nonsense. It was very clean.
Would definitely stay again, thank you to the owners for a lovely holiday.

Was a great stay and we look forward to going back again.

Well designed property, super-comfy bed, good base to explore all of Gower.Wi-fi was good.Convenient for taking dog out early & late. Weather was changeable but the area & the beaches & also places for eating out were really good & Lunnon is a lovely spot.Only criticism was that the bathroom feels cold, but it didn't detract from our stay.

Great Little Hideaway
Colin and Patti were just great hosts really friendly and helpful , giving us some useful places to visit as we were never in that part of Wales before. Situated in a really lovely and quite place of Lunnon, And just 6 and a half miles from Swansea. Ideal location if you want a carefree holiday away from the hustle and bussle of day to day life. Would really recommend this place with off street parking.. Property very well equipped with every thing you need. Thank you Colin and Patti for a lovely stay.

Lovely and very friendly
A very beautiful & peaceful little annexe with off road parking.
Owners Patty & Colin were very lovely and very friendly. We could walk our terrier around the paddock out back. It was central to the beaches and town and also to the inlaws who we was visiting. So it didn't feel that we was to far from anything. Would totally recommend the stay. Will certainly rebook a return visit. I'm really keen to come back. Thank you Patty & Colin for a wonderful stay.

Lovely & cosy retreat!
Perfect for a couple, this is a lovely and cosy property, very clean and well presented. The kitchen area, although compact, was very well equipped with a full size fridge, freezer, built-in oven, a microwave, kettle and toaster, plus plenty of pans, crockery and utensils. Double bed was nice and comfy, and there is a decent sized wardrobe and dressing table with lots of space for clothes. Good sized electric shower and there’s even a washer/dryer too. There are one or two pubs about 5 mins drive, and only 15 mins drive into Mumbles with it’s selection of shops, pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. If you’re a couple looking for a cosy place to relax after a day’s walking then we would definitely recommend staying here.

Gower is a go go
A fantastic place to stay and a good base to explore the gower just watch those narrow roads although it’s not the roads that are the problem .

Lovely place
We really enjoyed our stay at Lower Lunnon farm. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and very convenient. The radiator was very efficient and there was a small electric ‘wood burner look’ stove which made it cosy.
The place was very bright and the bed comfortable. The hosts were helpful.
We had a lovely time and hope to visit again.

Well kitted with eveything you could want even down to a dish cloth and liquid.
Only thing I wasn't keen on were the two electric cooking plates, to long to heat and then cool but no natural gas so not much choice. But then you're on holiday and we eat out.
Great base to explore

Lovely conveniently situated Annexe
The owner very welcoming and helpful. Lovely cosy annexe for husband and I and 2 dogs. Convenient for visiting family in Swansea. The surrounding countryside of the Gower and Mumbles sea front made up for no garden for our dogs but managed without.

Location ideal for walks to the beach and coastal path, house is well designed for a small property.
Photos don’t do this properly justice. It’s obviously small but it’s modern, clean, ideal for a couple with a dog given its location to the beach and amazing coastal paths. It had everything we needed and surpassed our expectations. We hope to stay again.

Easy reach of beaches
This was ideal for the two of us. We did different walks each day from the property which meant we could leave the car behind most days. Had everything we needed . Owners were welcoming and checked that we knew where everything was.
The owners have an attached field which our dog made use of.
We did have to drive to the pub ( Joiners) but it was just 15 minutes away. Food was good and pub dog friendly. Great stay.

Great base
Property is comfortable and well equipped with some very thoughtful homely additions. Its a good base for exploring the beautiful landscape. But for us It wouldn't be a place to simply chill out all day. Partly due to outside space which Is at front of the accommodation where cars are parked. This was fine for us, being keen walkers, as we are out and about exploring. And the accommodation was a comfortable base to come back to at end of day. The nearest pub is in Parkmill village about 5min drive but a good 20minute walk down a road and walk through well marked track at side of woodland (road walk is uphill on way back!)
The owners live at side of accommodation which is extension to their house. They are most helpful without being intrusive and clearly want guests to have a pleasant stay which we did! Thanks

Delightful!
The property is very well furnished and comfortable with everything you might possibly need - including a shoehorn which we’d forgotten!
It is in a quiet location but not far from both the sea and walking areas.

Nice clean, comfortable, central accommodation
Very pleasant property, really friendly and helpful hosts next door.
Didn't have to travel far to get to any of our chosen walks and bike rides. Some walks possible from the door.
Nice pub at the bottom of the hill if you don't want to cook.
Would happily recommend.

Little Lunnon
As to be expected, the Welsh weather was awful, however it was the end of January so we expected nothing less. The Annex, is a very well appointed and very convenient little place to stay. It is clean, warm and has all the little extras that made our weekend a very memorable one, it was Lyn’s birthday so we wanted something special and this did not disappoint. We took two of our small dogs 🐕 and they had the time of their lives, chasing each other around the dunes and the beach, generally wearing themselves out. All in all we loved it and without being intrusive Patty made us very welcome. We have no reservation in recommending this owners direct property to others and hope that they enjoy their stay as much as we did.

Property felt like a mini self sufficient house, had everything you could possibly want and more!
Beautiful linens on the beds, working appliances, comfortable chairs, couldn't fault the property and the furnishings. Everything you could possibly want was available including a washing machine, oven, hob and television. Will hopefully be returning at some point in the not so distant future x

A delightful well equipped accommodation for two.
We are absolutely delighted with this accommodation for two. It's in a quiet location but close to all the beautiful places on the Gower Peninsular. We had lovely walks along Ilston Valley without needing the car. We will definitely consider a return visit to this lovely place. Be aware that this is not in Southgate as the description on the web site said when we booked but that really didn't matter when we got here! One hiccup was that OwnersDirect did not give us proper instructions to access the accommodation in the owners absence. We could still be outside the door now! Make sure you communicate with the owners for this information.

Amazing!
My wife and I stayed here for the weekend on a trip from the States. We can't say enough how much we enjoyed it! It's extremely close to Three Cliffs and some beautiful walks. The cottage was comfortable and very nice. Patty was also very helpful! We'll be back again on our next trip.
