NICE APARTMENT IN BARCELONA:
Bright and cozy apartment with pool in Barcelona, very close to the metro at 4 stops from the Sagrada Familia and at 7 from Paseo de Gracia, where you have Casa Batlló and La Pedrera of Antoni Gaudí, and from Paseo de Gracia station in just 5 minutes you arrive to the Ramblas of Barcelona and the Gotic Quartier

Apartment of 57m2, totally exterior, very bright and decorated with all detail.
It has wi-fi included in the price, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom renovated, living room, well equipped kitchen with everything you need and dishwasher.
The biggest attraction is the communal swimming pool located on the 17th floor (open only in summer) from where you can see some amazing views of the city.

Although the standard capacity of the apartment is 6 people, there is capacity for up to 8 people, but it’s recommended that the extra 2 people are children, for the size of the apartment and there is only one bathroom.

- Double sofa bed in the living room.
We have cots for babies and high, on request and with extra cost of 25 euros for the total stay chair.
LOCATION:
Located in the district of Sant Martí, near Torre Agbar, Glòries, Diagonal Mar, Poblenou, 22 @, Forum and near the beaches of Barcelona. It is a very quiet area, out from the noises of the city center, with the advantage of having all the necessary services of restaurants, shops, banks, shopping centers, even has excellent communication with public transport to reach easily to any point of the city. The metro is at only 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
The beaches are about 20 minutes walk, and for who do not want to walk there is the possibility of arriving by bus.
For who arrive by car, this area still has the advantage of having free zones, so with a little patience you can leave your vehicle without having to pay anything.

HOUSES RULES:
- On arrival, must be paid the tourist tax of 6,88 € per adult, per night, up to 7 nights. All children under 17 years are exempt.
- t is important to comply with and respect the rules of coexistence, especially in the common areas, respecting the rest of the neighbors.
- Electricity is included in the price, within the normal parameters of use, as you do in your home. Depending on the property, we set a limit of kw. If you do a normal use, not letting on, the AC when you leave the house, and of course, not leaving windows open with the AC on, etc .... you will have kw enough without having to pay extra.

- For an issue of hygiene, it is compulsory the use of sheets. If you decide to bring a sleeping bag, you must also bring, bottom sheet and pillow case. If it is detected that has fallen asleep without protecting the mattress and pillow, or has been asleep on the covers, it is deducted from the deposit an extra cost of cleaning.
- Blankets and duvet should never be left thrown on the ground of the cabinets. When not used should be left folded in the closet.
- The property must be left in the same conditions of order found on arrival.
- Cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc ... must remain in the same places as the day of arrival. Always unified.
- Cleaning paid with the reservation does not include throwing garbage, clean dirty dishes, throw food scraps, etc.

We had a very comfortable stay for 5 nights. Check in process and communication was excellent and the apartment was as advertised. We stayed here because it was within walking distance of Parc del Forum and is very close to the Metro. For Primavera Sound weekend the apartment was very reasonably priced.
There are a couple of bars/cafes nearby with friendly staff and owners and is around 25 minutes walk to the nearest nightlife.

We stayed in a place right in the middle of things a week earlier, and on our way back to Barcelona we stayed here. After getting oriented in our earlier trip it was nice to be a little away from all the action downtown but close to it. The neighborhood was nice and the building, while a little basic, was fine. The hosts were communicative and the kitchen was well stocked.
The hot water was a little temperamental as the kitchen was on-demand, and I am not sure what the issue was with the shower. In fact, our one complaint was that the shower was clearly in need of repairs. We got it working with a basic stream of low pressure water but the hot water would turn off and on somewhat mysteriously. It may simply need a new shower head but it made the shower very hard to use.
In general, though, it was nice to be one block from the METRO and near a supermarket and bread shops and a residential neighborhood.

Nice accommodations, good price, but no pool
The apartment suited our needs, the beds were comfortable, and we were grateful for the air conditioning and laundry facilities. The neighborhood is a bit far from most Barcelona sites but it is close to public transportation and it’s easy to get around. My biggest problem was the pool. The apartment is advertised in its title as: Nice Apartment with Pool. Under the description it did say that the swimming pool would be closed in 2021 due to Covid. When I originally considered booking the place I asked about the pool because that was the big selling point for us. The response was that they were going to have a meeting about reopening the pool. This went on for several months until I finally just decided to book it. When it came time to check in I asked about the pool again and they said there was a problem with the filter and it should be cleared up in a few days. The pool was never open, our key didn’t work to get outside to the pool, in fact we never even saw the pool. The owner/manager; very nice And helpful, BUT if you’re hoping to have a pool, don’t book this place. If you need a three bedroom accommodation, it’s quite suitable.

We were welcomed by the owners sister, who gave us a detailed and very professional introduction to everything we needed to know. The apartment is located in Sant Marti and is very well located. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you'd need. Lots of plates, cooking equipment etc. Brand new dish washer. Good sized fridge freezer. The shower is good and the beds comfortable. We were a family of 4 with two older teenage daughters. There is a nice bread shop near the metro station and as well as local supermarkets there is also a Lidl not too far away.

We were fortunate to be able to witness the catalan referendum movement during our visit and hear our hosts views on the same. However, we were also unfortunate, as there was a strike during that time and our hosts were helpful and gave us some updates on transport, etc, when we inquired them. The appartment was exactly what we were looking for for a weekend in Barcelona. The description was accurate, so there were no bad surprises. The appartment was clean and tidy with all necessary supplies. There were 3 rooms with double beds. There would also have been the convertible couch. For our group of 4 (1 couple) just perfect: We planned for 6 people that would also have worked - of course the bathroom might have been a bottleneck :) We arrived close to midnight and were warmly welcomed. Food lovers will be interested in the supermarket closeby with a fresh market selling cured ham & cheese. While the appartment is not that close to city center, it's easily accessible by metro - station 5 minutes walk and about 15 minutes to town. After midnight there are night-busses but we ended up using a taxi (~15 EUR...) All in all a great stay.

The kitchen was well stocked, the wifi connection was great and even though the location is not in the center, we thought it was convenient since it is only 2 blocks to the Sant Martí metro station. The neighborhood is quiet at night so you can party in the city and still come back and have a good night's sleep. Bathroom had good water pressure and hot water that lasted through 6 people showering. It was a good stay made better by a very nice host.
