Nice buffet for Breakfast and Lunch. Was expecting though the same Noom as Abidjan Nice pool nice view nice area

Ideal location for business and pleasant location to relax afterwards

Ideally located for business in Kaloum. Nice vista and area to relax after work by the pool. Staff are friendly and able to assist with planning and transport.

I have stayed at the Noom previously 5 for 6 times. I was disappointed with the state of the linen on my bed this stay, sheets had obviously been washed by has tears and stains, they really should have been replaced.

Hotel management 101. Breakfast has to be completely checked and improved. 5 Star hotels can not give such a poor breakfast. Even 4 stars. If you don't have a budget for a good breakfast, simply increase the price of the room rate. Room has to be refurbished quickly floor by floor. Don't postpone it. It will be too evident from next year. many other issues but no need to write down before fixing the first 2 points

Nice stay

Location is good, quite on the sea shore. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is clean and with big shower. There is a mini fridge and Nespresso machine in the room, that is great. The breakfast and diner are in good quality. Food is fresh.

The hotel is quite fresh (was opened in 2016), however already needs a refurbishment. The bed linen needs to be renewed, as it was tied too much. Lamps have to be repaired, there were no lampshades.

Not very well maintained. Also, I forgot something in the room but no effort has been done, even on multiple requests, to search for the item.

The breakfast was all gone by 9.20 am massive queues for an omelette , not enough staff for the amount of people booked in

To check in took an hour and 30 mins , wrong room was given to what was paid for and due to hotel being full couldn’t be moved . Ants were rife in the bedroom . AC in the room couldn’t be controlled , either too hot or freezing . A couldn’t care attitude from all staff

Enjoyable experience that demands an encore!

The food is excellent. The location is pleasant -- a place I consider taking my family to visit one day. The ambience has that sophisticated holiday feel! And the fact that you can look out to sea, that is just priceless!

The room I was allocated is very close to the elevator. I did not like the constant noise of the elevator opening and closing. The previous visit, I was further from the elevator, so I did not have that problem.
