We liked the proximity to the Camino and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast available for purchase as was lunch or dinner. Very attentive wait staff.
Noise level was high due to proximity of the Camino

The rooms had a wonderful “old world” style about them. Food was good and drink were easy to get
You could hear the footsteps from people in the room above. No line to hang washing

They were very kind and nice to us even to our dog.

The room was good, bed comfy & restaurant good.
The fact my room was on the ground floor and floor above is wood. So people above me decided to get up at 01:00 with their dog and do laps of their room for 30 minutes! I could also hear them talking, their TV and see their lights on at this time. Therefore I was awake from 01:00-02:00. Also net curtains didn’t cover my windows properly so when people were taking photos of the statue outside my window they had me in the background coming out of the shower. Do the hotel give inferior rooms to clients if they use Booking.com?

Customer service and facilities
The walls are very thin at the middle of the night we were awake because someone decided to have a phone conversation...

The gardens were amazing and the hotel was unique also. Good food and places to sit and play cards or have a drink.
The highway noise was a little distracting at night. We almost walked right by the hotel because it was farther out of Melida than we expected.

Very convenient, right on the Camino path. Absolutely beautiful gardens, with statuary and topiary shrubs. For such a modest inn, the food at dinner was excellent. it was the only place on the Camino with sautéed vegetables!!
no issues!

The noise from the room above us was audible to the extent that we could hear the persons footsteps, conversations and snoring. There was also loud construction work in the hotel right beside our door in the morning.

Used this hotel as the only possible stay between Palas de Rei and Melide on a camino in March. The surroundings is beautiful. The room was warm and bed was comfy. Unfortunately I havent visited the restaurant and the bar to be able to give a note.
The price for a stay was little too high for a pilgrim. Also the front door stayed locked for the night, so it was impossible to go out, or maybe I was just confused. In the morning there was nobody at the front desk. I would expect more for that amount.

We were warmly greeted by the staff as soon as we arrived. The accommodations were very comfortable and exceptionally well-kept. Dinner was also a treat and the chef made it a point to come and greet us. Great stay and highly recommend.

A simple looking accommodation but with great private rooms, comfortable beds, clean hot showers, great staff, and wonderful restaurant that serve good food. We'll visit and stay again the next time we're in the area.
What's not to like. Wonderful place.

Loved this hotel. Yes, it's a little on the pricey side as was worth it for us. The bed was big and comfy. There was a hairdryer to dry out our shoes. They did our laundry that was beginning to pile u. They made us laugh. The food was delicious. Amazing. Sad that we did not stay for breakfast. (The Camino calls and we are early risers.) The garden is whimsical. And, there's an outdoor bar.
One tip: Don't stay on the ground floor if you can avoid it. The windows open right on to the street and that feels a bit creepy when you want to leave the window open.

It was a haven in the midst of the main road and traffic, the gardens were beautiful, the food was delicious and as a Coeliac they were so helpful to me. The breakfast set is up for our days walk and was not only excellent value it was so delicious. of course our added bonus was how welcoming they are to dogs and our dog was welcomed
nothing comes to mind
