Clean comfortable room
Nothing worked properly. The shower was dirty. There was only one bedside lamp. TV did not work properly. Traffic noise from outside virtually all night. Outside lock did not work which gave us a security worry. The widow blind did not work. Only one petrol pump worked and even that was faulty.

Room was clean and tidy.
Provide tea, coffee sachets.

The shower and room was tidy
The bed was very uncomfortable and noise of the generator was noisy outside the window. I had a sore back from the poor mattress and the staff were not helpful. You can see from the picture that only half the mattress is firm then slopes off from the waist down resulting in a sore back and little sleep

Great value.
We were a little worried about the reviews but you get what you pay for here which was a quiet, comfortable bed with shower en-suite!
2.7
the double bed was squashed against the wall to try fit in a double and a single, this ment one family member could only get in and out of bed but scooting down to the bottom of the bed. No tea or coffee even tho advertised, we had a kettle cups and spoons but nothing to make in them.

Could smell weed on corridor and in my room for the whole stay. Also noisy as it is located on petrol station and above the convenience shop.

bed was very uncomfortable with all slings broke, ask for a new one or a new room and was told it would be replaced, and this was not done after asking a few times.

Complained and no compensation can be given.

Location for where I was going
Needs better windows like triple insulation for noise suppression, room above garage forecourt and shop, interrupted sleep, unusual not to have tea/coffee's in the room

Convenient location
Everything the room was so dirty and the shared kitchen was shocking the microwave and toaster were disgusting the room had muddy handprints on the walls the carpet and bed sheets had stains the shower was so gross I had to clean it before I used it I genuinely don't think the room was cleaned apart from fresh towels and bedding... the blind was broken and had no cord there isn't any storage space apart from a rail hanging in a cupboard with 4 coat hangers on it. You can hear absolutely everything going on outside your room the room that we got given was completely different to the ones on the pictures and was so much smaller. The front door into the motel doesn't shut properly or lock so litterally anyone could just walk in our out as they please. It's just gross there was a weird noise going all night that sounded like someone constantly opening and closing a door there was mould in the corner of the shower and on the bathroom ceiling. There are so many air freshners to mask the smell of the place. I wouldn't stay again even if I was desperate.

room was clean
rooms were very cramped. the location was located
at a sketchy part. Constant noise throughout the
night. tv remote wouldn’t work kept having to bang
it against the bed. the mattress would sink if const-
antly, headboards would bang with any sudden
movement. the draws weren’t very stable, you’d
go to open them and they just fall apart. the locks
on the doors were an absolute nightmare to lock
you’d have to leave 5 minutes early just to lock the
doors.

Locatiin was clean everything you would expect from a budget hotel
Mattress could be better

The bed was reasonably comfortable and the room temperature was fine in the rooms where the window closed.
We arrived to find that of our 3 rooms booked and paid for only 2 were available and the other had been sold to another. They made up an disused room for us to replace this sold room. However instead of the "deluxe room" booked we had a room used for the homeless by the council which was confirmed by the staff.
The facilities are very basic and some dont work. Some rooms are better than others. We had 3 rooms. Our bathroom light was intermittent, the bathroom handle was hanging off. The paint is peeling in all rooms. My daughters room was awful and we did not use it. Her bedroom window did not close even at the end of October when cold; The light on the stairway (with no windows) did not work, so the stairs were total darkness; The shower did not work and was hanging off the wall with bare wires; The tv was missing, The carpet was totally disgusting and was covered in so many stains that you didn't want to take your shoes off; Basic kitchen facilities are missing eg no bowls (had to use a lunch box to eat our cereal), other guests are loud and disrepectful... Hairs in the sink and shower; Skid marks in the toilet; Sheets are un-ironed (but a minor point considering); Communal kitchens are a disgrace and not fit for use, microwave disgusting, grease everywhere. No natural light in our room as the blind would not go up, however in another room there was no blind at all, so the light came in the room very early. We only wanted somewhere comfortable to sleep, the location was not so important, however if this is important you need to know this is on a forecourt of a petrol station. The firedoor which said to keep closed, was propped open with the fire extinguisher, which not only meant the door was not closed but there was also a blockage in the doorway. I hate having to leave a negative review but this property just isn't up to the basic standards.
