The apartment was open, spacious and clean with a large open patio and an elevator....and we appreciated the American styled coffee pot. It was located up a block of an uphill sidewalk that even for us....one of us 82 years old...was fine to manage. At the bottom of the hill was our favorite restaurant and a grocery store so the location was perfect. It was also comforting to have someone from the management to always answer the phone when you needed questions answered. Thank you for a nice stay!

What an amazing trip! My husband and I took the train from Naples to Sorrento with our 4 teenage/adult sons for our first trip to Italy. The area is breathtaking! The apartment was in a great location on the edge of town where we walked every night down the hill to the marina for dinner and to the local piazza for gelato and drinks after! The town is loved and run by the local people. The people were so genuine and kind. Bruno (our host) gave us plenty of great recommendations and explanations of the area. The apartment’s patio is huge and we all enjoyed it. We even made a seafood dinner one night after visiting the fresh fish market that morning. Having two bathrooms made our life easy. Plus the beds were comfortable. We walked everywhere from this apartment and dream of the day we can return!!!

The property was clean, well appointed, and well located. Bruno, the property manager attended to our every need, (our comfort was his top priority) was informative, very helpful and always polite, friendly and available. My friend and I had a most enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time in Sorrento and staying at your place made it especially great. Your lodging was meticulously clean, in a great location within walking distance to hikes and town. Definitely recommend!

Bruno was a great host. Apartment is very well located, minutes away from the main strip (shopping and restaurants) of Sorrento. Apartment was spacious and clean. Great exterior space for hanging out with family and friends. Family of 4, we stayed here for 3 days. Definately recommend.

Our stay in Sorrento was great and this apartment met our needs. Walking distance to the main streets of Sorrento and the port areas. Clean and comfortable. Very neat a grocery store. The only criticism would be that there are no hooks in the master bathroom for towels and no shelf/caddy in the shower for shampoos. etc. The owner was very good at communicating and made the check-in process very easy.

Very close to the center of the town, very easy to get around! Large and clean space, beautiful balcony and comfortable beds. I wish there were some toiletries provided for showering but other that that it was wonderful!

Perfect family accommodation
Mario was the perfect host. From greeting us on our arrival to seeing us off at checkout, he was more than happy to assist in any way he could. The apartment was a comfortable space that accommodated four of us perfectly. We have visited Sorrento many times and intend to return next year.

Clean flat up the hilly driveway
The place was good and comfortable and as described. Mario was easy to communicate with and quick to response.
Having small market at the bottom of the driveway was convenient.
The neighbors were very loud to the point that I ended up sleeping on the couch in the LR/kitchen - apparently it is an ongoing problem and Mario has addressed it.
It was very clean with a cleaning lady coming every day which was not necessary and more annoying than helpful.to us. Every day the cleaning lady put the kitchen soap and sponge away and we took it out every day - grrrr.
Overall it was good and we would stay here again,

Clean but...
We arrived on a cloudy so the building was dark and gloomy. The apartment was clean but lacked any charm and the living area consisted of a sofa facing a wall and the dining room/kitchen was very dated. The “stove” was in reality, not a stove, it was just a cooktop and since there was no microwave, our ability to cook was very limited. Also on the first afternoon/evening the breaker tripped twice and I had to go down to the first floor and search out the unmarked breaker box in order to turn the power back on. After talking with Mario we figured out that we could only use two heaters at one time without tripping the breaker, likewise the use of the hairdryer meant that the heaters should be turned off. The bathrooms were nice and clean and one of the showers was very nice and larger than normal and we had enough hot water for two showers in the evening or morning. We did experience a couple of nights of loud noise from the apartment above us, the floors are apparently pretty thin. The apartment was located at the top of a short but very steep hill which was a challenge at the end of the evening. At the bottom of the hill was a nice local mini market that was convenient. Also the apartment was very convenient to the main part of Sorrento and it’s many restaurants and shops as well as only a short walk to the harbor.
Other than the electrical issue, the outdated look and the lack of any seating other than the sofa and wood dining chairs the apartment met our basic needs. Mario was always prompt to respond to my questions and quickly offered us our choice of a couple of different units due to the electrical issue but we chose to stay where we were. As I said, the apartment was clean, pretty well located but is missing an oven or microwave oven and really needs an updated look but the electrical issue is a serious issue that I don’t know that can be corrected due to the wiring. We enjoyed our time in Sorrento and had no continuing problems but I believe we would find a different place if we return to Sorrento.

Our guest suite was very comfortable, large and well located. Mario was professional and took care of the details. We recommend it!

Clean and spacious, but with steep hill.
This is a great apartment with plenty of room and amenities. Our contact, Mario, was most accommodating, and had many great recommendations for food, tours, and transportation. The only caveat is the steep hill to get to the apartment as this could be a problem for mobile impaired individuals.

Fantastic host and fantastic apartment.
Great apartment in a great location. Mario could not have been more helpful, he was incredibly accommodating and informative and took care of everything from start to finish. The apartment was spacious, clean and a 5 min walk from the heart of everything.

Nice property in a great location
I loved the location of this flat. There are numerous restaurants within a 2 minute walk and a lovely pedestrian area where you can shop and have morning coffee. The unit has a terrace which was wonderful and we used it everyday. The unit was a little basic and it was really difficult if you wanted to do any cooking. There was no microwave or coffee maker/espresso machine which was pretty standard in other places we stayed. Mario was a good host and overall we loved Sorrento.

Great property, convenient location to downtown and excellent service.
Mario was an excellent host providing us with recommendations for restaurants, nearby attractions, travel, etc. The property fit 5 of us perfectly and was just a short walk to the square.

The accommodation is quite spartan and unfortunately lacked clothes washing ability during our stay
Working with Mario was fine, though the communication concerning billing, taxi transfers, etc. was sometimes challenging.

Nice place to stay with two exceptions
We stayed in this apartment for 8 days. It is well equipped and clean. It has been recently remodeled so much is new. It is roomy and comfortable with two exceptions. First, this is not a place for a light sleeper. The walls and thin and the sounds of the neighbors are audible almost all night. Second, the building in at the top of a steep slope. Everytime you return to the building you must walk up a steep hill 150 steps to the building. If you have any walking challenges this will be a problem. Otherwise the apartment is wonderful and Mario, the manager, is extremely helpful and attentive. It is in a good location for access to all of Sorrento.

Very good property and location
Hard to thing of any negative comments. Mario was nice and helpful. Property is spacious, clean with more than adequate facilities. Easily within walking distance of the centre of Sorrento. Sorrento itself was a good place to stay to access the historical sites, Naples, Capri, Amalfi.

Great apartment and location
Great apartment in residential block so quiet. Great location only five minutes walk from Corsa Italian. Supermarket at bottom of road. Would have appreciated some cooking basics e.g. Salt, pepper, oil.

Excellent
Good location - only short stroll to the Main Street but in private location. Very well equipped and the air conditioning was a god send for the heat of our first week. Would happily recommend.

Very spacious and clean, great location...
We loved the tile throughout the apartment, which kept it very clean look.
Only thing lacking was a microwave. The apartment had a fantastic location, on Sorrento's main entertainment and dining street, but it is up a hill with a neglected paved road. Mario was very helpful and attentive, even having a company van pick us up at the harbor after our Naples ferry. We would have been in for a long long walk up the steep cliffs, since we didn't have a clue how far or where the apartment was located. Thank you Mario!

Wonderful Stay in Sorrento
This place was exactly what we were looking for after staying in tiny hotel rooms throughout Italy. We had a place to relax together as a family of four and make our own meals. The location was perfect. Mario greeted us and was extremely helpful in showing us around and offering suggestions of what to do. We could call him and get prompt assistance if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property in good location
We enjoyed a lovely week in our Sorrento apartment on Via Capo. The owner, Mario, could not have been more helpful, from providing directions to sites to checking in with us to see that all was well. Our location was very good and his restaurant suggestions were excellent.

Good
The trip did not start out right because the intermediary did not make it clear that arrival was reqUsed before 4:00PM. Also, troubles with the iron & hairdryer flipping the breaker.
However, overall a nice centrally located place to stay and a very nice daily cleaning service!
Not far from the center but parking is a major issue if you are driving!
Hope you understand that the Italians do not put a premium on their mattresses!
