Buena estadía - para descansar una noche . Todo de excelente confianza

Localização e equipe muito disposta a ajudar, sempre sorrindo.

Quarto pequeno para o que eu procurava. A proximidade e falta de isolamento nao deixava silencioso, a depender do vizinho de quarto. Tivemos problemas com barulho da tv ligada muito.alta, durante noite. O ar condicionado é central, entao esse é um ponto ruim, para a minba escolha.

Ótimo custo benefício

O café da manhã é excepcional e a localização é ótima.

O banheiro tinha uma leve vazamento na descarga que ficava descendo água e com isso tinha um barulho “chatinho”.

Recomendable! pero...

Muy buena ubicación, muy limpio, el trato del personal fue excelente.

Falta mesa de apoyo y sillas o butacas en la habitación. Para sentarnos debíamos hacerlo sobre la cama. El desayuno asistido le resta puntos. Es muy lento ese tipo de sistemas. Se formaron largas colas esperando ser atendidos. Regular.

Es el lugar perfecto si uno tiene poco tiempo y debe hacer muchas cosas en el centro de la ciudad

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del puerto, bien céntrico, y con todos los servicios en la cercania. El servicio de comida es muy bueno y el desayuno tanto el personal como la oferta esta muy bien.

De noche como cualquier centro de ciudad esta un poco solitario, de todas formas hay mucha policia a la vista en toda la zona.

Buen relación calidad-precio, debe mejorar

La ubicación es muy buena, el lobby es lindo, las frutas del desayuno, no se escucha ruido, es un lugar tranquilo. El tamaño de la habitación es generoso.

Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad de la habitación, no estuvo mal, pero no es igual, crea falsas expectativas. La decoración de la habitación es pobre, han pasado los años y no se ha mejorado. Falta soportes para poner las maletas, un cuadro, colores que hagan la habitación visualmente agradable. Pintar la habitación para tener una apariencia fresca y agradable vendría muy bien. Por lo demás, cumple con lo básico y suficiente para pasarla bien. El hotel tiene espacios desaprovechados y viejos que se podrían usar mejor.

I would stay at the Facon on my next trip

Had dinner in the hotel and it was very good and at a good price. Breakfast was also tasty and there was plenty of variety.

The room was hot and there was no control of the thermostat. Also, when turning off the light to sleep, it didn't go all the way off and was instead a night light at a low level. Well, even at that low level it was very hard to sleep.

Great central location, friendly staff, okay rooms, shaky WiFi

This hotel has a great central location. It is super convenient for multiple different attractions. 10/10 for location. The staff are friendly and helpful. As many people have noted, it is weird having to have waiters serve you at breakfast, but the breakfast itself was good and the breakfast staff were professional and friendly. The plumbing works, there is good water pressure and the hot water is hot. The staff will also secure your luggage after check out if you have a late flight.

The rooms look better on the website than they do in person. They are small. They haven't been renovated in a long time and it shows. The WiFi is very spotty and goes in and out without warning. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. You cannot control the heating or cooling in your room. It is done centrally. Depending on the room you are in, it can either be too hot or too cold. We had two rooms and the one on the sixth floor was cold while the one on the eighth floor was hot.

The room faced am inner yard so it was really dark. No sun light. It was also pretty loud as there's an engine that runs every couple of minutes. Probably a centralized AC.

hotel needs updated

the hotel was ok. the internet was very bad. the room looked very old and small, but the bed was clean. bathroom was also very small. there were molds in the room, the floor also looked very old. there was bed frame and mattress in the hallway on our floor. I don’t think I would stay there next time.

The hotel was in a nondescript building, essentially without nay charm. But if fulfilled my requirements. Price quality is good. I just had to block the airconditioning vent with toilet paper since I do not like airconditioning, especially set as if electricity is free of charge. The ceiling had a vent which provided agreeable cooling. Breakfast was a bit sober and they still had the covid style breakfast where you are not allowed to serve yourself.
